Hello Apple,
I'm from Bulgaria and I want to buy some songs from the German iTunes Music Store. I want to ask is this possible? If I give my credit card, will something happen if I'm not in Germany?

The only way you can by from any country's store is to have a credit card with an attached billing address in that country. In your case, if you don't have a German credit card with a German address, I'm afraid you're out of luck. These rules are required by the copyright holders for content not Apple.

You could try the following and see if they then download :
- log out of your account by tapping on your id at the bottom of the Music tab in the iTunes Store app and then log back in
- disconnect and reconnect to your network (Settings > Wi-Fi)
- close the iTunes Store app via the iPad's taskbar and then re-open it
- soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

You can transfer iTunes purchases from your iPod to a computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
If the purchased music is not on your computer or iPod and you are in the USA and have iTunes 10.3 you may be able redownload them via the iCloud Beta by:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
If not in the USA you can contact the iTunes people and they MAY allow a redownload.

Buying songs from UK Store

I just saw the group "Take That" on TV and was trying to find their songs. They are on the i-tunes UK site and I was wondering if you can buy songs from the UK site from the USA. I don't know why they are not on the USA site - they are quite good.

In the American iTunes store there is a Take That song, but I think it's under "Phil Palmer & Take That" The track is called "Back For Good" which was a hit for the group in the mid to late nineties...
Whenever I find a song on UK iTunes that I like, I request it in the iTunes store... but so far, they haven't brought any of them over for the US iTunes...

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

I have just download some songs from the iStore and want to add them to the iPod, BUT when I try to sync it asks if I want to delete all content from the iPod and add only the material that I have just downloaded from the Store. I do not want to lose my old content, because it is very extensive.

You are trying to sync to other than the one iTunes library you can sync to. You can copy music from multiple library/computer if you use the manual method of syncing. That method is described here

If you want to make this computer/iTunes library your syncing computer/library you have to restore the iPod on this computer/library. Restoring erases the iPod.

It doesn't appear to be available on the iTunes Store, at least not in the U.S. You can make a request to iTunes. However, making a request doesn't mean that iTunes will be able to offer it. It all depends on what the rights holders wish to do.

Trying to buy songs from itunes store, just says "waiting..."

On my iphone 4s, I am trying to purchase some singles. I click the price & enter my password, then i check downloads on the phone and the song just sits there as "waiting..." and never starts.
Waiting for what? I tried restarting... same thing. Is the store down?

I bought two american idol performances today, when they finished downloading, they didn't show up in my library. I checked for available downloads and it said that everything has been downloaded. Of course i was billed for these items in my purchase history but i do not have them. What should i do? Does anyone have any solutions.

ITunes Activation Problems - Can't buy Songs from iTunes Store.

I can connect to the iTunes store fine using the 3G (basic setup was done at the Apple Store) yesterday. However, I can't buy anything because it doesn't recognize my Apple ID (which I used to activate the iPhone at the Apple store).
There is no mention anywhere of having to first sync the iPhone with iTunes on the computer, and while it shouldn't NEED to sync with iTunes first in order to recognize my Apple ID (since as I said, I entered it during activation of the iPhone itself), I am beginning to suspect that the reason that the iTunes store doesn't recognize my id is because I have not yet syncronized with my computer. I would like to inquire if this is indeed the reason why, when I enter a perfectly valid Apple ID, it doesn't recognize it.
I am hesitant to try to snyc it at the moment since I have read that many are having trouble activating iTunes, and I don't want to screw up the phone. Any comments on this?

You may need to authorize your computer (through iTunes) before you can make purchases.
