Burning versions to dvd

Question

In Aperture 2 I have a number of projects identified by the year - 2002,2003 etc - in each project I have sub-folders named for geographical locations, - Toronto, Calgary etc. - and inside each of those I have sub-folders named for individual shoots. I tried to burn edited versions of the files in a project to a dvd but instead of getting my files in the folders i have them stored in I got 1400 files listed alphabetically according to the version name. Can anyone tell me how I can burn a dvd with the edited version of the files retained in the sub-folders of the project?
My masters are Managed, in case this is relevant.

When you export a version it is converted to a JPEG. Since you are attempting to burn versions try 1)creating duplicate files and/or sub-folders on the hard drive just as they are in Aperture.
2)Then from Aperture, export the versions you are wanting burned into their appropriate folder/sub folder you have created.
3) Close Aperture and then use "burn" to burn the folder/sub-folder structure you created.
As a point of information, I use referenced files in Aperture which allows me to conveniently and effectively save copies of all master files. If I need versions (a project I am currently working on) I will export them and then burn them to disk. I am filing for copyright on these and think having those particular images set aside will be helpful ongoing, not to mention copied and saved.
