Burned an image from a picture on my screen.

It looks like I have a picture burned into part of my screen. How do I get it off? When you open anything, it is on top of it.

Make one white & one black pic, place them in a folder & have your screen saver use that folder of 2 pics... I hear that'll get rid of it after a bit.

I often proof my work in preview then edit images in photoshop and rename from there. The dsc images are renamed to correlate the name of the class etc. i.e. dcs_001 is saved as the file name required 7A.jpeg etc.
The file names are required to correlate what is what and so on..........

How do I get a raw image from "My Pictures" into Photoshop?

How do I get a RAW image from "My Pictures" into Photoshop? When I send it to Photoshop , it shows up as a grey checkerboard. The title is on the top. Whe I try to send a picture from Camera Raw, it does the same thing.

Has it ever worked or is this just something that started happening recently?

In photoshop cs5 go to Help>Updates
To post the system info here on the forum it might depend on your browser, but using firefox as an example, you would open the system info in photoshop, press Copy then OK.
Here on the forum you would press the ctrl key and paste.

No, there is no simple way of doing it directly. You need some clipboard manipulation which means you need to write some codes in excel as well. Importing the image through a file is much easier.

Single Image from the Picture Library

Hi All - I am trying to display single image from a picture library. I thought it is the simplest task of all to do in SharePoint. I am having hard time. The Picture Library List View Webpart is not displaying single image (created a view that will bring
last updated image) on the blank webpage page. Then I tried the (new in 2013) Picture Library Slideshow Webpart. I set the List and View. It is still showing slideshow. Why is it showing slideshow if the view is pulling only single image. When I browse the
Picture Library and its Single Image View (that I created to filter and show only last updated one), the view page is showing single image. I need to show this single image on the Webpart page. Could anybody please guide me what am i doing wrong?

Just wondering, if your requirement is just to display an image using a webpart, have you tried a content editor webpart?

Transfer an image from VB Picture Box to IMAQ Viewer

Is there a way to take the current image from CWIMAQVision1 and place it in a VB Picture box? Similar to Picture1.Picture = Picture2.Image in VB takes the current image and transfers it to another picture box? Can you also do the reverse and transfer the image from a picture box and place it in CWIMAQVision1?

No, there is no way to directly move an image from the Picture Box to the CWIMAQ Viewer and back. The reason for this is that the CWIMAQ Viewer requires a different image data structure than the picture box. It is not possible to read a file with the LoadPicture command and then send it to CWIMAQ Viewer. You must read the file with one of the Vision tools to read files such as CWIMAQVision1.ReadFile.

How do I burn multiple images from iPhoto to cd?

I have downloaded some family vacation photos to iphoto. iphoto separated them into four events with a total of 161 pictures. I tried to "burn" one event at a time to a non rewrite CD. After the first "burn" the program said that this CD was not rewritable and would not permit the second "burn". I then used a rewritable CD and maxed it out with these 161 regular photos. When I opened the files in the CD there were other files beside the images (a total of 512). I was a long time Windows user and have a feeling that I am either over simplifying the process or missing a step. Where can I find instructions? Thanks

Burn for what purpose? To share with others?
Export the photos to a folder on the Desktop. Burn that with the Finder. Result: a folder of images that any computer can read.
Using iPhoto's Burn command creates an iPhoto Library on the disk and is suitable only for others also using the same version of iPhoto.

Note that rewriteable disks do not necessarily mean that you can append files to them, and require special burning software to do so.

The first video on https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/learn/start/photoshop.html shows you one way to do this: If you open Photoshop, just drag the image file from Explorer/Finder into the PS workspace (or even just to the PS icon).
Another way is to open Photoshop, select File > Open from the menu, and navigate to your image.

Multiplexer error--can't burn disc image from iDVD

Originally FCP. to QT. To iMovie. Added chapters--left auto-generated numerals. Imported to iDVD thru Media Browser..
Film is 53 minutes plus menu (includes 3 minute silent footage in single drop box).
console reports the error as : "7/12/10 9:22:56 AM [0x0-0x418418].com.apple.iDVD[49872] terminate called after throwing an instance of 'M2V::Exception'"
What is an M2V::Exception?
Is the only work-around to drop out the chapters? And will that work. I have done Disk Repair and Restart.

I redid the movie without chapters. It wrote the disc image.
Now it is not writing to re-writable DVD. Here is what console said:

Unable to Import from My Picture Folders

I today downloaded Photoshop Album 2 Starter. The following ODBC error message was received (Internal Error : Data Not Found)when I tried to import folders with images from 'My Pictures'. All my images previously held by my previous Photoshop Album 1 software were transferred and are fully functional.
Also, I have tried Picasa and Roxio and there are no problems associated with them!
I am a keen photographer looking for (hopefully) Photoshop Elements/Album software but I need to resolve this problem - I am not 'well read' in IT matters so if someone out there can help me please try to keep it simple. Thank you.

Hi Charles, You may try clearing all your preferences and then use Photoshop Album Starter Edition. Further, Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 is now avilable for download so may try using the lastest version. Please delete psa.prf file (and other files) from <C:\Documents and Settings\<logon name>\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Album>. Application data is a hidden folder so you need to change view options in explorer to be able to view hidden files. i.e. In Windows explorer --> Tools menu --> Folder Options...--> View tab, select options to see hiddden files and folders. Let us know, if your problem is resolved.

Well you could use the HTML control - try program SAPHTML_DEMO1 and key in the c:\img.jpg to check it works for you... or the picture control as used in example SAP_PICTURE_DEMO.

No.
How did you arrange the shots in iPhoto? In an album, manually?
Then Photos Menu: Batch Change -> Set Title to Text "John's Birthday", for instance, and tick the box to append a number to each Photo. Now your photos are titled 'John's Birthday 001, John's Birthday 002 ... etc'
Then File -> Export and in the Export dialogue set the Filename to "Use Title"
Sort on Filename in the FInder and you end up with a folder full of images in the same order as the Album in iPhoto.
