Bursting of Dashboards... and Email it to the users.....

I need to develop dashboard which has to be sent to clients through email in such a way that users of a particular house gets details of only his house and should not be able to see other houses.i.e. Bursting of reports.
My dashboard i build it in Xcelsius2008 and data is through QaaWS. There are around 5 connections to QaaWS in the Dashboard. I deployed the dashboard into infoview and it is working fine.
Issues remaining are,
1. Need to burst the dashboard or publish them.
2. Send them to clients through email.
As i deployed it in infoview and i see there is now option for scheduling, is there any way out so that by doing publishing the dashboard we can schedule and send them through emails?
Do i face any connectivity problem if i sent it thru email?
Or there are any other way of doing it.
Please Suggest...i am new to this.

The closest you might be able to get to this is a prototype from the Labs team: http://labs.businessobjects.com/
Look for the Xcelsius Publishing Plugin (you need XI 3.x for this).

Just an FYI - the free Yahoo accounts do NOT use POP mail...If you want this type of access, you have to pay for the upgraded version of Yahoo Mail...

yes, just make sure you turn off auto-sync to keep everything organized before you try syncing
on a pc
edit > preferences > devices - 'prevent ipads, iphones, and ipods from syncing automatically' needs to be checked

My opinion: I think you'll need to define what, to you, means "primary user". a primary user relationship can be defined manually by you one by one in the console, automatically by usage, imported via script, or the end user (if they know
how and you've allowed this in settings) can indicate a machine is a primary machine for themselves.
How is primary user relationship set, in your environment? Depending upon how that relationship is determined in your environment, then you can track for that particular machine how or why the relationship you expect to be there, isn't the relationship
the database acknowledges.

We have the full email id of the user as the portal user name. Right now we are using the "Item Attributes - Current User" to show the user name. We don't want to show this anymore. We would like to show the First and Last name of the user on the Portal page. How can i do this. Please post a reply if you have some idea about it.

If you don't want to be constrained by keeping your videos super small so they can fit in an email, there are several solutions:
1) Get a .mac account and use Web Gallery ($)
2) Use Youtube and include a link to the video in your email (free)
3) Use Google Video and include a link to the video in your email (free)
4) Use VIMEO and include a link to the video in your email (free)
There are several other video hosting services but you get the idea.

One email remains in the user's outbox in SAP. All other emails to external addresses are working.
The recipient's email address is correct.
There is no error in the Event viewer.
In table ALR1 the status is 'P'. What does status 'P' mean? Any ideas why this email is not sending?

As further information, the error in the Event Viewer is
Faulting application B1mail.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x000292a2.
I didn't see it at first as it's under source:application error and not SBO mailer.

It's worth noting that if your Gmail has been hacked, it would likely have nothing to do with your MacBook. Hacking web based email is fairly common and it doesn't require any access to your machine whatsoever. In the same way that you can simply go to the Gmail webpage through any browser, any hacker can use the same method. It doesn't mean your machine has been compromised in any way (and it has likely not been). I have never received an email from Google of this nature. I have received notifications when someone has attempted to create an account with my name in which they basically say that there is no action required if you're the rightful owner.

From your description, you have used workflow to copy the URL into a column.
Then I recommend to use JSLINK to add a button to the list view and copy the URL from the column to the clipboard when clicking the button.
Here is the code for the js file and please use it in Internet Explorer(the code only works in IE):

Formscentral doesn't support direct delivery of filled forms via email at this time. You can however use Acrobat to add an email link to a form instead of a submit button. In this way the PDF will be returned to the email of your choice.

Apples dont come with say, a big manual like old things used to. Basically its a just a quick reference guide, everything on specifics is online
