Buy an App for iPhone can i also use it on iPad ?
At the moment i have my Mac Book Pro and an iPad2, i am soon to get an iPhone as well ....
I have been browsing through the iTunes App Store i fancy buying Pages and Numbers, i already have and use these on my MacBookPro, so if i buy these two apps for my (soon to be mine) iPhone can i use the same apps on my iPad2 as well, without buying them again ?
I bet this is the dumbest question of the day, because i would hope that one copy of each should be enough !. It must surely work along the same lines as buying music albums in iTunes, i can share the same albums across all of my devices !!!!!

There is no device limit for the number of iPods, iPads, and iPhones that can be synced with the same iTunes library and iTunes account on the same computer, and this included 3rd party apps for the iPod Touch, iPad, and iPhone.

Some can, some cannot. Most iPhone apps can be used on an iPad (though not all), but the reverse is true less often. Check the specifications and system requirements for the app you're interested in. You can easily add the app, presuming it's compatible, of course, to any new iPhone without additional charge either by synching it from iTunes or by downloading the app again from the iTunes Store.

There are no alternative voicemail apps - the core functionality of the phone can not be replaced.
You'll have to look for an external service, that can then forward calls for each caller onto the correct phone.

No. Serial numbers are platform specific and you can't have both with a single license. Only Creative Cloud is cross-platform.

Depends all IOS apps that work on the iPhone/iPod touch can be scaled/doubled to work on iPad, however those built specifically for iPad won't work on the smaller brethren.

If you have iWork 09, then the latest version should be available for free in the Mac App Store. If you have the new version on your iPad, then you'll need the new version on your Mac as well. The whole point of the latest version is that you can access and edit your files equally on iPad/iPhone, Mac, and also through the iCloud website.

thanksOne of my favorite things about developing for iOS using Xcode is the Simulator. It runs any of the iOS devices simulated right on your Mac. If you don't have a hardware device to test your application on, the Xcode simulator will surely be your best friend.
So to answer your question less vaguely, yes. You can own the iPhone 5s and develop for the 6. There is no real release information of the iPhone 6 at the time anyways, so I would not let it play too large of a factor in your decision. -

You do not have to comply at all, but you will not be able to purchase from iTunes anymore, but nobody is going to force you to do something that you do not want to do. -
