Business plan or Individual plan for doing Commercial Work

Hi
I do Photoshop design work, and sell designs to people. Currently I have a Licensed copy of CS2, but would now like to go for the latest version of Photoshop as its the only application i use.
I don't need more than one license, because it is just me.
Which plan is correct for this? Do I need a Business plan or Individual plan for doing Commercial Work?  Can i use the "Individuals - Photography" ?
Also what is the difference between "Individuals - Photography" and "Individuals - Single App"
Can you please help me by providing proper answer that fits right to my case, just need the plan to fit to my intentions.

4.7 No Service Bureau. Customer will not use or offer the Software on a service bureau basis. Section 16.6.3 provides a limited exception for font software only.
What i could gather on the forums :
This clause means that you cannot rent out the software for third parties to use.
It does not mean that you yourself are prohibited from using the software in your business, even if that means you are producing a product for a third party.  Rather, it is designed to stop you from setting up a room with a computer (or now online as a Software as a Service) with the application installed on it and renting time to some third party customer for them to use the room/computer/software to produce their own products.  is this what adobe refers to a service bureau.
Is the above  explanation correct ?

  • How do I switch from group plan to individual plan?

I have been in a plan with three individuals included on the plan. How do we go from a group plan to individual plans if it was under the name of just one individual? Can we just keep our individual numbers and just move to individual plans?

I can help you, Shockrift. You can also go onto individual plans and stay on the same account. http://bit.ly/xdDajD I must advise that this will increase your monthly cost. Please let me know if you need additional assistance.

  • Buying a series when owning individual episode, how does that work?

I'm thinking of buying a TV Series but I have already owe some of the episode. How will Itunes store charge me? Will it charge me the full amount, or figure out I have bought some of the episodes and only charge me for the ones I don't have? Or am I just better downloading each individual episode? Thank you for any help.

    Wegues,
You'll be charged for the full series, regardless of how many episodes you may have already purchased separately.
Depending on how many episodes you have already purchased separately, you are probably better off, financially speaking, to continue purchasing remaining episodes separately. I don't think there is a significant discount in price for any series purchase over the total of individual purchases, but you should be able to calculate that easily yourself.
You can consider the series purchase for next season.

  • Double charge full month of Family Plan which only used for 7 days  and full month of individual plan

I changed from Family Plan to Individual Plan and I got only refund back $9.99 for one line that stay with Verizon but I got charged double both Family Plan and Individual Plan for full month without any credits for 23 days of unused Family Plan. ($120-discount Family Plan + $39.99-discount Individual Plan) per 1 month (from 06/07 to 07/06).
I am asking the credit of unused 23 days of Family Plan back into my account when I changed from Family plan to Individual plan then I got the answer like this which I do not agree at all.
"As the previous rep stated since the numbers were ported out the bill continued to bill until the end of the current bill cycle. This is the reason why there was no credit issued for the first month in advance. Had the numbers not been ported, and instead disconnected, there would have been a refund issued for any unused portion of the service"
I never saw any clause saying that porting numbers would not get credit issued for any unused portion of the month billed in advance.
I expected refund 23 days credit of the Family plan from 06/06 to 07/06 back to my account since the family plan supposed to be disconnected on 06/07 but because of porting time schedule from other carrier so that all 4 lines completely disconnected the service 1 week later which is on 06/13/2012 and only 1 line(my current number) left as individual plan as it planned originally 06/07.
Family Plan with corporate discount: $120-$16 cisco discount/month------> each day is: $104/30 days= $3.46/day
                       23 days unused of Family Plan is : $3.46 x 23= $79.58
I still expect missing credits into my account: $79.58-$9.99= $69.59.
At the least if you want to take away the $16 discount for the last month of Family plan, then you still owe me the refund of ($69.59-$16)= $53.59

