photoshop ask me a serial number i don't have anymore
i have lightroom licence i bought before
jhow can i do to use photoshop?
i am always stopped by either the licence key either the code for exchange

Laptop compatible with Creative Cloud Photoshop Lightroom
Unfortunately my current laptop does not work with Creative Cloud and the old graphics driver is integrated so I cannot upgrade. I'd really appreciate if anyone could tell me if either the following two laptops would be compatible. The graphics cards are on the compatibility list but I don't understand Open GL2 and compatibility with that. Just don't want to waste money on something that does not work/runs too slowly, etc. This needs to be a laptop rather than standalone pc as I need to edit pics on the move.

Many thanks in advanceAcrobat 9 should be fine with PDFs you generate with CC apps. I don't believe any of the apps will let you choose a lvel of security that requires Acrobat 10 and up, which is the only stumbling block I can think of.

Photoshop / Lightroom CC bundle
I took advantage of the Photoshop / Lightroom CC bundle ( I continued to pay for the bundle service so it show within my account ). Lightroom would not download since my Mac 10.6.8 would not accomatate , then later on the Photoshop CC stopped working. So I uninstalled it.. Now , I have updated to OS X 10.9.5 and should allow use of the bundle. Within my account, I do not see a place where I can reinstall them. Don't get me wrong I see it listed, just not how to re-install. Looking for ideas.

By subscribing to Creative Cloud(Photoshop and Lightroom), does it come with more than one license, and if it does, is it possible to install on both Windows and Apple's OX? Thanks.
A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines. You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Creative Cloud Photography Promo - Photoshop & Lightroom
Hi All
Please can someone help me.
I have taken a memebership with Creative Cloud - The Photoshop & Lightroom package at $9.99 per month. I have downloaded Creative Cloud and it has inturn downloaded Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom.
The problem that I have is with the Lightroom App. Everytime that I access it - The App asks me for a serial number or is counting me down on a 30 day trial period.
Am I mistaken in understanding that this Cloud Package includes Lightroom? Is it only a trial app on this Cloud Package? Or is there a way around this as it is very annoying.

Adobe Creative cloud applications do not have any serial numbers. They are activated through your adobe id.

If I start a one year contract for photoshop/lightroom, and then 6 months in, I want to upgrade to the full cloud, do I get out of the rest of the payments for the photoshop/lightroom, and just start paying a total cloud fee?

を実施したのですが、相変わらず表示されない状態です。

Creative Cloud Membership, but can't access photoshop, lightroom, etc.
I ordered the creative cloud team business membership for $69.99 which said that I would have full access to services when I made the purchase. However, I only have access to applications like Edge Code, Edge Inspect, etc. I was under the impression that applications like photoshop, lightroom, after effects, etc. were included. What can I do to have full access to these applications? As of right now I can only use them as a trial. It was not clear that these applications were not included in the membership when I purchased them.

You have purchased the Creative Cloud for team last month. It is for one seat which you have assigned to a different e-mail ID of yours.
The E-mail ID provided here in Forum is the Team Admin but no seat has been assigned to this Adobe ID.
1.If you are logging with this E-mail ID given in forum to the CC desktop App, you will be able to get the trial version.
2.If you are logging in with Adobe ID to which the seat is assigned & still getting the trial mode, please refer to :

DVD pixelation since 10.4.5 update
