Bunch of ERRORS after installing SAP BPC 5.1 for the first time

Hi guys
Our basis guy is installing SAP BPC 5.1 for the first time. After the installation, I can get into SAP BPC - Administration screen but I get a lot of errors when I try to do some changes. Some of them are -
1. Whenever I try getting into the SAP BPC administration I get the following error. But when I click OK it gets me to the administration screen but after that Hell breaks loose
    Error on uncompressing file: Error : ActiveX component can't create object.
2. Create dimensions -
    Split File Error
3. Delete dimensions -
   OLAPConnect Error - The Database with ID = 'ApShell' doesn't exist in the collection
4. BPC for Excel (I am logging in as a system admin)
    The dimension information file cannot be created. There may be a network or security issue.
    Error Message: InitCatalog:Either the user does not have access to the ApShell database, or the database does not exist.
I am sure I will get a lot of errors once I start playing with the configuration.

You should do this step such as:
1. copy file "XceedZip.dll" into the directory SAP BPC
2. register that file into the register window using sintaks: "regsvr32"
3. If the successfully message box appears, You should open the MS.Excel or SAP BPC administration

You should check the database your application in MS.SQL first please.Perhaps, It's does not open and retrieve data.

You must solve the problem no.2&3 because you should add new user through SAP BPC Administration for the application.

I am running this on a Duo Core processor, Intel, Laptop, Windows 7 with 4-gigs of ram. I have never had a problem with other programs crashing like this before.
Any ideas? I have never used Firefox and after 20 years have decided to try something new.

You mean out of this whole community no one knows how to fix this ... I wanted to give Firefox a try, but honestly, I am starting to see why I have not switched from IE, it is stable and I get answers when I post to the Microsoft boards as well as the answer to everything I have ever had an issue with is out there ... what is worse is that I am not the only one with this problem and no one can still help because I am sure us five are not the only ones that have run into this.

It sounds like you are getting the following message, "An internal FaceTime error occurred: There was a problem with FaceTime. You need to quit and open FaceTime again."
This message comes up if you double click on the FaceTime icon on the dock. If you single click the FaceTime icon on the dock, FaceTime should launch normally:
Symptoms
When opening FaceTime from the Dock, the following alert message may appear:
"An internal FaceTime error occurred. There was a problem with FaceTime. You need to quit and open FaceTime again."
Resolution
Click the FaceTime icon in the Dock one time, then wait for the application to finish opening.
Additional Information
This can happen if you attempt to open FaceTime a second time while it is already loading, such as by clicking the FaceTime Dock icon more than once.

TS2771 Ipods no longer connect via USB after using a USB 3.0 for the first time

After trying to connect my Ipod Nano (2nd gen) and Ipod touch to my new computer that has USB 3.0 they both will no longer connect to anything via USB (ipod docks). Is this problem fixable? They still play music via the heaphones.

I do not recall that error message being discussed before. Is it possible for you to post a screen capture of the error message?
Also provide some detail of your OS, Mac or PC your Camera, are you importing from HDD on the computer, direct from camera, from a card reader? Any other info that could give some clue to what is happening.

I've enable Personal Web Sharing and from that I clicked on the two web pages that it had on the bottom of the dialogue box, saying Apache Server successfully enabled. Now PHP should be automatically enabled correct? Do I just point all my folders to ~/sites/index.htm? and start creating web pages from there?

Installing SAP B1 for the first time

Hi all i`m trying to install SAP B1 client side for the first time in my computer
i get the Install Shield status bar that preparing for installation but afterwards nothing is happening. after i`m closing the program with "Task Manager" (of windows XP) i`m getting an error msg "1628: Failed to complete installation".
I dont know what is the problem
i`ve on my computer several of DB`s such as DB2, DB2/400, MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle and btrieve.

Is there another computer on your network that has more or less the same configuration as yours? Same databases, etc. Does your computer have the same network settings as the others where it is working?

I am new on SAP and I am getting this error after install SAP Netweaver 7.01 ABAP Trial version in my notebook.
It is Windows Vista Basic, 3GB of RAM, 2.1 Core Duo 2.
Installed successfully, but when I go to "Start" in sevidor it returns the following error, and not start:

->Please check/stop all database applications and tools, like DBMGUI and dbmcli ... Then check/kill all processes left with name dbmsrv.exe, if you will still have them. After that rename C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shi and C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shm, shared memory files, to C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shi.old and C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shm.old.
Try to connect to the database NSP & let us know the results.
-> Please update with output of the following commands:
dbmcli db_enum
dbmcli -d NSP -u <control>,<pwd> db_state

It sounds like you bought an upgrade from Adobe. How much did you pay? The upgrade is about $80, and the non-upgrade is about $150. If you bought an upgrade version and had no previous version, you would see what you're seeing.
If that is the case and I were you, I'd call Adobe, and arrange for a refund and to order the correct version.

I am trying to run my registered CS6 Design Standard programs for the first time after install. InDesign runs OK, but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trail mode. How do I activate those two?

I can't get my registered versions of CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator to run in full mode. I installed CS6 Design Standard online end of June (an upgrade from CS5.5), on my old MacBook Pro. I didn't run the programs then as I was waiting on arrival of new MacBook Pro. I migrated the programs from my old MacBook to the new, and today tried to run those programs for the first time. InDesign work OK (after an initial hiccup) but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trial mode, and won't let me save files. My CS6 Design Standard shows with it's registration in my Adobe Account. All seems in order, but Illustrator and Photoshop won't run in registered mode. Can you please help?

Please use the uninstallers to remove your current installation. They are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once the uninstall is complete you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. I then tried wiping the original software from the computer and re-downloading from scratch. Each time I tried the download failed with a message saying “Service “Apple Mobile Device” failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services” At this stage, the only way forward was to “abort” the download. This I have done now four times and the same thing happens. When I did finally manage to get an i-Tunes shortcut on my desktop, the program wouldn’t open saying: “i-Tunes was not installed correctly. Please re-install i-Tunes. Error 7 (Windows error 193)” Any ideas to resolve this?

Is this the first time you are using Premiere Elements 10 or have you worked with it before successfully? There is no easy solution until we
know the details and troubleshoot to determined what caused the problem.
1. Can you open a new project?
2. After you saved/closed the problem project, did you move, delete, or rename any of the files/folder that were related to the source media
for that project?
3. Please review the Adobe document on troubleshooting damaged projects.