You left out the next important sentence ..... If it is your intention to fool all other members, please correct it.
This is the path for the whole thing:"Customer Agreement"
    http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/support/customer-agreement
I am not a Prepaid customer and I will be entitled to a refund of unused charge from an advanced month charge. Any cancellation should honor that..I called the customer representative to ask in advance what happened when I plan to keep only one line and change to individual plan ,she assured me that I will get credits for any unused of Family Plan of the advanced month, the new Individual Plan charge will take over and I would not get double charge at all.
I am the customer with Verizon very long time, more than 5 years and I can not believe that you charged me double like that.
Please return me back my money.
I am NOT trying to fool anyone. As with the sentence you highlighted, if what I highlighted ONLY pertained to prepaid customers, it would have indicated it in the sentence. Since it did not, it DOES NOT. Postpaid customers are NOT mentioned at all within the section about porting numbers. Are you saying since they are not mentioned that postpaid customers CANNOT port their numbers? Didn't think so. The entire paragraph is about ALL Verizon customers EXCEPT the sentence which specifically singles out prepaid customers. You are responsible for all charges until the end of the billing cycle from the point of porting, not from when you asked to be ported. Therefore you are responsible for the charges for the "Family Plan" until the end of the billing cycle.
Unfortunately, you only left ONE phone on the account when you ported out your numbers. Therefore the single line could NOT have been left on a Family Plan, and was therefore migrated to an Individual Plan. AT MOST, you would be entitled to a prorated refund of the $9.99 access fee FOR THAT ONE LINE, since that line was not canceled due to the porting. However, you should ONLY be responsible for Individual Plan charges from the point your single line was migrated until the end of the billing cycle, NOT for an entire month of service. Of course, your bill would show that the following month was being charged, too, since Verizon charges a month in advance.
While Verizon may refund you more money just to placate you, according to the CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, you are not entitled to it.
    Good luck.

  • Using education version for professional/commercial purposes

Can anyone help me out with this? I've gone through Adobe customer support, in several different manners, and get several different answers to this.I've also found different answers on the forums too.
I am currently a student and using an education version of Web PremiumCS4, purchased through Adobe, with a valid student ID. I am getting interest in freelance work and would like to eventually use my programs for professional uses. However, from what I understand, that would currently go against the educational product license agreement.
To me, it would make sense that a student using the product to learn how to become a professional, using the product for their career choice, would eventually want to use their same copy for commercial reasons. So far, I've been told I have to purchase the full version with the commercial license in order to be able to use it without legal concern. Why in the world would I purchase the product all over again when the copy I have is exactly the same, just the legal agreements are different?? Ive also been told that I can trade in my educational product, receive credit for the price I paid and pay the remaining difference to buy the same program, just with a commercial license.
    Clarity please!
    Thanks,
    Shelbie

Hey Shelbie, the really good news is, when you do graduate and want to use the programs for true commercial work, then Adobe does give you a great deal to upgrade to the full commercial version from your student version.  I upgraded from my student version of Web Standard CS3 to Web Premium CS4 for $559 compared to having to pay $1499 for it.  It is a huge savings compared to what someone off the street has to pay.

  • Ipad app icons shaking but won't delete, home button does not work, power off switch does not work

I just got a new ipad air and have started to add apps to it.  I have added a couple of free apps which I have also deleted (moved to icloud).  I have also a couple of apps (free & purchased) which I have on it now.
    Now my problem:
I tried to remove another free app.  I press and hold the icon.  All app icons shake and display the 'x' for removing, but the 'x' for does not work on any of the icons.  Also, after this, the home button does not work as the icons keep shaking even while I am pressing the button.  And the power off switch on the side of the device does not work either.  If I close the smart cover and reopen it shows the home display and all the icons still shaking (instead of showing the passcode sign-in display).  Fortunately (well, fortune in the misfortune) if I press the home button and off switch a couple times each and close the smart cover and wait, the device awakes normally.  Well, normally until I try to remove any app.
So what do I need to do to fix this?
    Thanx
    Brian

Glad it worked. Anytime your iPad acts up, the reboot/reset is a common first thing to try. And it clears up many issues and glitches.
    enjoy your new toy

  • Downgrade from Business plan to Individual

    Hello,
Does anyone know if it's possible to downgrade from my current Business plan to Individual? I was using Business because I had CC running on two computers. I am going to be getting rid of one of the computers so now I'll only need CC for one.
I'm hoping that I don't have to cancel my subscription altogether just to subscribe & download everything again.
    Thanks!

