BUPA_MAIN mBDoc

In the mBDOC BUPA_MAIN there is a sub-structure that contains data from table BUT0ID.
When I make changes to a Business Partner record in the Identification Numbers section, theses changes can be seen in the BDoc.
The Business Partner details are transferred across to R/3 but the BUT0ID table in R/3 is not updated.
Can anyone tell me how I can get the data sent in the BUPA_MAIN BDOc for table BUT0ID to appear in the BUT0ID table in R/3?
Many Thanks
David

Hi David,
Have you found a solution to this issue? I need to access the data from memory for BUT0ID data, but fm BUP_MEMORY_BUT0ID_GET does not return the values.
Thanks

  • SBDoc is not getting created

I have created a new custom SBDoc which is an exact copy of SAP standard SBDOC CAPGEN_OBJECT_WRITE.
I have activated, generated and released the BDoc.
I have created subscriptions for this new SBDoc for a site.
However, when a BUPA_MAIN MBDoc is received in CRM, it is only creating SBDoc for CAPGEN_OBJECT_WRITE and not my custom SBDOC. What else do I need to do to have my custom BDoc created when BUPA_MAIN is received.
I need to create a custom BDoc as I am trying to test a theory to resolve a specific problem we are having. I want to be able to investigate this without impacting the existing CAPGEN_OBJECT_WRITE.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks
    Haseeb

    Hi,
you'll need to trigger the sbdoc creation yourself. You can either do this in a flow context function (smo8fd) of bupa_main or in the BaDI between CRM online and the CDB (CRM_30A_USER_EXITS).
The Badi is the easiest: there you can copy the standard sbdoc into your own sbdoc and process it in the MW.

  • BUPA creation - yellow BDoc problem

    Sincere,
I'm creating Business partner and partner is succesfull created in CRM, and also in R3, but BDoc won't go green. Status of the BDoc is SENT, Creator: R3RFC, Queue name: CSABUPA0000xxxxxx, no errors, everything seems fine except BDocs.
I'm also getting Outbound queue R3AD_CUSTOME - Update BDoc status FAILED. BDoc not found.
    Please advise.
    Matej

    Hello Rohit!
In SMQ2 I have series (400) meerly equal entries like:
    400  R3RFC        BAPI_CRM_SAVE                   R3AD_CUSTOME              20.11.2010  07:32:24  Update BDoc status failed - BDoc not found
This relates to newly entered BP in the CRM system. When new entry happens, BDoc is sent to ERP (R3) system and BDoc is stil status yellow, although in SMW01  state is SENT.
Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)     BUPA_MAIN     mBDoc Notification 16.11.2010 13:35:00     CSABUPA0000980404     R3RFC
CRM - transaction BP and customer is shown as created, ERP - transaction BP and customer is also shown as existing. The data is the same in CRM and in ERP.
Case 1: crmm_bupa_map looks like this:
    http://www.shrani.si/f/b/bS/46nOEGgO/untitled.jpg
If I hit Enter tab or refresh Queue, statuses disapears (printscreen: 1 are transformed to 0). I believe this isn't problematical, just reprocess.
Case 2: In crmm_bupa_map ERP number is missing although I customer exist in ERP. What to do?
    Regards,
    M.
Will check notes, but for now I believe that there is smth with bupa_map. How to reautomate it for future?

  • Update marketing attributes and send mBDoc BUPA_MAIN

    Hi,
When I update marketing attributes in CRM there are three mBDocs sent into queues (MKTPROF_MSG and CHARVAL_MSG) and also BUPA_MAIN .
I'd like to know if sending BUPA_MAIN is an standard SAP solution or not.
If it's not where can I find how it's work (configuration, sap note)
    Thank's in advance
    Robert

    Hi Robert,
As of the relationship beteween the three bdoc, it has been coded as of SAP is concerned. As any change in Marketing attribute has to be reflected in BP so that no inconsistency occurs.
You can obviously stop generation of one of the mbdocs, but the generation will not be conditionally stoped, but it will be stop permanently.

