Buy an album in iTunes

I'm trying to purchase an album in the iTunes store, I have an Apple ID, I'm logged in, etc. I have made purchases before.. when I click "buy album" nothing happens.. help?

I too had this problem after I redeemed two $50 gift cards. I solved the problem by uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it. Give it a try.

Did you press trust this computer?
Try some of these:

Make sure your firewall is off
Try plugging into a different slot

I've tried to buy full albums on itunes on my iphone (when not on wi-fi) and because the album includes a music video it will not download anything unless I connect to wi-fi. In ios 5 it would allow me to buy the album and it would download everything except the videos. When I look at my downloads, it looks like it is trying to download the whole album as one item, whereas in iOS 5 it downloaded each song/video individually.Has anyone else had this issue?

Without a rescue email address, you can't reset them yourself. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

I bought an album on itunes for $5.99 and i did not like it.

The iTunes Store will not refund your money just because you didn't like the album. If the tracks were defective or you mistakenly purchased the album thinking it was another one or because it was mislabed, then they might do something for you. But just because you didn't like it, no. That's why the iTunes Store provides previews of all their tracks, so you can listen to parts of each track before you buy.

Well, I'm not exactly sure where your "here" is (UK?). However, I'm guessing it must be outside the US. If so, the only way you can buy from the US iTunes Store is if you 1)Have a US credit card with a 2)US billing address. Otherwise, you'll have to wait or find another source. The rights holders control when and where music can be released and Apple is required to abide by that.

If i buy an album on itunes will i get the album only songs 2?

I want 1 song but i can't buy it because it says album only

If you want to the album only songs then you will need to buy the whole album, those songs can't be bought individually, only as part of the album

What do you do if you buy an album in iTunes and it charges you but doesn't download the whole cd and then they tell you to re-purchase the item, but it charges a second time??? can that be fixed, can I get my money back??

I bought the cd on my iPad 2 if that makes any difference?!

Can I buy an album except for one song?

Sometimes I buy songs from Amazon mp3 just because it's cheaper and then download them onto iTunes. I fell in love Imagine Dragons and bought their song Bleeding Out from Amazon and bought Radioactive from iTunes. The thing is, I want to buy the album from iTunes but I already bought one of the songs from Amazon so I will have 2 of the same songs. I know they won't charge me for Radioactive but since they don't know I already have Bleeding Out what can I do? I want to buy the whole album except for Bleeding Out.

Of course you can. Just click "Buy" for the songs you want.
Or if it is cheaper, buy the whole album and delete the song(s) that you don't want.
By the way, the full album "Night Visions" is $7.99 at iTunes but is $4.99 at Amazon MP3. (Those are in the USA stores.) So I think you can find a cost-effective solution!

Hi there, have just tried purchasing an album in iTunes but the price tab is greyed out. This is like it for non explicit songs, yet the explicit songs and albums I can purchase fine. Seems a bit back to front to me, any ideas?
