Business partner not getting dunned though dunning procedure is attached

Hi All,
We have Business partner for which dunning procedure is attached , there is no dunning lock, i have checked the dunning procedure having levels.
is there link between dunning and payment method and Lock present in Incoming Payment tab in Business Partner master data?
I would like to know where i can check for business partner last dunned? i checked in CAA3 but could not find.

Hi,
Incoming payment method option can be found at Contract Account level. There in the payments tab, you can find the Incoming payment method option.
Also, for getting the items for dunning, check directly at respective document level, if the incoming payment method is set. If there is no incoming payment method set, then it should allow the items for dunning.
Generally for incoming payment method, the payment is processed on the due date, so in most cases, you will see a lock applied for preventing the item to be considered before the due date. (Prevent Early Payment).
The payment method has the relation with the dunning. As the CA is registered for incoming payment method, it is expected that the payment would be received on a timely basis on or before the due dates, so these items are not considered for Dunning purpose.
FPM3 is the transaction that shows the dunning history for that account.
Manually run FPVA for dunning proposal if the items are elligible for dunning and check in FPM3 for the entry. It the print date for the entries found is blank, run FPVB for Dunning Activity.

    Hi Grace,
    First check :
    1- transaction : CRM_OM_BP_INTEGRATE
    select org structure where your user is and check that you have green lights (no missing address....)
    2- Run transaction USERS_GEN
    Select check user
    Is everything correct or does the user need to be repaired ?

    Has your carrier been having issues with Call Display? Do the telephone numbers come up when people call, or does it just show 'Unknown Number' or 'Blocked' ?

    Hi Kale,
    Make sure the field Business area is not supressed in tx. OB14. for the GL account in line item 001.
    On the other hand, have a look to the note and kba below:
    41294 - Business area in customer/vendor item
    Kba 1727802 - Business area not getting populated in sales/ purchase tax

    I have a problem during CUSTOMER_REL replication from ERP to CRM.
    In r3am1 object looks fine but in some BDoc following error appears:

    Thanks for reply. Correction instructions from this note refer to METHOD MODIFY_CONP_ADDRES which doesn't exist in crm7.0.
    I can see in CRM that contact person is replicated and is present in BUT000 but table BUT052 is empty for this contact.
    What is more we have implemented in our CRM note 564538  To change Contact Persons grouping replicated from ECC to CRM.
    But also have: Note 757955 - Incompatible change concerning CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU.
    We checked as well
    Note 609766 - Correction of BP GUIDS in CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO, BUT000, CRMKUNNR
    Note 836353 and run reports to find inconsistencies in tables BUT052, BUT051, ADCP and ADRVP. However no inconsistencies were found.

  • Business Partner Notes appearing as GUID

    Hi All,
    In MSA Business partner notes are appearing as GUID instead of text.  As a fix we have done the extract on CAP-Gen Object which solves the problem temporarly.
    If new notes are added to the Business partner then once again the problem occurs appearing as GUID instead of the note details.
    This impact is there only on the few machines but major machines are working fine.
    Can any one let us know the cause for why the GUID is appearing instead of note details.

  • LT09 - Transfer Order User Exit is not getting trigerred though its active

    I am trying to assign the enhancement : MWMTO001
    ( Enhancements for end of transfer order generation )
    which contains the user exit component : EXIT_SAPLL03T_001
    I have created a project in CMOD and assigned the enhancement.
    When I execute the TCode LT09 for transfer order, I noticed that this exit is not getting trigerred ...
    I need to call a smartform whenever we save the data in the T-code LT09.
    Am i using a wrong Exit ? Please help me to find out why this exit is not getting triggered though its activated ....

    According to 1st scenario prgm is activated & also activated enhancement in CMOD.
    According to 2nd scenario, can u suggest how to find out the correct exit...
    Actually I written a print prgm in include of EXIT_SAPLL03T_001 & designed SMARTFORM for that...
    if I do process thru LT09 transaction & save that SMARTFORM should be triggered which is not happening...I put  break points & tried but the exit is not triggering.
    pls suggest how to find out the correct exit of LT09 .

  • Business partner not created in SRM in  HR-SRM  integration

    Hi All,
    We are setting up SRM HR integration set up with ALE idocs message type.
    I ve done configuration as per guide available in SAP.Setting up parnter profiles,maintaining message types in both the systems ,mainyaining entries in tavle T77S0 for HRALX , maintaining filters in distribution model in BD64. When I start replicating the data using PFAL in R/3 ,the idocs triggered are green in both R/3 and SRM for org units ,Postions and also Persons.
    Still i dont see BP created for most of the employees.Only few are getting craeted.When I check the log in SLG1 it says Marital status could not be converted.
    I maintained all entries as per the entries available in R/3 in SPRO-Cross application components- SAP Business Partner-Business partners-Natural Persons-Maintain Marital status . Still i rceive the same error in SLG1 and BP is not getting craeted with idoc in green in SRM.
    CAn any one please help.

