The redemption code has been redeemed under Email ID provided here in Forums , it is activated but not yet installed on any computer.
Please download CC from http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html & activate it.

It really depends on which subscription plan you are signed up to. Normally whichever programs are available thru your subscription are listed for you to install in the CC desktop manager application. If you do not see certain programs listed it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that is normally what happens with the manager.

Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to locate the opm.db file and delete it. (as instructed below) I go to applications>Adobe Creative Cloud and double click. It prompts me to login, it logs in and says there is an update, I click update and it prompts me to sign in with my password, I enter the same password and it doesn't take it. Also, the opm.db file is back in the OOBE folder. Im I launching Creative Cloud incorrectly?
Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: :\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud. Try signing in.

Creative Cloud - why I think it is a huge blunder on Adobe's part

One may congratulate Adobe for one-sidedly deciding what is best for its customers and ignoring the majority of its users. My records of giving money to Adobe stretch back at least to 2007, but CC is something I will not pay for, out of principle.
And therein lies the danger for Adobe: former users who look for alternatives. They will give competing products a try, i.e. pay Adobe's competitors. Some will be happy even if only out of spite, some will regret it, but will nevertheless pay the competitors, who will use the revenue to improve their products.
Users will become familiar with alternatives, and the next time someone Googles how do I do this or that, there will be links to solutions using other products. Adobe's CC product line will become marginalized for use by fewer professionals, with less entry level artices and tutorials, and more cryptic questions and solutions. The consumer market around the products (books etc.) will shrink if not collapse. This will be very similar to the book economy of Delphi that collapsed with price increases and product margialization.
I found the early announcements by Adobe peculiar in that their developers' enthusiasm was mentioned. That really sounded like manegerial corporate lingo stemming from a starkly contrasted truth: that concerned developers saw their jobs at risk (another Delphi World historic analogy). Why would CS be abandoned? Surely, cost reuction at the expense of developer positions would be very atractive. These developers will probably find their way to competitors and/or use their talents and experience to advance free open source alternatives.
All giants eventually fall. Sadly, it looks like it's Adobe's turn next.

Time will tell concerning the Creative Cloud mirage, Adobe's marketing spin machine inevitably will not however even until the bitter end regardless.

Redeeming membership for Creative Cloud (bought at Best Buy) when I already have an Adobe account.

I have Adobe Lightroom 5 on my computer, so I already have Adobe account.
I bought Adobe Creative Cloud membership at a store, to use Photoshop.
And can't follow the "simple" instructions for how to redeem the membership (a long number on back of a card bought from the store).
I log in with my Adobe account, and can't for the life of me figure out where to enter this damn code----it keeps wanting to SELL me the Creative Cloud membership, but I already BOUGHT it & just need to redeem it.
I thought about setting up another Adobe account, but I'm sure it will just tell me "There is already an account associated with this e-mail address."
This seems ridiculously difficult.

Has anyone successfully removed all traces of Creative Cloud without damaging anything?

This question is motivated by a desire to ponder whether or not to indulge in a trial of the Adobe Photography Plan on a machine that already has several perpetual-license installations of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional.

Would it be possible to add "creative cloud" as a source - and save place - for the Android Adobe Reader?

Being a CC customer, I'd really like to keep some of my most used forms on my CC cloud. These are forms that I regularly need to update data in, while in the field, and using my android tablet (instead of my laptop) for this purpose would be extremely helpful.

It shows in my order history, but no payment has been taken and no contact made from Adobe.

Try perform below steps.
Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys. Click on more details if the option available.
Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
It will open Run window
In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
Open Local > Adobe folders
Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

Hey, so I've been trying to download Creative Cloud so that I can start a free trial of Adobe Premiere, anyway the problem that I'm having is that Creative Cloud will not download at all. I've started running the creative cloud set up several times now and each time the installer fails and I get a message saying that Creative Cloud set up has stopped working.
