Hi Experts,
               1,   In Integration Directory , When trying to Assign Business System to Scenario, it shows following details,
                   Communication Component: | Q01CLNT118 is already locked in change list Standard change list by user pisuper
                    i couldnt import the BS to Directory.
               2, When i create Receiver Determination, while doing test configuration , it shows follwing errror
                            Receiver Determination
                                                                                Internal Error
                              Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://xidolphin:50000/sap/xi/simulation?sap-client=200
What will be the error?

What will be the error?
To slove this you have to activate the SIMULATION service in XI by using tcode SICF. Run the tocde and activate the simulation service in below path.
Path: default_host/sap/xi/ simulation (right click on simulation and activate it)
Now you can perform test configuration.

Both the Business system and Business Service are same as per the functionality.
we choose Business system when we know the technical system(Business system) in our SLD.
if we doesnt any idea about the business system in SLD we go for Business service.

to add the new SWCV to your BS, click on tot the BS in the SLD, then you will c the details like TS,Product and SWCV there you will have the option add SWCV, click that and select the SWCV which you wnat to add to the BS.....
Plz tell me how to assign Message Interface to business Systems
if your Message interface is in different SWCv than the BS which you want to assign, change the option to slect all BS.....not necessary to add the MI to the new BS.

Assign bussiness systems

I am new to XI. I am practicing File to File scenario.

I am able to create Product, BS, SWCC, Data types, messages types, Mapping, Message interfaces. All tested my data (messages) showing correctly.
Now i am at Integration Directory here i am created configuration scenario and there i am going to assign business system. here i am not able to find my business system which i created previously.
I am able to find other business system which is not created by me.

Hi,
This basically happens beacuse of two reasons:
1) SLD cache not updated.
2) The business system already imported to the Integration repository.
Resolution:
1) Update the SLD cache and try to import.
2) If you Still can't find the business system check the list of business system(you will find the business system ) and say add to your sceanrio
Still if you are facing the problem:
Goto Transation code:SXI_CACHE and update the cache maully
Rewards if helpful.

but this is possible through wizard why?

Dear Hari,
As Raj has mentioned you can't import the Business System from SLD once it's already done before.
Follow these steps:
1) Go to Integration Directory.
2) Click on Objects on the left hand side window.
3) Click on Business Systems there.
4) You will see the list of all the business systems which have already been imported into ID from SLD. your system will also be listed there.
5) Right click on it and choose 'Assign to Business Scenario'. Select your system there.
6) and you should see your business system now under your namespace....

Logical System Name Not appearing in the Business System

Hi,
Initially we had created a Technical system with Client 700 without a "Logical System Name" in SLD. hence the 'logical system name' in 'business system' was also Blank.
Now, since we are implementing the IDOC to file scenario; we need to maintain the "Logical System Name" in the client and which in turn should reflect in our Business System in SLD.
Though we maintained the Logical System Name in the Technical System --> Client --> Logical System Name; we are unable to see the same(Logical System Name) in Business System ('Integration' tab)
Please also note that Business System is of the ROLE: Integration server.
When we go to business system in SLD ---Integrtaion tab ---Logical System Name -- is still blank.
Can anyone please help us to update the 'Logical system name' in Business System in SLD?

I followed your link till
Bussiness System -> select your bussiness System -> in Below pane u will find Details of your bussiness system ->amongs the various tabs available select Integration Tab->U will See option for technical system beside that u will see option for change ->click this ->u will be taken to Logical system ->there u define u r logical syatem name and then save the entries.
When I clicked the option chnage ---> "Change Associated Technical System" appeared, It didn't take me to Logical system.
But in turn I clicked hyperlink corresponding to Technical systems, it took me to technical system --> clients tab --I have entered the Logical system name.
When I go back to Business system again its not showing the Logical system name in Integration tab.

Logical System Name in SLD

I was going through the guide

for the configuration of IDOCS. In this document, they have asked to verify the name of Logical System in SLD. In SLD I cant find an entry for the field Logical SYSTEM(for my client xxx in R/3). Now I do not want to delete the existing bussiness system but edit it to contain the Logical System Name in it.
Pls help me out.

No service for system X client Y in the integration directory

Hi guys and gurus,
I've struggling with the following case for a couple of months (!!) and still I can not make it. I have to say that I am coming from the MM modules but trying to set up a ICH demo by myself during my spare time.
I send an idoc from R/3 to XI using program RSMIPROACT and I get message <b>No service for system SAPR3I, client 800 in Integration directory</b>. Even though, idoc has status 03 (Outbox).
- I have created a technical and business system.
- Connections work properly in SM59
- Port XIDOCPORT with RFC XIDCLNT100 maintained txn WE21
- Partner XIDCLNT100 (LS) with Outbound parameter:
Idoc name - Port created. txn WE20.
- IDX1 maintained in XI system.
Is there something missing?
This is my first post but points rewarded if somebody takes me out of this hole.

