Buyer takes no action

Hello,
we are having a problem with a specific Purchase Order that buyer cannot approve and forward to the next level in the hierarchy.
When buyer press the button "forward" the buyer appears in the action history as taking no action and the document is still with him.
What can be wrong ? How to fix it ?

You can try forwarding the approval notification to the supervisor of the person from the workflow.
Take the work flow item_key from po_headers_all for a particular PO and go to the responsibility Workflow Administrator -> Find Process and enter the item key and click on find.
In the Workflow diagram screen, check where it is stuck and try to expedite from that stage and in the attribute screen, add the person name,email for the attributes forward_to_id and forward_to_name and check if it gets forwarded?
You can also try forwarding/assigning a OPEN approval notification to another person

Consider adding more memory. Be sure you have adequate free space on the hard drive - 15 GBs or 10% of the drive's capacity, whichever is greater. Do not run too many applications concurrently. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on resolving the SBBOD.
Do some maintenance:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.

For disk repairs use Disk Utility. For situations DU cannot handle the best third-party utilities are: Disk Warrior; DW only fixes problems with the disk directory, but most disk problems are caused by directory corruption; Disk Warrior 4.x is now Intel Mac compatible. Drive Genius provides additional tools not found in Disk Warrior. Versions 1.5.1 and later are Intel Mac compatible.
OS X performs certain maintenance functions that are scheduled to occur on a daily, weekly, or monthly period. The maintenance scripts run in the early AM only if the computer is turned on 24/7 (no sleep.) If this isn't the case, then an excellent solution is to download and install a shareware utility such as Macaroni, JAW PseudoAnacron, or Anacron that will automate the maintenance activity regardless of whether the computer is turned off or asleep. Dependence upon third-party utilities to run the periodic maintenance scripts was significantly reduced since Tiger. These utilities have limited or no functionality with Snow Leopard or Lion and should not be installed.
OS X automatically defragments files less than 20 MBs in size, so unless you have a disk full of very large files there's little need for defragmenting the hard drive. As for virus protection there are few if any such animals affecting OS X. You can protect the computer easily using the freeware Open Source virus protection software ClamXAV. Personally I would avoid most commercial anti-virus software because of their potential for causing problems. For more about malware see Macintosh Virus Guide.
I would also recommend downloading a utility such as TinkerTool System, OnyX 2.4.3, or Cocktail 5.1.1 that you can use for periodic maintenance such as removing old log files and archives, clearing caches, etc.
For emergency repairs install the freeware utility Applejack. If you cannot start up in OS X, you may be able to start in single-user mode from which you can run Applejack to do a whole set of repair and maintenance routines from the command line. Note that AppleJack 1.5 is required for Leopard. AppleJack 1.6 is compatible with Snow Leopard. There is no confirmation that this version also works with Lion.
When you install any new system software or updates be sure to repair the hard drive and permissions beforehand. I also recommend booting into safe mode before doing system software updates.
Get an external Firewire drive at least equal in size to the internal hard drive and make (and maintain) a bootable clone/backup. You can make a bootable clone using the Restore option of Disk Utility. You can also make and maintain clones with good backup software. My personal recommendations are (order is not significant):

Tri-Backup

Time Machine creates a back up of the entire Hard Drive, with the exception of Boot Camp or exceptions you have created. So in other words after you create the profile run Time Machine, and a backup of the other user profile will be added to your Time Machine backups.

I will be doing the same if nokia dont sort this mess out and start communicating with their customers.
All nokia have done is leave us all here totally in the dark guesing and wishing for an unproven update that might not even solve half of the issues.
I think we have enough ammo to take on the giant Nokia.

Adrian, with the greatest of respect you are wrong.
We are not talking about a phone with a few rough edges here and there, we are talking about fundamental usability issues. Issues that actually prevent the use of the device for the purposes for which it was marketed and sold.
We are all fully aware that we don't live in an ideal world and we can't assume that things are 100% perfect, but the N97 is so flawed that it should NEVER have been released to the paying public in it's current state.
I received my brand new N97 3 months ago on the UK "three" network. It had V10 software and crashed when powering up the phone for the first time, the second power-up generated an "Out of memory" error. I immediately updated to V11 (which is still the latest for my product code). Even then it had multiple crashes when answering or hanging up the phone. I then debranded so that I could update to V12. Now it is improved but still appalling. Camera regularly generates "Unexpected Error has occure please reboot" messages, hanging up calls still causes random crashes and the unlock (from auto-lock) fails randomly. I'm pretty sure that even if Nokia had just ONE product tester then they would conclude that the N97 does not work, so how do 100 Nokia product testers conclude "Yep, that phone's good to go, another job well done (congratulatory pats on backs all round)".
I am an electronic product designer (with embedded microcontrollers and many 1000's of lines of code). I ensure that our products fullfill EVERY single specification claim that we make, that's our minimum standard. We do indeed issue updates, to add extra features and improve methods later on, but we make sure that the fundamental product functionality is right from the word go.
Nokia are doing several things wrong here (and therefore attracting legal action). First their products are not fit for purpose (we're not just talking about facebook apps not working, we're talking about making and receiving calls). Second, there are hardware faults that no firmware update in the world will solve (such as camera lens scratching) and many people select the N97 for the lovely Carl Zeiss optics that Nokia love to trumpet about! Thirdly, the customer communication is vague to say the least, it is EXTREMELY rare to actually hear from a Nokia rep and we've yet to hear a single candid and honest admission of the disatisfaction that we're all experiencing.
Nokia should have done this better on every level. It is not simply a matter of fussy consumers, this is absolutely fundamental. And now I find myself in a fight with my network because they say "You're in an 18 month contract mate, you can leave us if you pay £525, and if you want to sort any phone problems then speak to Nokia".

I had the same problem. After numerous attemps to Restore from Itunes, I decided to use the "Setup as New Ipad" option. It went through a few question on new setups. Afterwards all my apps, data, photo's were still intact. Which shows that the Restore from Itunes worked. There must be a small bug that prevents the Ipad to open after "Restore from Itunes" . Hope it will help you.

I had the exact same issue!! Seriously p*ssed me off when I checked out my ITunes purchased items (via my computer) and noticed that most of the additional tracks listed on my IPhone playlist was listed there too. However, I never authorized any purchases!! (I have actually written Apple Support asking for a full refund of all tracks listed on my purchased list)
Be careful when you swipe your finger to the left/right on those "additional" tracks on your IPhone playlist... I'm pretty sure that the cloud symbol is an option to download or automatically buy those tracks.
Solution for the problem:
1 - go to your IPhone settings
2 - choose "iTunes & App Store"
3 - go to "Show All" & "Music"
4 - turn off "Music" by moving the bar to the left (it should be a white color once you turn it off)

Want to take legal action against MSI for TV@nywhere?

I own a TV @nywhere Master and I'm sick of it. I have spent well over 40 hours trying to get it to work. All it does is crash my system.
MSI shows no support, offers no driver updates and does not reply to emails. I'm planning to present this problem to my State's Attorney Generals office. MSI is selling a product that is known to be bad, does nothing and keeps selling it.
I am interested to find other owners of TV @nywhere (Master or not) that are just as mad as myself.
Post your stories below so that I can make them part of my official complaint. If enough people post, I can then start a class action suit against MSI. We don’t have to take this. If you know of anyone that has been burned by this scam, tell them to post here.

I too have had nothing but nightmares with my MSI TV@nywhere card....don't think that it was the Master card though. I got it to work the first time I installed it and then it quit working. I tried the card in 3 different motherboards with 2-3 different video cards and never was able to get it to work after that initial . I tried the drivers that were supplied on the disc, drivers downloaded from their site, etc. I even tried it with and without SP1 installed on XP. I tried different PCI slots. I would start the associated application and the system would just freeze forcing a hard-reboot. The final straw was when I reached in to remove the card after a system crash, the card was so HOT to touch that it burned me. At that point I gave it to my room-mate to try in his system and he was able to get to work maybe twice and then it started messing up on his system too.

One month old macbook pro got hang(freeze) once, and kernel panic once: should i need to take some actions or its ok??

my macbook pro 13.3 (OS XLion 10.7.4) is one month old, few days ago it got freezed(hanged) at that time only 2 apps were running google chrome and xcode, i pressed power button (hold it for few seconds) to restrat.
Today when i opened the lid(as my mac was on sleep for last one hour- no apps except finder was running) i saw an error like this "mac encountered an error hold your power button for few seconds to restart......blah blah..something in other languages too", i think some where it used the word "kernel panic".
After restart mac said "your computer restarted because of a reason", below i have copy pasted the reason.
Please suggest me its(this behavior is) okie or should i take it to apple center?, also to note i have never played any game on my mac. Can any body suggest me why this kernel panic happened by seeing the reason below.
Now i am afraid to leave my mac at sleep with unsaved data and that was the exact reason i shifted from windows to mac.

I have had a 15" Late 2011 model MBP since December and have never had a kernel panic.

I have already developed an application using Measurement studion component works CWAI Activex under Visual Baisc with three VXI-MIO-64E1 modules. We are acquiring data from VXIDAQ modules contineuousely and writing in binary data file in hard disk.
Now I want to set alaram on all my analog input channels. When input voltage crosses preset value then digital output has to be generated. In parallel i don't want to disturb my contineouse data acquisition.
If i wait till CWAI ActiveX fire Acquisition events and compare for each data point in buffer with alarm, it takes time.
Is there any best way to implement my application ???.

Since that board of yours only supports unstrobred digital operations, meaning that you need a Software call to update the digital line; the only way to update the digital line on that board, is by doing what you are doing now.

My camera no longer takes good action photos. Why?

I can no longer take photos with my I pad retina display 4th gen without them turning out blurry from any movement. I was once able to get crisp clear photos without barely focusing. Now they are fuzzy, blurry and really stink! Can someone from Apple please tell me what happened? I hate my Ipad and will try Microsoft next. Facebook will be my next inquiry to raise a stink there to see how many other hate their Ipad NOW,!!!,

No one here is from Apple, but the standard troubleshooting steps to try are reset, restore, restore as new. First, try a reset and see if that helps: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

N97 owners who want to take legal action! V2

Nokia have closed the last thread? so they do look at these forums. just a pity they give no info on the fix for there **bleep** N97.
I have been forced to make a small claims against Nokia due to the very bad N97 and they just don't care enough to give us any updates as to when the fix will come.
NOKIA you have forced me into this and i'll take it all the way.
All we want is information on when you will fix our very expensive phones.

My ipod touch has frozen with a white screen. None of the buttons will work to turn it off or take any action. Holding down buttons for 10 seconds plus does not work.Help

My ipod touch has frozen with a white screen. The on/ff and sleep buttons will not work whether pressed for a moment or held for more than 10 seconds as per help pages. When connected to computer it is not recognised and no indication in "devices".It has been working perfectly from Christmas until now. Was watching a TV prog via BBC iplayer when the image and sound froze for about 5 seconds then just white screen. Help

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
