Buy separate liscence for CS4 upgrade
I have a copy of CS4 to upgrade from CS2. Two other computers here at work need to be upgraded and we want to all be running the same version of the software - is there a way for me to just buy the correct upgrade liscenses (I have the software)?
Various apps have different compatibility.

I don't know about Lightroom, but PSE allows you to have activated installations on two computers, so you're good there. Just install it on the laptop.

I'm afraid so. You are allowed two installations of Photoshop, but perpetual license versions must be on the same OS platform.
However, with a CC subscription, you 'can' have one on a Mac and the other on Windows. Or both the same. -

Adobe no longer sells CS4, outside of the exceptional cases of After Effects CS4 & Premiere Pro CS4.
For other CS4 products, if you really need them, your best bet is to check Adobe's authorized resellers.
A quick Amazon search turned up some available CS4 inventory. Just be sure what you're buying and installing is genuine and authentic, as there are a lot of fake copies out there now with hidden malware.

Sync all iPads with the same computer iTunes.
iTunes keeps track by S/N. You might wish to rename the devices for your own benefit. Sync is configured separately for each device. -

When I look at the CS4 upgrades, they all say "from CS3". Will they also work from CS2?
Is this what the reference to "tiered pricing" was about?As Buko says, don't buy the CS3 to CS4 upgrade. There is a separate CS and CS2 upgrade which you must purchase.
The price is the same as the CS3 to CS4 upgrade until the end of April.

If you purchased used software you're pretty much on your own. Much of what is sold on places like eBay or Craigs List doesn't have valid licenses. Caveat emptor. -
I may have totally screwed myself but...after installing Yosemite without checking for potential problems with Adobe software, my CS4 Design Premium suite wouldn't open. So after consulting some forums, I deinstalled it, but I only have disks for my old CS3. When I got the CS4 upgrade I downloaded it, back in 2011... What can I do?? Everything was fine before I upgraded that *#$%* Yosemite.

Hi - I recently purchased a new iMac. I have a registered cs5 design premium package which is an upgrade - I have no disc for cs4 but have the qualifying serial number for it. I have installed cs5 via download onto my iMac but it is not accepting the serial number. Can anybody help. Does anybody else think that Adobe will loose a lot of customers by not providing any chat or call support for cs5 users??

Need help installing Photoshop CS4 upgrade. I have Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection installed on my computer. When trying to install Photoshop CS 4 upgrade. I am ask for serial number of Photoshop CW, CS2, & CS3 I put in the serial number from my Creative Suite 3 Master Collection. None of which are accepted. What do I need to do to accomplish upgrade?
When you purchase a Creative Suite collection, you can't run an upgrade on an individual product within the Suite. You have to upgrade the entire collection.
You could purchase a copy of Photoshop CS6, or a subscription to Photoshop which can be as little as $9.99 with the Photography plan to the Creative Suite.
Adobe no longer sells upgrades to CS3 or CS4. -

The $130 price is actually $110 and is for 2 situations, none of which involve subsidized contract upgrade.
1) Edge payment plan. Cost of service is $110, but then the monthly phone payment added to that, usually around $25/phone
2) phones out of contract, then it is $110 with no extra charges.
The the costs break down is $80 for data, and $15/line -