  • Initial Load of BUPA_MAIN  to GWA_01 does not work

    Hi all
I have a question concerning the serverside groupware Integration and the initial Load of BUPA_MAIN.
According to the groupware integration guide, I have to "Transfer Business Partner to Public Contact Directory".
This is done with transaction R3AS (Object BUPA_Main, Sender=CRM, Receiver=GWA_01 (the mBDOC site)).
When I want to chose the above options in R3AS I cannot select GWA_01 as receiver site (only CRM or OLTP is offered when I click F4). That means when I chose BUPA_MAIN as object I cannot chose GWA_01 as receiver site (fbut or other objects f.ex. GWA_* I can chose GWA_01 as receiver site).
I created all subsriptions needed (I had to recreate the publication "ALL Business Partners (MESG)" because it was missing in my system).
Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
    Thanks in advance and Regards

  • Sending BUPA_MAIN into the RFC queue

    Hello,
I would like to send BDoc <b>BUPA_MAIN</b> into the RFC queue
(must be default for Business Partner), for selected BP from my report.
I know how to send bupa_main direct to the site, but it is not the same.
Can anyone help me with this ?
    Regards, Robert

    Hi Vikash,
    thanks for the answer.
Unfortunately this tx has sent BP <b>direct to the site</b> not to the queue.
Flow context (smw01) shows MO4 (mBDoc Direct Send) for Bupa_Main.
And for test I stopped all queues in tx: SMQ2.
And maybe there is a problem with the RFC configuration ?
In transaction after BP is selected new window "SELECT SITE" shows,
and what I can see is one line where :
    RFC Destination = NONE
    #          = empty
    Log.System     = empty
    Site Type ID      =  CDB
    Site ID           = some guid
    What do you think ?

  • Fill Structure BUPA_MAIN

    Hi,
I have a requirement where the address informaion of a BP from CRM server is updated to the mobile client. Iam able to update the BP info in CRM using the FM BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE which is
    perfectly doing its job.
Now i want to fill the Central Data segment along with currently filled Address segment of the MBdoc structure BUPA_MAIN. Can anyone tell me how i can fill the Mboc structure? Is there any FM ? or should i pass any parameter to the FM BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE  to generate a MBdoc.

Did you try BAPI_BUPA_CENTRAL_CHANGE? This should do the job ...

  • Add a new field in segment CRMW_BUPA_HEAD for Business document BUPA_MAIN

    Hi,
I want to add a new field in the segment CRMW_BUPA_HEAD for the BDoc BUPA_MAIN, in order tu use a filter criteria for the subscription.
Using the Bdoc modeler (transaction SBDM) I tried to add the component PARTNERTYPE (Data element BU_BPKIND) that is in the structure BUS_EI_MAIN (Central data), but the system only allow me to add a ZZ... field and then of course it is not fill in.
So if someone knows how I can add a standard field, or how I can fill in my customer field it will help.

  • CRM 7.0 = ECC 6.0 Upload: Filter criteria for BUPA_MAIN

    Dear Experts,
concerning filtering of BUPA_MAIN in CRM 7.0 => ECC 6.0 Upload we have already learned from SAP (to our surprise) that the only way is to redefine publication BUPA_MAIN as "simple intelligent" (Standard is simple bulk). BUPA_MAIN as "simple intelligent" offers a couple of fields (e.g. partner_no, is_customer) which can be defined as filter criteria.
We have the requirement to filter by a bp status field which is not part of this set. By the way, we expected the filtering in object management (TX R3AC1, filters are only valid for ECC=>CRM Dowload) or at least in the TX CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU by registrating a ZFunction module in CRM outbound for BUPA_MAIN. Under certain circumstances the later leads to errors  in the subsequent middleware processing.
Has anybody a similiar requirement or does face the same problems?
    Thanks for your help.
    Regards, Mark

    Hi Mark
Please put this request in the correct forum of CRM Middleware.
I am sure your will get the right help from the middleware experts.

