Burning the wrong Events? How do you mark Events to burn?

Having difficulty in selecting events to burn to DVD. Have already wasted 3 DL DVD's doing this.
I have tried selecting the required Events by highlighting them so they show with a yellow border.
I then click Share / Burn
It then shows the CD/DVD icon at the bottom, and shows 627 items
The burn happens very quickly and when finished then burnt DVD has about all the pictures (about 10) from the first folder in the 'Recent' section of the left hand sidebar.
What the **** am I doing wrong? Was expecting selecting a few photos and burning the DVD to be a 10 minute job this morning before going out. Been here an hour now. I make money building Windows PC's and Ubuntu machines for people, but cant even burn a CD on the **!%^ Mac

What I want to do is select some events, and burn them as the 'mini library' to a DVD. It is a DVD going to someone that also has iPhoto, so i was hoping to do the mini library thing with thumbs etc.
But the files I have selected do not get burnt.
I could do the export to a folder thing, but did not see the need since iPhoto has a built in burn option. it is there, I would have expected it to work by highlighting the photos I wanted and select burn.
As a trial, I selected just one event of just 20 photos to burn. The burn dialogue along the bottom still shows 627 items, but still burns the wrong folder, which is the top one in the recent items list. 627 is the number of photos originally selected, total library is over 15,000
No matter what files I select, it still burns the same selection of Recent photos. Almost as if there is a Burn Cache somewhere that is not getting emptied. The files that it is incorrectly burning have never been burnt before, they were only imported to the machine last night.

Yes, a lot of the original posters do not come back; as far as I'm concerned, the points system should be abolished - period. Most of us help here because we want to and/or enjoy it. I use IMAP to get Gmail. I seem to remember seeing a "[Gmail]/Spam" IMAP folder in previous versions of the app, but that's not visible any more.
Without this, I have to log on to the web-based Gmail to mark messages as spam, that's a productivity killer.

If it's showing the disabled screen due to too many incorrect passcode attempts then you will need to connect it to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPod and restore/re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPod into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

As long as the app remains in the store then you can re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, or via the Purchased Link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
Similarly ibooks can be re-downloaded, and depending upon what country that you are in then music, films and tv shows may also be re-downloadable (if they remain available in the store).

Before you sell or give away your computer, in addition to the steps mentioned in this support article, take these steps:
Run Apple Diagnostics or the Apple Hardware Test. The buyer will do this (or he should), and you don't want to be surprised by the results.
Reset the PRAM and the SMC, which might contain personal information.
If you set a firmware password, remove it by running Firmware Password Utility in Recovery mode.
If you activated FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, turn it off.
If you use Boot Camp, the partition must be deleted
If you created any other data partitions on the internal drive, remove them in Disk Utility.

Yes i am hoping staff here will look into things, even if i can not get the speeds back what i previously had for near 6 months it would be nice to know why i can not and why the download has dropped by around 10Mb and why my upload is now inconsistant.

Pretty pathetic really when BT are the largest telco in the UK. I don't know which old version you're referring to but iPhoto 6's, 7's and 8's retouch tool works exactly the same as iPhoto 9's. The color of the enhance tool's area while applying is a light brown color but the retouch works on any color using the surrounding colors as a basis.

Are you in Safari and you want to copy them to iBooks, or you in a different app ? Assuming that you are using Safari, then if I open a PDF on my first gen iPad in Safari and tap on it, I then get a pop-up bar at the top of it with the 'Open In' options.

As has been said, the iPhone itself can't be hacked this way, as far as anyone currently knows.
Your Apple ID is another story. Any kind of online accounts can be hacked, and Apple IDs are no exception. If someone hacks your Apple ID, they could see all the data in the associated iCloud account, such as contacts, and could send those contacts texts that would appear to come from you. If that were to happen, you should see an alert on your other devices that your Apple ID is being used with Messages on a new device.
If you have not seen that alert, it's unlikely that this problem is occurring due to such a hack. In that case, it would be more likely that either someone has gotten their hands on your phone, or some other Apple device registered to your Apple ID, and has used it to send that message. Or that the person claiming you sent a picture is lying for some reason.
If you believe your Apple ID may have been hacked, you should change your password immediately (at appleid.apple.com). You should also seriously consider enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID.

In most of the cases if the data has S in it that it will be LIS data source else it will be LO datasource.
Normally LO datasources will have Header, Line Item and Schedule line datasources, where as LIS will contain onls LIS structure datasource ex: 2LIS_--_S*.
