Once, I bought the Online Number, but there are some strange missing callings to my Online Number. When I call back via missing call number, they said they didn't call my Online Number... ???
What is the problem and I felt very bad to use Online Number, and it was useless !!!!!!
How to resolve the problem.. please some SKYPE PRO advise.

After the Apple logo appears, what happens then? Can you hear any sounds or if you tap on the screen, does it seem like apps can open or are you just seeing a black screen? You might have a hardware problem, but you can try restoring the software and see what happens.

A Skype Number is a different subscription from purchasing credit; you would have to check on the offerings available if credit is "bundled" with a Skype Number purchase or not. I do not believe it is. Credit is credit; there is no "discounted" rate. Check the Skype subscription website pages to see if purchasing a subscription could discount the cost of a Skype Number.

Your second two questions are related to Caller ID. More details about how this works can be found in this library of FAQ articles: https://support.skype.com/en/category/CALLER_IDENTIFICATION/
Caller ID is tricky; sometimes it works and sometimes the data does not get transmitted as the call is routed from Skype to one or more carriers before the call reaches its destination. For best success, be sure your Skype Number is set in your on-line account details as your Caller ID. What ultimately appears for the ID on the call recipient's side ultimately depends upon the carrier. For more details about this, check posts by Community contributor WD9EWK.
Since a Skype Number is a fixed line number, there is no indication that the number is a "Skype Number" or a "fixed line" number.

I recently paid for a 3 mo. subscription for my online number, but this number will not be good for me anymore. I want to cancel this one and get a new one, but it doesn't show on my profle! You can try putting the iPod into DFU mode and see if that will let you restore and remove the jailbreak:

Some jailbreaks cannot be removed and in some cases will permanently disable your iPod. If that happens to you, then you will have to buy a new iPod; Apple will provide no support, warranty or out-of-warranty, for a jailbroken iPod.

Error 1015 means either you're trying to restore to an earlier iOS version, which is not supported, or you previously hacked the phone - jailbroken or iOS downgrade. In the later case, you can no longer restore or update.

You didn't mention what web browser you are using so it's hard to say.
One quick thing you can try if you need to log into the class right now is to download a different browser. Assuming you're using Safari, some possible alternatives include Firefox by Mozilla, and Chrome by Google.
If you continue to experience problems please provide more information about the iMac, version of the Mac OS, and which browser version you are using. Most browsers have the ability to block pop-up windows. You just need to check your options. Here's what it looks like in the current version of Safari.

That's the way all of these phones work. There is no way from a phone to completely and truly block a caller. What you get is more of an "ignore" so the call doesn't ring or notify you but rather goes directly to voicemail. If you want the caller blocked completely, the only way to do that is to call your cell carrier and ask if they can block the caller. Some carriers will and some won't.
