I am getting the above error. Is there anyone who faced the same issue? Please let me know how can I solve the issue. I will really appreciate.

Hi Nabi,
You have to check for SLFN transaction type in spro,
For field -
org data profile is something is assigned/not
if it is  remove this value if you don't want to assign any support team automatically.
But in case if you need to make Support team derivation automatic then you need to make some setting like creation of rule and rule determination from spro.

    The user needs to be attached to the Org Plan. (PPOMA_BBP)
    Have you maintained the Contact person for this USer in the Org Plan. (PPOMA_BBP) ?
    Please check the consitency of this BP as well.

    Purpose

    Prerequisites
    To be able to run this report, integration between Organizational Management and SAP Business Partner must be active.
    Features
    This section contains information about the functions you can use to select and output data.
    Selection
    The following options enable you to restrict the selection of objects:
    Central Person
    In addition to selecting central persons created during integration between HR Master Data and Business Partner data, you can also select central persons who have been created locally. However, central persons created locally are not checked for consistency.
    Employee (object type P)
    This selection option is only available in HR systems. The corresponding central person is displayed together with the person. Both objects are kept consistent in the Basic Data, Address, and Bank Data columns.
    Positions
    Business Partners (Employee role)
    Users
    Organizational Unit(s)
    You can specify specific organizational units for the selection.
    Business Partner (Organizational Unit role)
    Note:
    The selection objects Position, Business Partner (Employee role), User, and Business Partner (Organizational Unit role) are only available if an implementation of BAdI HRALX_HRALXSYNC_BADI exists.
    Branch as of Organizational Unit
    This option enables you to select all objects in the structure for one or more organizational units. You can also restrict selection according to one of the following object types:
    Central Persons Only
    Employees Only
    Positions Only
    Business Partners Only (Employee role)
    Users Only
    Organizational Units Only
    Business Partners Only (Organizational Unit role)
    Include All Object Types
    Changes Since
    All organizational units and central persons for which changes have been made since the last time all objects were synchronized are read. When all objects have been synchronized successfully, a new change date is set.
    Note:
    If a selection has been made but the relevant input field remains blank, all objects of a particular object type are read from the database. This condition can lead to a long runtime, therefore, SAP recommends you also enter a restriction.
    Output
    The organizational units and central persons that have been found are displayed in a list that includes status data.
    To facilitate navigation, a hierarchical tree structure is displayed on the left-hand side of the object list. The branches are sorted according to the type of action that is to be executed.
    If an implementation of BAdI HRALX_HRALXSYNC_BADI exists, checks from this BAdI are executed in the External Checks branch.
    If you double-click on the folder icon in the navigation tree, all objects are displayed in the list.
    Note:
    Meaning of status display for data in the Basic Data, Address, and Bank Data columns:
    Icon Message Text Meaning
    Green traffic light Business partner does not need to be synchronized with HR object data All business partner data is consistent with HR object data.
    Yellow traffic light Business partner does need to be synchronized with HR object data Business partner exists. The business partner data is not consistent with the HR object data.
    Red traffic light Object data is new and must first be created for the business partner The business partner does not yet exist or the the business partner data is incomplete.
    No traffic light Object type does not include this type of data Check type is not relevant for this object.
    Activities
    To integrate business partners or to repair selected objects, you must select the relevant lines in the object list and choose Execute. Any errors that occur are displayed after synchronization.

    Is it possible to create a BP from an XML string. 
    I know about GetBusinessPartnerFromXml(string FileName, int index)
    but I dont want to save the string in a file before creating a BP from it

    You did not steal my thunder. You asked for advice, I provided advice. I assumed that since you nor the "support team" could find your files that you did not have any backup. You should have told us you do regular backups. We have no way to know otherwise unless you tell us.