    On SRM side using WE05 transaction see the failed IDOC's to get the complete details of the error. As you are saying that some of the users are successfully replicated issue may be on the ECC side HR info type relation ship missing. Ask your HR team to check the same.
    On ECC side check table HRP1001 to see the difference between the successully replcaited users and one which failed.

    1. Goto MDS load cockpit transaction and run the sync for that one customer... Check the log to see why the BP is not created
    2. Since you are saying the order was created without any issues, check the credit account on the sales order (header data or table VBAK) check if a BP is created for the credit account (in case credit acct is different to sold to)
    3. If sold to = credit account, check if your sd-fscm Badi is implemented correctly. Among other things this Badi copies credit info such as risk class from fscm onto the sales order. Check if this Badi is implemented correctly (I'm assuming u've already activated fscm credit management)
    4. Finally you may want to consider adding a line to OVA8 for blank risk category, for all credit control area and block the document for max doc value of -.01. This will prevent any sales orders from getting created when the proper credit info is not copied over from fscm (or if the credit data had not yet been maintained on the BP)

    Gracias for the reply, i checked the master record of the business partner in T-code BP, under General Role > Status. The Field Not Released in not enabled. Which mean that the Business partner can be used for posting.
    Please confirm if there are any other role i need to check for this field.

    i itend to create a business partner for employee in SAP E RECRUITMENT but when i run the report HRALXSYNC for an employee, the result i am getting is total blank. I suppose there should be some errors if it is not working properly, but the the screen after running the report is total blank.
    are any prior settings must me meet before the business partners can be created using HRALXSYNC?

    Requirements to use the report are the activation of the integration for buisness partner. You could get details from sap note  550055.
    You have to switch on the following keys in table T77S0  with  SM30:
    Group    Sem. ID
    HRALX   HRAC           to  'X' for global HR-Integration
    HRALX   OBPON        to "ON"  for activate the integration between organization object  and business partner 
    HRALX   PBPON         "ON"  for activation the integration between central perosn and business partner

  • Name 1 and Name 2 fields of Business Partner - changes get set back

    Dear Experts,
    in SRM 7.0 CS, i am facing the following problem w.r.t Messages in the shopping cart.
    It is known system behaviour, that in case the contend of the fields Name 1 or Name 2 of the Plant Business Partner is longer than 35 digits, than a (warning) message is displayed in the shopping cart with the content like "Name 2 field, limited amount of digts can be displayed..."
    I have shortened the content of the field Name 2 of the BP of my plant, but it seems that after some time the old contend has been written back into the field for some reason.
    Has anyone experienced a similar problem? What could be the cause? Is it recomandable to use the "Influence Message Control" configuration for this message, in order to hide it completely?...or should the "Message Control By User" configuration be used?

    i seem to have been able to solve the problem by not only making the change on the BP, but also respectively changing the content in the respective fields in PPOMA (reduce the length of the content in the fields Name1 and Name2 of the location).

  • Partner not getting picked

    Hi All,
    We have the below scenario which is not happening as expected.
    We have the Partner Function ZS and ZG which is assigned to the respective Account Groups. ZS is the sourse for ZG. We have done the config for the Partner Function in such a way that we will enter ZS manually and corresponding ZG should get populated in the Order.
    How ever, when we enter the Partner ZS, ZG is not getting pciked automatically. System accepts when we enter ZG manually.Also, If we create an order with reference to an Order which has got both ZS and ZG, the Partner Function ZG gets picked automatically. The config for Sourse and assignments are correct.

  • Business service NOT getting configured from jca file in Windows 7

    I am faced with a problem in Windows 7.
    In one machine with Win XP as OS, when I create a business service from a JCA(.jca) file, the Endpoint URI gets configured automatically with jca://<jndi name>/... and having protocol as jca.
    But, when I do the same in Windows 7, the endpoint URI is not getting configured neither do I find a jca option in protocol so that I can configure it manually.
    The probable reason I sense, is that some files(may be jar or others) are not getting the acccess required by OEPE.
    Any suggestions, which jars or files are required for the configuration to be correct??? I mean for the JCA protocol to come up ??

    I could create a JCA business service on windows 7 64bit without any issues. Can you follow below points and let us know the result -
    1. Make sure that you are running eclipse as administrator. right click on "eclipse.exe" and select "Run as administrator"
    2. Make sure that file $OEPE_Installation_Dir\dropins\oracle.osb.ide.link has a valid OSB home entry like below -
    path=E:/ofmw11g/mw/Oracle_OSB13. Make sure that below directory exists -
    $OSB_home\eclipse\plugins\com.bea.alsb.transports.jca_1.1.0
    For e.g. - my setup have E:\ofmw11g\mw\Oracle_OSB1\eclipse\plugins\com.bea.alsb.transports.jca_1.1.0