The individual plan has always allowed 2 activations, so I have no idea why you bought a business plan
Cloud License allows 2 activations http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
    -Install on a 2nd computer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1452292?tstart=0
-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each
-Both computer Cloud subscriptions may not be in use at the same time
Adobe contact information - http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html may help with a change

  • Input Help (F4) does not work for Planning Functions in Web

    Hi Gurus,
I am working in BI-Integrated Planning.
When I execute a planning function from web layout (through Web Application Designer), the "Input Help" does not work. When I give F4 it takes me to the initial planning layout screen from the planning function variable screen without any action being performed.
But the "Input Help" works fine when I have to select for the variable from the initial selection to open the planning layout.
Can anyone suggest me any fix for this...
    Thanks!!!

  • Does the iPhone 4s need a data plan inorder for "siri" to work or can you just use your local wifi?

Does the iPhone 4s need a data plan inorder for "siri" to work or can you just use your local wifi?

It can use both in all the commercials they are using wifi im trying to find out just how much Siri depends on data but so far I think it mainly uses it to pull info up and for some reason to dictate email but it does work on carrier data I guess it's just slower  so you don't neccersarily need a data plan in place or have to dig into it to use Siri If you have wifi close by

  • Individual plan to business plan

I am considering switching my individual plan to my husband's company's plan, I'm wondering if my billing cycle will transition to the company's billing cycle and will I lose data history or will it carry over.  Also, will I continue to be able to manage my wireless account only or will I lose that?

        coolrunnings,
You have some great questions that I would love to answer. In regards to the billy cycle when switching your bill cycle will be moved to match the company account bill cycle. To clarify, what data history are you referring to?
When it comes to managing your account, how you are able to manage your line will depend on how your husband has his company account set up. In most cases you are able to still set up your own My Verizon account and view and manage your own line.

  • Plan cost line items for cost centers report

    Hello,
I am displaying the report: Plan cost line items for cost centers and when I display the details of a line item it appears a document number, where could I display this document?
I have tried to display it in FB03 transaction but it seems not to be this kind of document.
On the other hand in the field Business transaction it appears RKP6, what is the meaning of this field?
    Thank you very much

    Hi Beatriz Amezua ,
For displaying plan line items for cost center - KSBP and for display of individual plan document : KABP
RKP6 means "Planning Activity Dependent Costs"
Like in FI module, the business transaction have been codified and the list you can find in KANK transaction , mention your controlling area, menu -- Groups --  Display Groups

  • Charges associated with switching from Family to Individual Plans

Is there any kind of penalty charge  for switching from a family plan to an individual plan when it is the secondary line that is being removed and the secondary lines' contract is complete?

Thanks to the community members for your input. Hello skiibojosh, adding to what was stated, Are you just wishing to change your calling plan so each line remains with Verizon Wireless under their own individual plan You can always change your calling plan online without a penalty as it is not related to a customer agreement. I hope your line that completed the contract does remain with us. We desire to provide your line with best calling plan available. Here's a link that goes over the individual calling plans we currently offer. Additionally, there are great benefits with having a family share plan. However, depending upon your specific circumstances, if you desire to have both of lines on an individual plan, you could process a calling plan change online at My Verizon. It is suggested to change the calling plan effective on your next bill cycle to help avoid any prorated charges. If you need additional assistance with doing a calling plan change, send me a private message with your contact information.
