Buyers not getting Approval Notifications

Hi,
Our Users are reporting that when they submit a purchase order and it is approved by the manager, they are not getting the approval notifications on their home page in Oracle. It was working fine till last week and Users were getting notifications.
I am the Apps DBA of this project and I don't know much about the POs. I am not sure how to diagnose this issue.
any help will be much appreciated.

The following is assuming the smtp server used by the workflow mailer is from the same server the concurrent manager is running on.
Is the email bouncing back to the WFMailer as not able to be delivered? If you have root email forwarded to your email account , the bounced message should come to you. If not, look in the root email account for a bounced message intended for the user not receiving the approval notification.
If there is no bounced message:
Look in the log for the smtp server sending out email. Look iin /var/log/maillog.
Look for the email addresses that should be receiving the approval notification but are not. You should either see that the message is sent or what the issue is with it. You can also try to send an email from the smtp server as the applmgr user.
mailx -v [email protected] < testfille.txt
If you see the email is being sent and not bounced back. Have the user check their spam folder or ask their email admin if their is a serverwide spam folder.

    We are using Oracle AIA Exception Handling feature. In the BPEL process , we have catch branches defined. From the catch brances we are invoking AIAAsyncErrorHandlerBPELProcess.
    In case of an exception , the instance of AIAAsyncErrorHandlerBPELProcess and AIAReadJMSNotification is being created. We have configured ns_emails.xml and user_properties.xml as per the documentation.
    Kindly let us know the issue.

  • After upgrading to 10.3 OS I do not get Facebook notifications

    After upgrading to 10.3 OS I do not get Facebook notifications. Only when I go in the FB app I can see I have some notifications. But I do not receive alerts/notifications just as other apps like what's app or BBM on my Q10

    If Xandrex's solution does not work, I have fixed this more than once by removing my FB account and the app, then reinstall and re-add. I like Xandex's solution better if it works tho

  • Not getting any notifications in lock screen

    IPod touch 5 when locked it's not getting any notifications, but when I unlock my ipod it shows the notifications such as imessage and gmail notifications...it's not in do not disturb mode, alerts are on, show in lock screen is on. Yes I reset networks settings and rebooted I even restored..I'm using ios 7.0.4 btw. Even talked to apple for 5 hours straight and they can't figure it out...so I returned my iPod touch 5 and got a new one..still doing the samething and ipad with retina is doing the samething too.. Please help I keep missing messages from family and friends. I hope this is just an ios 7.0.4 bug and that it will be fixed in ios 7.1

    Did all that...talked to Apple 5 hours and I did everything they said..they don't kno what the problem is

    I am not getting any notifications of new emails. I only get the sound notification when i open up the email tab. All notifications for email in settings are on. How can i fix this?

    Check Notification Settings
    Settings > Notification Center > Mail > VIP >
    Select Banners or Alerts
    Turn on Badge App Icon
    Make sure an Alert Sound is selected
    Show in Notification Center is on (optional)
    Show on Lock Screen if you want a notification when the device is sleeping.

    Select the card under Settings > Passbook & Apple Pay and ensure that Card Notifications is on.  This option is not present for Debit Cards.

    Try going to setting and go down to facebook. See if you can change anything there. If you can't then go to Sounds(in settings) and try looking for facebook there. i havn't had this problem but that is about the right steps to solving it

  • User does not get email notifications to his outlook

    Hi All,
    A user has reported that he does not get outlook notifications for corresponding work items in his inbox.
    All the settings are in place i.e. correct email address maintained in SU01 as well as in Infotype 0105 subtype 010.
    Not really sure why he alone does not get any outlook notifications.
    I tried sending a new message manually from SAP Inbox to his external mail id and was successful in this (checked SOST).
    What might be wrong? Please suggest.

    Hello,
    By "outlook notifications" I assume you mean emails telling the user he has workitems waiting for him to action.
    How are you sending these emails, with Extended Notifications?
    In SU01, besides specifying the e-mail address, have you also put "E-mail" in the "Comm. Meth" field?
    Sending an email directly to his external email address from his SAP inbox doesn't prove much, SAP has to be able to deduce the email address itself.
    Is it just happening for one user? Has it worked before?

    Did you receive notifications in the past but they then stopped arriving?
    Do you receive calling and/or chat notifications only?

  • Android devices not getting push notifications after a while

    We have just installed a new Exchange 2013 setup and started to move mailboxes across. Users that have Android devices though are noticing that push notifications are not reaching them and checking in the ECP I can see their last sync times are a long time
    ago! 
    If they restart their devices then the sync occurs and push notifications work for about half a day then stop again. 
    We have no issues with any iOS devices getting push notifications. We have a range of Android JellyBean and KitKat deployed so not looking device related. If I turn off push notification on the Android device and force a manual sync every 5 minutes that
    works and currently seems to be my workaround. But this will drain the battery quicker now. 
    The flow of notification would be simple, Exchange2013 > Firewall > Internet > Device
    Anyone else experiencing issues like this and know what to check? We have checked all networking aspects and its not a network/firewall issue. 

    After hours of searching online and testing and troubleshooting I found the issue actually was affecting push notifications to all mobile devices on Exchange 2013 where their mailboxes had been migrated recently from Exchange 2010. 
    There is a bug in Exchange 2013 CU5 which I am on which causes issues after mailbox migrations and requires the ActiveSync app pool in IIS to require a restart after mailbox moves to function correctly. 
    After I completed an iisreset within a command prompt on the CAS server everything started working for push notifications. 
    Lets hope this gets fixed in CU6!

    Is the issue with this specific user?
    Can you find any errors in the Workflow log file?
    Please see if any of these documents is applicable.
    Note: 743567.1 - Email Notifications are not Sent, and Mailer Log File Shows Error "Replyto Must Be a Valid Email Address"

  • Service center not getting approval from Sony India

    Dear Samuel, First of all thank you for your concern about my issue. The problem is still unresolved. Today also i contacted the service centre but again the  same replay " your work is rejected by the sony". This is the 5th sony mobile am using and now I am planning to approach consumer court.     I have purchased Zperia Z1 on exchange basis from Sony authorized service
    center (Madonna Electronics,MG Road,Cochin) on 04/03/2015. Previously I had
    Zperia ZL and due to mic complaints service center suggested upgrade. But
    after purchasing  Z1 and using 3 months I noticed  mic problem in Zperia Z1
    too (person on other side couldn't hear me).
    So I submitted the device on 25.06.2015 for service and till now it is not
    repaired.
    From the service center they told me that your work is not approved because
    whenever they try to create job it is automatically showing out of
    warranty. That is eventhough the mobile is in warranty,site showing out
    warranty. Service center has explained this issue to SONY INDIA but not
    getting reply from SONY INDIA.  So from their side they are unable to do
    anything unless they get permission from Sony India.
    So today (28.07.2015 at 11 AM) I contacted toll free number and talked with
    customer care executive and we had conference mode with Mr. Jefrin from
    modonna electronices.
    Later getting enough information from Mr. Jefrin customer care executive
    directed the call to one of the Manager in Sony India and I raised the
    issue to him. Later the Manager called the Madonna electronics and one Mr.
    Ajmal explained the technical issues to the Manager.
    Finally the Manager told me to write a mail regarding the issue. I forwarded the same letter hope they will solve it
