Business Object "Service Order" not found in Web Service Tool

Dear Experts,
We're trying to create a web service for Service Order via Web Service Tool,
but we can't find the business object "Service Order" there.
How to step to reproduce the problem:
1. Logon CRM WEBUI with the business role ITSERVICEPRO.
(or T-cd:BSP_WD_CMPWB > Enter component WS_DESIGN_TOOL > Test)
2. Go to Service Operations>Web Service
3. Create a new Web Service
-> In "Service Objects" area at step 1 "Select Objects", there's a drop down list box of "Business Object".
In this list, "Service Order" does not exist.
Other objects such as "Service Confirmation", "Service Order Quotation" etc are available.
How can we create a new web service for Service Order?
Any advise would be highly apprecaited.
Best regards,
F.T.

Hello Rocca,
It is hard coded in FM CRM_SALESDOCUMENT_FILTER that the item which is assigned to object type BUS2000140 would be removed from the upload relevant item list.
To get it replicated, I am afraid that you need to modify the relevant coding here.
Best regards,
Maggie

  • PAPI Service Interfaces not exposed as Web Services

    Hi,
In guide Javadoc_PAPI_SAPME_150 there are some public interfaces that are not present as Web Services in SAP NetWeaver Application Server -> Single Service Administration: Service Definitions.
The list of missing interfaces is:
    ArchiveServiceInterface
    BrowseServiceInterface
    BrowseSfcServiceInterface
    DateGlobalizationServiceInterface
    DBSequenceServiceInterface
    DomainServiceInterface
    DynamicInvocationServiceInterface
    HookExecutionServiceInterface
    LocalizedServiceInterface
    NumberGlobalizationServiceInterface
    OverrideDefinitionServiceInterface
    PortletConfigurationServiceInterface
    PredefinedFieldGroupConfigurationServiceInterface
    PrintingFormatServiceInterface
    PrintingTransportServiceInterface
    ResourceBundleGlobalizationServiceInterface
    RevisionableDomainServiceInterface
    RunAsServiceInterface
    SchedulingStandardsConfigurationServiceInterface
    SpcChartServiceInterface
    TextGlobalizationServiceInterface
I don't understand if this is by design or if there are some error in the customer NetWeaver implementation.
      Thank you for your help,
        Filippo.

    Hello Konstantin,
      thank you for your response.
Just another question: you say "It's indicated that listed services are not published" but I don't understand where it's indicated.
For example in documentation Javadoc_PAPI_SAPME_150, package com.sap.me.common, ObjectResolverServiceInterface and DynamicInvocationServiceInterface are documented in the same way and I don't see any indication that says if the interface is published as WS or not.
      Best regards,

  • Class not found for web service

    hi,
I'm tring to develop a simple web service using axis 1.3 and Tomcat 5.0 as container and server but I've got some problem catching some class. I've downloaded all the jar files (all the org.apache.axis.* and all in the WSDP2.0) but when I open jar files I get only the *.class and not the *.java.... I use the NetBeans IDE 5.0 to develop all the class but it say that it can find all these class.
(I've put all the needed jar file in the library of the package)
actually I need the AdminClient.java, Service.java all the jaxrpc.
I think it could be really a simple problem.... but I don't know how I can go on....
    thanks

I've just done the download of wsdp 2.0 or the previous version but in all jar file I can find only files with extension *.class. I need the *.java ?Isn't it?
It's possible that the problem is using netbeans 5.0?
I don't think so because also from the dos command line I can't found the property class....( java2wsdl.java )

  • Service Orders not displayed in Web Tools

    Hello everyone,
We are creating Service Type Orders within B1 and they are syncing over to Web Tools just fine, however they are not displayed on the Order History page for the user.  Is that 'as designed'?  I know there is no traditional information that can be displayed about these, but was just curious how these should be viewed if at all within WebTools or if I should create custom development for this.  Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.  FYI, we are using Web Tools 2007 PL 01.
    Thanks,
    Kristen

    Hi Bryce,
I am talking about orders of type 'Service' versus 'Item'.  So, it is just a Service Order, for a dollar amount to a G/L Account, rather than having a list of items.  These are shown in the Web Tools tables, but are not displayed to the user.  Just curious if they were designed to or not.  Please let me know if that makes sense.
    Thanks,
    Kristen

  • Oracle service orcl not found in windows services

    hello
i'm facing a very serious problem. MY server ORacleserviceorcl not found in services. all services currently up and running. but ORCL service not show there and my database is down how i start my database. i found this problem first time. plz help me how to Start oracle. my ORacle version 10g on windows server 2003

    Niall,
Do you think that the OP should try the following command to re-create the service:
C:\> ORADIM -NEW -SID ORCLAs far as I have been able to determine, that command will not cause an issue, and will return an error if the service already exists.
To the OP: It is possible that a utility, such as HiJackThis, was used to remove the service, the Windows registry is corrupt, someone used ORADIM to delete the service, someone was hacking away in the registry and accidentally removed the entry for the service, or any number of other possibilities (I am not sure if MSCONFIG will remove a service when that program disables the service, but that might be another possibility, and dropping the database is another possibility).

