Business Account created - but no business credit card available
Dear Team,
I received an IPhone from my company. I created an Apple account with my business e-mail box accordingly with my computer in order to use the app store.
The Problem:
When I start to install my first "free" app on IPhone I have to check my newly created account and it is mandatory to add the payment method and a credit card.
I do not have any business credit form the company and as I want to keep my privat life separate from the company I wont give my personal credit card as a reference.
So now what to do? How can I use the my account and download free apps without giving any credit card info?

I switched my payment account from PayPal to a credit card for I tunes purchases but they keep declining me stating that I don't have a valid PayPal account I have contacted customer service three times and it is like we are talking two different languages
I have been having this issue too since yesterday. I downloaded two songs fine (my itunes account was associated to paypal) then I went to download an album and it said paypal is not supported on this device. So, I went out onto itunes via my computer and put my credit card (it is valid in my country, it is a visa, it is not a debit card) and it still isn't working. It still says on my iphone that paypal cannot be used on this device. I don't understand this since I switched it online from paypal to a credit card. Please do not post the "accepted form of payment" link again, I see that (have seen it as a response to many requests like this actually which isn't helping.) I actually want to purchase some things...you would think Apple would do its best to help me to do that!

Make sure that the account that you are using on the iPod Touch is indeed the same as on your computer. Check Settings > Store and see that the Apple IDs are the same. If you are using different accounts you may have different credit card information on the two accounts.

Accounting document while VF01 for credit card payments
Hi Friends,
While creating billing document for credit card payments, system creates accounting document as under. One FI document for all the below line items.
Dr. Customer
Cr. Revenue
Cr. Customer
Dr. Card receivable.
Instead is it possible to generate two documents, like ...
1. Dr. Customer Cr. Revenue
2. Cr. Customer Dr. Card receivalbe. (document type is different, i want to take DZ)

I have took over an old Ipad from my sister recently.
Yesterday, i have create an account for Singapore and entered Credit card details.
Once i want to make payment with my own account, the screen pop up and ask my to verify the payment details before finalizing the purchase. After key in the Verification code, another screen pop up and ask me to log in again (but this time is to log in to my sister's account).
I'm unable to make any purchase this moment because of this issue, pls assist and advise how can i solve it ?

Ms CHUNGr u shure you have any ballance for your account u can check your ballance on the top of your screen if u have a account it u have not reedemed the gift card yet go to the itunes store main page and u can reedeem it if u look at the right hand side of the page and scroll down and click redeem and type in the code on the back of the card and that should do the trick hope this helps

After registration, You can Go to
1 Settings
2.Itunes&App Store
3.Click on your apple id .
4.Select View Apple ID
5.Slecet Payment Info
And You can find NONE here.
Please select NONE to delete your credit card numbe r from the list
But While registering you cant find NONE, you have to enter the cc number.

You have Acrobat Pro on your system. It will try to open PDFs, and of course it will fail. You must uninstall it. Then, you will need a PDF reader. So install Adobe Reader. That seems quite simple, but perhaps something is wrong. If anything goes wrong with these two steps (1) uninstall Acrobat Pro (2) install Adobe Reader, then please let us know the details.

Creating Sales Order with credit card using Process Order API

When trying to create sales order with payment type as Credit card using Order data storing into staging tables and then calling Order Import Concurrent Program. The order is being created in ENTERED state.
While trying to passing the same details to Process Order API to create Sales Order, we are getting following error:
Unable to set up a Credit Card Bank Account for the Customer.
Credit Card information on the order is not valid.
Why getting this error while using Process Order API.

KANN.When using the API, are you trying to create the order as booked using the booked flag or the book action? I would recommend using the action if you are not. To troubleshoot, I would try the API without booking and then use the following article to determine the issue:

How do you pay for apps using an iTunes gift card. I have money on a gift card but only my credit card shows up as method of payment.
After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

Thanks a lot for your help ,What country are you in ? If you are in the US then you can only use the US iTune store, and you can't use a Canadian credit card with the US store - a credit card needs to have been issued by a bank in the country where you are.
If you are in Canada then remove your old credit card from your account and then update your country/region and billing address on your account e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and 'view Apple id' on the popup, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes
