Buy with foreign credit card

Hi,
I would like to buy a book and deliver it to USA but I live in EU. As it is not possible to deliver outside my region, I've been thinking on this:
1) Make a new AppleID with the address of my relatives in the US.
2) Pay with my Credit Card.
My only hope is that there will be no problems in the payment, the locale and the delivery.
Any idea?

how about this one. I was in Australia for a while and redeemed a giftcard. I'm back in the states now but still have a $0.67 on my account. I can't change back to my US account until that credit is gone. How do I get rid of it?

That simply isn't possible, I'm afraid. US iTunes accounts, will require a US credit card with a US address.

I live in Greece and except from a greek billing account I also have a french billing account with a credit card because I lived in France for some years. Now, I want to buy, for different purposes, OS X Mountain Lion with my french credit card. Can I do sush a thing if I leave in Greece? Will I have to change to the French Mac App Store to buy it and if yes, if one day I want to reinstall it or install it on another Mac will I have to to do it from the French Mac App Store? Buying with parents credit card

I'm a college student and my parents want to buy me a creative cloud subscription as my birthday gift. I study in the States but my parents live in a different country. when I try to put in their payment information, I can't change the country of the billing from US to their country of residence. Is there a way I can do this?

Hello can i create accounts in another countries with foreign credit cards?

Hi im making a developer apple ID so i can create and sell apps in the app store (obviously) but i'd like to know if i can make a developer account for say the US app store with a credit card not issued in that country is that possible?

AFAIK the Developer Account is valid worldwide so you can open it using any credit card, your apps, after they're approved by Apple, they're publish in every country where a iOS App Store exists.

And to check which countries have an App Store open iTunes (on your Mac), go to the App Store and scroll all the way down, at the bottom there is a flag with your country, click on that to see all the countries where your Apps are published.

after buying a book itunes will that i check my credit card number but than i became a notice from itunes, "please contact itunes support". how can this problem be solved?

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions. Towards the bottom of the page, check and make sure that in-app purchases is turned on, if it is off that is why you are not able to purchase anything inside of a application.

I don't know why but I can't use my credit card (Visa) on iTunes but it works for everything else. It says that my card isn't valid in my country -__- ..... Finally I bought it on my iPhone without my credit card. Sometimes I don't understand iTunes.

If it's the same apple ID and you are sure, then it's probably just checking for authorization holds, etc. and that your billing is valid.

Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account ? Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - only works for new accounts! You must follow the instructions exactly.
Since you already have an account you probably don't want to make another one (you cannot merge them later). Or I guess you could for the sake of the free stuff and then carefully manage your accounts in future.