  • DTR Failure in TM due to Business partner internal ID does not exist error

    hi Folks,
    For the SubCon STO scenario a vendor is assigned with a customer ( & vice versa) in the ECC system. The PO's created for this customer (which has the partner function LF for the vendor) the XML message fails in TM system, with a message "Business partner internal ID 0006400000 does not exist".
    The business partner for 0006400000 is available in the TM system, it lacks one identification number (CRM002) when compared to the rest of the customers.
    As described in the link given below the business functions LOG_SCM_CUSTVEND_INT & SCM_SCMB_TM_FND1 are activated in the system. I was expecting that when the BP was created the vendor also has the id CRM002 with the customer id in there. For some reason this is not happening & so the message fails.

    Hi,
    to resolve the message BP with GUID does not exist you first need to find out which customer is not replicated.
    To do this copy the guid in the Field BP_GUID of table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO. This is a mapping table. If the GUID does not exist in that table then use the CRMKUNNR in R/3.
    Now that you have found the right BP  you should create a request in R3AR2 for object CUSTOMER_MAIN and execute it using R3AR4. when this Bdoc is processed correctly do the same for CUSTOMER_REL. Now you should have Your BP with its relations.

  • Business partner with GUID does not exist

    We're trying to replicate a customer from R/3 to CRM. We keep getting this error. It appears it';s trying to update the partner and since it doesnt exist in CRM, this message pops up. We're using R3AR2-4 to define and start the request to pull the data across. Is there a way to send the customer as a create and not an update?

    Hello James,
    To load individual objects you're better to use requests. A request is a 'mini' initial load but you can define the filters in the request itself. This avoids mistakes (wrong filter -> complete initial load!) and downtime (when filters are set and people are working no data is exchanged!).
    To create a request
    R3AR2
    Request name: free to choose
    Adapter object: BUPA_MAIN
    -> Detail
    Table name: BUT000
    Fieldname: PARTNER (for number, for guid PARTNER_GUID)
    Option: EQ
    Low: Number or guid
    To start the created request:
    R3AR4
    Enter the request name from step 1
    (Monitor request)
    R3AM1
    Object name BUPA_MAIN
    Much easier than an initial load!!!!
    P.S You can also check CRMM_BUPA_MAP to synchronize a single partner which is even more easier!

    Hello experts. I implement Solution Manager 7.1 Incident Management. I neet to notify support team when new incident is created and if incident dispatched to second line of support. In first case I use the action ZMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT (copy of SMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT).
    I do not have problems if to correspomding support team in an organizational unit (Business partner) is appropriated any email  address. But in this case the notice only on this address comes.  How to make so that came to all members of team? I have ideas to use Shared Distribution list (transaction SO23). But in this case the system does not understand that I have specified the Distribution List. How to use the Distribution list and where it to appropriate in an organizational unit for the business partner (support team). I need to use Distribution List which created in SAP.

  • SolMan 4.0: Support Team determination via Access Sequence not working

    from all the documentation I've read I got the following understanding for automatically determination of Support Team via Access Sequence (well, for one possibillity at least):
    - Maintain Sold-to-Party in IBase IB52, especially country attribute. DONE
    - Maintain Organizational Structure in PPOMA_CRM and create Org. Units, Business Partner No. get assigned automatically. DONE
    - The Organizational Unit "Support Team" has the same country attribute as the Sold-to-Party and was marked "Obj. Permitted in Determination". DONE
    - In IMG under SolMan -> Sc.-Specific Settings -> Partner Det. Proc. -> Def. Partner Det. Procedure select Procedure "SLFN0001" -> Partner Functions in Procedure -> Select "Support Team" -> Details, in block "Partner Determination" under "Access Sequence" select "Organizational data: Support Team by org. model". DONE
    If I now create a support message in a satellite system the Support-Team will NOT be assigned. Instead if I have a look into transaction data of the message under tab "Actions" there is an entry "When message is created, find support team responsible" with processing parameters RULE AC13200137, PARTNER_FCT SLFN0003.
    This makes absolutely no sense to me, why is the determination rule 13200137 used (which contains no entries at the moment) instead of the assigned Access Sequence?
    Am I missing something?

  • Synchronization from vendor to business partner is not active?

