Bug report: new TLDs do not highlight as links
Typing in a URL such as http://example.website or http://example.london does not highlight it as a link. The regex you use should be more permissive for URLs; not everything is .com/.org/etc.
This got fixed, was working for a couple of months, and now has stopped working again.
Has support for new TLDs been removed deliberately, or was this just an oversight?
Oh, sorry, I didn't read the thread hierarchy title... I was talking about the Windows version not the Mac version, although for all I know the same applies there.

Bug Report: New conversation window stills the sys...
Bug Report: Skype Desktop: New conversation window stills the system/keyboard focus.
When the UI is in multi-window mode and a conversation window pops up (due for example to a newly received chat message), that window steals the system/keyboard focus, even though it appears in a minimized state in the Windows taskbar. And this should not happen by default, because it is impractical (especially for screen reader users). And it didn't happen in Skype 6.21 and earlier. But since the new UI was introduced officially in Skype 7.0, it started happening constantly.
Steps to reproduce it:
1. From "View" menu, activate the "Split Window View", if it is not already enabled.
2. From Tools -> Options -> IM & SMS -> IM settings, enable "Open a new window when I receive a new message in Split Window View", if it is not already enabled.
3. From Tools -> Options -> Advanced, activate "Enable accessible mode", if it is not already enabled.
4. Activate the "Save" button, to save the changes.
5. Close all windows, related to Skype. You may keep only the main window opened.
6. Move the system focus to another application.
7. Tell someone to send you a chat message. When the message arrives and the conversation window pops up minimized in the Windows Taskbar, everything seams to be as it should. A few seconds after that however, the system/keyboard focus gets moved to that new conversation window, even though it is neither restored/maximized (it is minimized), nor it is visible on the screen (except as a button in the taskbar).
Actual results:
When a new conversation window pops up in the Windows taskbar, it stills the system/keyboard focus to itself from the currently focused application.
Expected results:
Skype's popping up new conversation windows should not still the system/keyboard focus to themselfs from the currently focused application.
Test environment:
- Operating system: Windows 8.1 Pro N, 64-bit, in Bulgarian with all locale settings set to "Bulgarian".
- Skype version: 7.0.0.102 for Desktop. This is a known problem, but Skype have not given us an estimated time for a fix.
Traditionally, Skype updates have been roughly monthly, so we are due a new version sometime soon. Many of us here are hoping that is has a bunch of fixes for the UI, the focus problem being one of them.

BUG REPORT: new 10g Driver throws SQLExcpetion
So far, i just replaced my old ORACLE JDBC driver jar file with a new version. Of course, i use the classes12.jar to be used by JDK 1.3. This worked for all the 9.xxx Drivers. Now, i tried to use the classes12.jar from the new "10g" Driver (10.1.0.2.0) but it doesn't work anymore. The first simple SELECT statement throws this error:

at oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleStatement.doExecuteWithTimeout(OracleStatement.java:985)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleStatement.executeQuery(OracleStatement.java:1124)
For the simple select statement:
select REF_CLASS, REF_CODE, REF_TEXT_DE from refset order by REF_CLASS,REF_CODE
so, nothing special. Going back to the last 9.x driver, it works again. Is the 10g driver knwon to be buggy?
Is there an official bug report web page on the ORACLE site (similar to the sun Java bug database)?Hi all,

Hi,
I have a new TLD domain name which does not contain the traditional /com extension. In fact my extension is just .media When attempting to put this into a form widget for example so that it links it appears that Adobe Muse does not recognise it as a valid email address or domain.
Anyone having the same problem_ If so would really appreciate a heads up.We don't preannounce releases or feature plans. Please consider joining the Private Beta Program to verify the changes we're making address your needs. Bug Report ignored: Palettes do not resize when changing monitors
So this bug was ignored during beta and it was NOT fixed in the official release of PhotoShop CS6.
Since I don't feel like retyping the whole bug report after paying a grand for the software here is a link: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4316521
VERY annoying if you commute with a laptop and dock with a full-size monitor for work every day!
Any word Adobe? Not that Photoshop should ever allow its panels to become impossible to resize, but...
Have you considered just setting up named workspaces for each environment, then switch them manually using the box in the upper-right of the Photoshop main window?
Given the ability to maintain workspaces fairly directly, Adobe may not even feel this is a bug.