  • No Un-ambiguous Selection of Mapping Module (above one) for BUPA_MAIN BDocs

    Hi All
I seem to have hit a snag here. I am trying to replicate customers from CRM to ERP but am getting these two errors:
Main error: Partially send, receivers have errors.
No un-ambiguous selection of mapping module (above one) for BDoc type 3932399B34D6279BE10000000A11449E.
Service that caused the error: SMW3OUTBOUNDADP_CALLADAPTERS._
I have searched on Googleand SDN but have come up with nothing as far as these errors are concerned. We have managed to replicate Business Partners, Materials and Conditions from ERP to CRM without any problems but when it cam e to replicating back, these errors started popping up.
I have used all the tools for analysis but have come up with nothing the really suggest to me what is wrong. I have monitored queues, traces and dumps. I have played around with the filter setting and all.
With regards to the process itself, i followed the C03 best practices config guide and i believe that i have everything in place. Here are the steps i followed:
1.Create an Internal number range for the CRM customer group.
    2. Assigned the number range to the Customer group
    3. Created a corresponding number range (External) in ERP and a corresponding CRM Customer account group as a copy of the standard 0001 Sold-to-party account group and assigned the number range to it.
    4. Defined Partner functions (SP, SH, BP, and PY) for the account group
    5. I mapped the CRM classification for customers (B) to the created account group (CRM Customer)
    6. I synchrponized the fields for the account group created and the BP roles in CRM including changes on a per client (BUPA) basis.
    7. I redowloaded all the cutomizing objects (though i only needed the DNL_CUST_KTOKD) for the sake of the mappings directly in CRM or R/3 Account group maintenance during the creation of the BP.
    8. I customized the filter settings in BUPA_MAIN and included the BUT100 table for the filetring of the customers who were created as SP, BP, PY, or SHand who belonged to the Customer group we had created. (BUT000->BU_GROUP & BUT100->RLTYP) for source site CRM.
    9. Activated the necessary function modules through transactions COM_BUPA_CALL_FU in ERP and CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU in CRM according to [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crmscen70/helpdata/en/60/85b5d333f4174b8e982c1c15db35f3/frameset.htm]
    10. Using transaction R3AS i sought to replicate the BUPA_MAIN object.
Because of the few customers created in CRM, it only executes within a single block so the queues would be empty by the time SMQ1 and SMQ2 are executed. R3AM1 shows it as running. SMW01 shows the above error.
When creating a BP through the tx code BP, the main error would be Technical error(Incomplete) and the two other errors as mentionme above would also be there
Is there anyone out there who has met this very same problem or knows the solution to this.
    Thanks in advance.

We managed to get a solution to the problem. Here it goes:
When a new adapter object (e.g a custom one) is created, the SMOFOBJECT table is populated with the entry and, in turn, the SMOFUPLMAP is populated with the object and the mapping module for uploading to R/3. During the upload process, a search for custom mapping modules is done and if not found the standard mapping modules are used. However, and it seems weird since it seems as if it applies to the BUPA_MAIN object or the corresponding mapping module (BUPA_MWX_BDOC_UPLOAD_MAIN_R3), there has  to be a one-to-one mapping between an mapping module and adapter object.
I had created a custom adapter object (Z_BUPA_MAIN) to which I wanted to put some custom filters and did not want to test with the standard object. So two objects using the same mapping module ended up existing  in the SMOFUPLMAP table (one-to-many mapping). The function module in which this happens is the GET_UPL_FUNCTION_FOR_OBJ.
So the solution would be to delete the object if it is not needed or to maintain the SMOFUPLMAP table to remove the entry. When you delete the object, it sometimes does not automatically/subsequently remove the entry in SMOFUPLMAP, so manual maintenance has to be done or the same object has to be recreated and have the mapping module allocated. After this, the problem would be solved. What is weird to me is that the only one-to-one mapping is allowed. I created a custom object for the download of conditions and I did not get that error. So it means that in this case you would have to copy the mapping module and create a custom one for the custom object.