In mi idx1, the port SAPGET is created. Its incredible but true. In the sld the bussiness system is created too.
I dont know if the problem relates on that the sender business system is a Ficticious R/3 system, therefore, it hasn't partner .
what will have to put in my SLD for XI notice this system?????

Technical Systems and Business Systems

Hello Everybody!!!
I have some doubts, can you help me, please???
1) Technical Systems are application(software) systems, ok? They aren't hardware systems, ok?
2) In my SLD I should have a SAP ECC system as a technical system and each of their clients as a bussiness system, ok?
3) For third-party systems, where the client concept doesn't exist, I should have one technical system and only one business system for my third-party system, ok?

           ur view is correct except in the technical system .
1)   technical systems are the physically located systems in which we can create only technical system for any physically located system .
2)   bussiness systems are logical systems . according to the type of technical system we can create the no of bussiness systems .
   technical system of type W AS ABAP we can create multiple business systems as there is the concept of clients .
   technical system of   third party   we can not create more than one business system as there is no matter of client .
3)   so for every third party systems only one   business system will be there .
some important points :.
    atleast one   business system will be there on   any   system .
we can   create   more than one   business   system on third party systems .

No service for system BC_TREMAx, client 100 in Integration Directory

Hi, I have had this problem and spent to many hours on this. I decided to post the config once I got it working.
I am NOT using the system landscape directory for the java connector -> XI communicaiton.
The SLD is used for XI -> SAP
Scenario: send idocs
SAP Java connector -> SAP XI -> SAP 4.6c

FILE TO IDOC SCENARIO-Receiver Business system ECC showing Red

     In File-idoc scenario Business system showing red status in RWB .And i have given the role for the business system as application server and configure related integrated server . But the error in a RWB for the ping and self-test is as follows
     Unable to log on to system buss_ecc_200 in language en with user PIRWBUSER .
I thing from XI side every thing is ok. But for bussiness system side ECC might miss some configuration .
       could any help in this issue:

Please try one of the followings:
1) In Configuration --> Business service --> Service --> Adapter specific identifiers. Give logical system name for the sender system (e.g XI_00_800)
2) In Design --> mapping objects. Give all information of sender n receiver in EDIDC40 segment and
   In configuration --> receiver communication channel in that enable the checkbox take sender from payload.
3) In configuration --> Receiver Agreement --> Header mapping --> Sender Service (Give XI1 i.e ur sender system).
Also check the RFC destination that is the major problem with idoc...

Unable to create New Business System

Hi
I Installed XI 3.0 and configuring as per the configuration guide.
When I try to create Business System (SLD) I get the following error message.
"Integration Server already defined There is already an integration server defined for the selected technical system. Please select role Application System."
Steps:
Logon on to SLD
Click on New Business System
Name: XID and click on Next
Technical System Type: Web AS for ABAP
Select System: XID on Hostname   and select Client
Installed products: Choose all and click Nextt
Integration Server:
Business System Role: Integration Server
Pipeline url: http://HOST:PORT/sap/xi/engine/entry?action=execute
Initially I created Business System with wrong Name (P01) . I deleted it and try to recreate with new name (XID) I get the above error.
How to create a Business system and assign the role of Integration Server?

Hi RG,
      Once we had   same error ,due to some reason business system with role integration server deleted.
       It has been resolved by deleting XI technical system and recreating same after that it allows to define new bussiness system with role as integration server .

Not able to see the Business systems

Dear Experts,

I have created as per the below sequence for both sender and receiver types wherever necessary
1. Software Product
2. Software Component -
3.Technical System - (Third party )
4. Business system (Sender and Receiver)

imported the software compnent in IR and created Data Types, Message types etc and tested, it is working good.
I have created a Configuration Scenario, and tried to assign the business system in "Service Without Party", i was not able to see both the sender and receiver Business Systems which were already created and getting an error : service :Business systems not found
Do i need to change anything while creating Product, SW Component, Third Party Technical System and Busniess System..etc

Hi,
I think u r bussiness system is alredy assign to other scenario.If u assigned once it will not show in the list.U have to import the bussiness system not assign.In ID select 'Objects' it will show all the Bussiness system details.Selet u r business system and add to u r scenario.
Also refesh cache objects using SXI_CACHE and refesh obeject in ID.
In ID Go to ENVIRONMENT->select Clear SLD Cache
Then refresh the all objects.

ITSmobile service pass system/port/client dynamically in the URL

The ITSmobile service we have created redirects to another service in different server using ~redirectURL.
so the ~redirectURL = http://splhrd398.baplc.com:8005/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zdemo_mobile?sap-client=150
is there anyway to pass
system : splhrd398.baplc.com ( This is the name of the different server)
port no: 8005
sap-client=150
dynamically in the URL.
because when we transport the same to Testing and production. i need to know whether we have to do manually .
If you have any option to do dynamically let me know.