New Folder tabs not highlighted
I added new tabs with new controls to the Sales Order document using the SDK 6.5
On the item click of the folder item I set the PaneLevel of the form. The folder tab gets highlighted and the pane is visible.
But this works only for the first two new folders.
The following folder tabs are NOT highlighted, but the PaneLevel is set correctly and the pane is displayed correctly too.
Why are the other folder tabs not highlighted?
I tried to use the Select method but it crashed SBO.
I would appreciate any ideas/help.
Thanks.Hi,
Have a look to a post named "SDK - UI - Problem with more than 9 folders", I think it talks about the same problem.

Bug Report: Character Palette Does Not Update When Placing Text Cursor
Steps to reproduce:
Create some text and make it 12px in size
Create another block of text and make it 24px in size
When you place the text cursor back onto the first block of text the character palette still reads 24px
if you then drag the cursor over the text to highlight multiple characters THEN the font size changes to 12px
Expected results:
in 3, above, when you click on text using the text tool the character palette should immediately be updated with the font size of the text selected.

Pattie -
HI,
I'd want to know where can I signal a bug of BIBeans (should I open a Tar?...How can I do it?) and
if is going to come out a new release of BIBeans..
Thank you very much in advance
AntonioHello
I am from the BI Beans product management team and I would like to learn more about the product you are building using Beans. please email me at [email protected] Thanks -
I cannot find the unread message despite having opened all my inbox messages and wonder why the new messages are no longer in bold text.
Right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button. A new index might clear it.
If not try
View menu > folders > unread see if Thunderbird can find it since it says it is there after an index rebuild. -
Bug Report: Hotzone navigation does not work at the end of a flattened article
I was writing about this earlier but I think it did not catch on.
I experience problems when using Hot zones in my custom viewer together with flatteened articles. when I reach the end of a flattened article, tapping the hotzone does not advance to the next article. this also happens at the first page of the flattened article when I try to get to the previous article.
—JohannesIn case you do not know...
If you want to limit css to specific sites you can do, e.g.

@-moz-document url-prefix(http://www.example.com/example_dir/)
css for this site/directory
}

(There are other varieties of this construction too.
Even easier is to use the Stylish addon.

Bug report: temp.attachEvent is not a function
Firefox 1.0.7, HTML DB 2.0
Error in Javascript console
Error: temp.attachEvent is not a function
Source File: http://myserver/i/javascript/htmldb_data.js
Line: 66
temp.attachEvent("onclick",ob_route);
Is there a patch for this?
ThanksSorry to intrude, but I'm getting the same error consistently on the ObjectBrowser page - and I don't get the list of tables displayed in the left pane.
My browser is Mozilla 1.6. Here's what "Help->About" says:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; HP-UX 9000/785; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040312
It is definitely not a problem of the htmldb_data.js script, since the Object Browser at htmldb.oracle.com works perfectly with my Mozilla, and it uses the same script (I diffed them). The error doesn't happen in Internet Explorer 6.0, either.
Do you have an idea what could be wrong with my setup?
--- Addendum:
I did some JavaScript debugging with Mozilla and found this difference in the value returned by "p.responseText" on line 250 of htmldb_get.js:
my HTMLDB server:

DEMO_CUSTOMERS

DEMO_IMAGES

DEMO_ORDERS

DEMO_ORDER_ITEMS

DEMO_PAGE_HIERARCHY

DEMO_PRODUCT_INFO

DEMO_STATES

DEMO_USERS

DEPT

EMP

OTHERS

REVIEWS

USERS

ZETTEL

htmldb.oracle.com:

DEMO_CUSTOMERS

DEMO_IMAGES

DEMO_ORDERS

DEMO_ORDER_ITEMS

DEMO_PAGE_HIERARCHY

DEMO_PRODUCT_INFO

DEMO_STATES

DEMO_USERS

DEPT

EMP

TX

I'm not very adept at JavaScript and therefore cannot judge whether "DEMO_CUSTOMERS" is any different than just "DEMO_CUSTOMERS", but the former doesn't seem to produce the correct results downstream.
I hope this will help.
Cheers,
Flado

Bug Report, spamassasin score is not set properly
through server.app . it is shifted by 4 points. If I set 36, the actual setting is 4.
Actually the slider behavior is the opposite of what it says. When over to the left it says a score of 40 but actually sets 0. When over to the right it says 0 but is actually 40. So just set it to 40 minus the value you want and that will set correctly in the config file.

This has been a problem for a month. Before that it was never an issue. If I do a web search, find what I want then click on that link the new tab that opens is the selected link--it is something else entirely. I like Firefox and want to continue using it as my browser but I am not having the problem with Chrome at all so I think it is something with Firefox settings and not my computer a virus of some kind...but then I don't know much about these things.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