    Hi there
    I am busy performing data migration of business partners and vendor accounts and have hit an issue on the last step of linking the uploaded BP to the uploaded Vendor.
    On execution of the transaction FLBPC2 (Link Vendor to Business Partner), it issues the error "CVIV_UI015 Synchronization from vendor to business partner is not active" which I believe is a product error because:
    1. I have configured BP to a new internal number range (and all other config requirements)
    2. I have configured a new Vendor account group with an external number range which is a duplicate of 1. above
    3. I have enabled BP to Vendor synchronisation in "Master Data Synchronisation" (from BP to VENDOR).
    I have tested my configuration successfully by creating a business partner via transaction BP and extending him to a vendor in a company code perfectly (works like a charm).
    My data migration process includes:
    - Creating a business partner using BAPI BUSISB990/FSCREATEFROMDATA.
    - Creating a vendor using the external number given above using a recording of FK01.
    - Linking the two using a recording of transaction FLBPC2 (Link Vendor to Business Partner).
    I am not trying to synchonise a business partner from vendor, but to synchronise the vendor via the business partner (which works using transaction BP) when the issue is received.
    Any ideas as to why I cannot do the operation manually which works via automation and why the error is not appriate?

    Good morning,
    I had a similar problem and solved by disabling
    the integration of the PI / XI of the PPO.
    To make sure that the PPO is working properly.
    You can check this setting by BUPA_CALL_FU transaction.
    Checks if the items are BUPA_OUTBOUND_MAIN and BUPA_OUTBOUND_REL
    integration of the disabled for PI / XI, according to the objects you need to be replicated.
    If they are uncheck them and rerun your tests.
    Use MDS_PPO2 the transaction log to check the copy of BP
    to the Vendor.

    The Business partner address field is not getting populated properly. We did a full load last week and still we could not see those addresses for certain business partners. However we were able to see the addresses in RSA3 and PSA too but not in the InfoObject. Can anyone throw a light on this issue. Anything will be highly appreciated.

    Hi,
    As the data is getting populated successfully till PSA there should be no problem with the datasource.
    Now, if you are using 3.X, then check for the transfer rules and update rules also check whether
    any routines have been implemented and check the routine for any logic implemented in filtering/hiding/removing the address data. Try to debug the same using "simulate update" option over any datapackage.
    If you are using 7.0 then check in the transformation for the mapping of fields or any routines implemented in
    filtering/hiding/removing the address.

  • Organizational objects do not create a Business Partner ID

    I am setting up SRM org structure with PPOCA_BBP/PPOMA_BBP transaction. I am creating, companies, plants, purchase orgs, purchasing groups and positions and the problem is that SRM is not assigning a Business Partner number to any of those.
    I have already checked that there is an internal and external number range setup for Business Partners. Do you have any hints why this could be happening? Your help will be appreciated.

    Which SRM version are you using ?
    I imagine you would like to synchronize business partner data, which are created in backend, into SRM. You can use Tcode BBPGETVD or BBPUPDVD or run/schedule bbp_vendor_sync (need customizing).
    You can create BP:->
    1) Either via middleware replication from R/3 to SRM - BBPGETVD.
    2) Either manually directly in SRM web transaction - BBPMAININT.

  • Service Desk: Can't find Support Team when creat.message in satellite syste

    strange thing:
    In service desk I customized the partner determination rule for the support team with the rule AC13200137.
    (In the rule pretty much everything is filled with * )
    a) when creating a message via transaction NOTIF_CREATE within solman itself, the support team can be determined without any problems.
    b) when creating a message in a satellite system via ->Help ->Create Support Message, the message gets created in the solution manager, but the support team could not be determined.
    In the action log for "when message is created, find
    support team responsible" the protocol is red.
    Details of the log:
    - green: Date and time stamp
    - green: Processing CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 is started
    - red: Rule container does not exist
    - red: Actim could not be successfully executed
    Any idea why this is acting differently ?

    It might be because of the buffer synchronization problem , you can try executing the program
    HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE
    in se 38 and see whether the responsiblites that you created are getting updated.Its because of the master data change and some time it take a longer time to get updated in the database .