  • GWI: Add new filter criteria for replication object BUPA_MAIN

    Hello,
we are currently setting up Groupware Integration with CRM 7.0 and Outlook Exchange 2007. We would like to filter the BPs that are replicated to Outlook's public folder. The replication object BUPA_MAIN in Tx. SMOEAC has only got the following criteria fields:
    BPARTNER
    CENTRALARCHIVINGFLAG
    COUNTRYISO
    INDUSTRY
    IS_COMPETITOR
    IS_CONSUMER
    IS_CUSTOMER
    IS_DELETED
    IS_PROSPECT
    PARTNEREXTERNAL
    REGION
    SEARCHTERM1
    SEARCHTERM2
    SITE_ID
We don't want to use any of those but would like to set a filter on BP Role and filter for all Groupware Employees. Only those should be replicated.
We did set the filter conditions in customizing under "Filter Condition for Business Partners Exchange with Groupware" in order to replicate only BP with role GWEMP but still during Initial Load all Business Partners were replicated.
Could anyone tell me how to avoid this?
I hear it's possible to add new criteria fields to the replication object BUPA_MAIN.
Could anyone tell me how this is done?
Your help will be much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!
    Angela

    Hello Angela
Usually the settings under "Filter Condition for Business Partners Exchange with Groupware" should be enough to avoid the synchronization. With those settings all BP are filtered out except the ones with role GWEMP (Groupware Employee).
We have the following setting in SPRO:
    BUPA     1     BUP001           X     X
    BUPA     1     BUP003           X     X
    BUPA     2        X     X
    BUPA     3                     X     X
(first column empty, second and third column with X, last column empty).

  • How to access to data of BUPA_MAIN from R/3 to CRM

Hello, I have got two systems, a R/3 system and a CRM system connected.
When creating an account, it is transported correctly between both systems.
We have got a new requirement so I need to read the account group inserted in the creation of an account in the R/3, but i don't know how to do this.
    So the steps are;
1º Create a new account in the R/3 system.
2º Transport de BUPA_MAIN object to the CRM system
Before the process of saving of the new account in the CRM (automatically done), I need to check de value of the account group field.
Is there any BAPI to read this data?
    Thank in advance.

  • Mapping between Business Partner and BDoc type BUPA_MAIN

    Hi Experts,
When creating a business partner system automatically generates BUPA_MAIN as its BDoc type.
Can some one please let me know the mapping between business partner and the BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
I mean to say how BUPA_MAIN(BDoc type) is getting triggered while creating business partner.
    Maximum points will be rewarded.
    Thanks in advance
    Nadh.R

    Hi Nadh,
This is done in SMOEAC transaction where you assign the subscription and replication objects.
You go to SMOEAC and select the object type as Subscription and click on display icon and it displays the subscription ALL Business Partners and when you click on this or expand you find publication and when you expand this you find replication objects and against this you find the BUPA_MAIN bdoc type.
Hope this helps and if so please reward points.
    Thanks

    Hi all,
We have often the following error on bupa_main bdocs in SMW01 :
"Partner function already exists in exclusion list"
    Can you hekp us ?
    Thanks a lot.
    J.C.

    Hi J.C,
For me this error looks that you are downloading a customer master with some partner function which are included in exclusion list and thats why the system is raising this error. Please check which partner function is causing this error & whether CRM is trying to exclude or not?

  • Stopped Initial download for Bupa_Main  in CRM in between

    Hi Experts,
We have a problem in CRM. The initial download for the object BUPA_MAIN was accidently started by one of collegues.
The job ran for almost 24 hour adn was still running. The queues went as high as to 40000 entries & the outbound queues started getting stuck in ISU system
So we had to finally kill the job & things resumes as normal...
Can anybody let me know as to what would be the impact of killing the job...

    Hi Rohit,
    Thanks for the info.
Please let me know as to which table will i have to check to see if the download is successfully completed. ( for object BUPA_MAIN)
And did u mean unlocking the queues by quoting 'clearing ' the queue. We we did clear the blocked queue (r3ad* ) but the queue R3AI* got cleared automatically...
Also it seems that the R3AI* queue is still running even cancelling the job.
Also shows as a error in SWMP tcode indicating a abort of initial download.  How do i get rid of it.