Added the note about dropping the database as a possible cause - see if the datafiles still exist.

  • Classical Order with Order lines entry with Web Service

    Hello all,
I want to create a application in ADF that calls a web service for order entry. The Web service accepts an Order Object which contain a array of Order Lines Objects. This is a web service with a complex input object and I think the best is use a jax-ws proxy with a PoJo Data Control.
But my problem is how can I make a suitable user interface for this? How can I create a Form where I can enter the Order Lines? I can bind a Table to this array but then I can only add 1 OrderLine.
    Thanks, Joost

I found out that it is possible to bind the OrderLines to a table and add a button to the jsp with the following code in a backing bean:
    BindingContext bc = BindingContext.getCurrent();
    DCBindingContainer bindings = (DCBindingContainer)bc.getCurrentBindingsEntry();
    DCIteratorBinding dcib = (DCIteratorBinding) bindings.get("orderlinesIterator");
    RowSetIterator iter = dcib.getRowSetIterator();
    Row newRow = iter.createRow();
    iter.insertRowAtRangeIndex(0, newRow);
This create a new row and everything works fine in combination of the Web Service!

Okay, I am fine, I  verify the RunAs account configuration and yes this is the problem... I was able to solve it for those SQL running servicec account using domain user account, I created the run as account, and assoistte it with SQL profiles,
    and it is fine....
BUT, what about my 8 SQL Servers running SQL Service Account under System and Network accounts,
so how Can I add this coz I cannot target all objects,so what shall I target (Object Health Service or WHAT)?
Please I need it step by step coz I am not able to handle this issue....
    Thank you Guys

    Hi,
If you have not distributed the Run As Account to a system, but we discovered SQL on it, you will see the error message.
This condition may have occurred because the account is not configured to be distributed to this computer. To resolve this problem, please distribute the account to this computer if appropriate. You can refer to the following blog to distribute the Run As

  • SSO Exception Invalid Session: Service URL not found:session

I am running AM 7 (installed from JES) under Sun Web Server 6.1.
The Policy Agent is installed in Tomcat 5.5 (on the same box).
I am getting the exception: SSO Exception Invalid Session: Service URL not found:session
when I try to run the SSO Serlvet example.
I have searched the forum and found many people get this error and the advice seems to be check the config file. The Agent config file (AMAgent.properties) has all the right parameters in it (matches the server just fine because I authenticate before getting to the serlvet).
I've tried to set the naming url thru the JVM command line args and programatically. I've been thru the client SDK install chapter many times.
    Still getting the same error.
    Help!
    Jason

More info: I set the debug level in the AM server to message and in the amSSOProvider log, I get several Invalid Session ID.
How could this be when I just successfully authenticated???
I can also go to other protected web pages, and AM does not force me to reauthenticate, so obviously the cookie is good.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • In order to create a web service on SAP R/3 what are the prerequisites.

    Hi All
I want to create a web service(for a bapi) on SAP R/3  which will be used by a third party application. I dont know anything about creating a web service. My question is <b>in order to create a web service do we need to run Sap R/3 on netweaver ?</b>. I cannot see create web service on my BAPI screen.
    Thanks

    Hi Dohr
We are running 4.7 on WAS 6.20 .I heard ,if we have to activate webservices on WAS 6.20  it will expose all the RFCs and BAPIs as web services. Could you explain me what is the main difference between WAS6.20 and WAS6.40 in terms of creating web services and how do i activate web services.
    Thank you very much

I think you do have a ticket in your subject, problem is that they ar'nt readable by suns core librarys. Sun seems to lack suport for des3-cbc-sha1. Try creating tickets with des-cbc-crc.

Installed Enterprise Edition on server, Error 404-not found? though services are up and security password look fine.
    Thanks in advance,

looks for the logs as why they were down. You can bring the managed server up by running the command
    sh ./startManagedWebLogic.sh bi_server1 http://hostname:7001> start_bi_server1.log &
inorder to start the above without password you need to add the username and pwd in boot.properties under /MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/bi_server1/security and for admin server /MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/AdminServer/security
and start the OPMN processes using command line ./opmnctl startall
if any of the serivces wont start check the logs
    Thanks,

    Hi Jacopo,
Please check your pricing procedure settings and check for mandatory pricing condition.
Secondly, check the pricing agreement in the contract.
