Buying a tv show, when it says "buy season pass"
does that mean ide be able to download the 2nd part of that same season comes out?
that i'll be able do download the reast of the season as it comes out, as the 2nd part of the same season?
same thing is happening with me, I've never had it happen before.
I bought an episode of a tv show, but it never downloaded. I went back to where I bought the show in the iTunes store and a button with the word "DOWNLOAD" replaced the purchase button. I clicked it and nothing happened.
When I check for available downloads, a loading bar appears at the top for a split second and then nothing happens.

I bought the my little pony seaon pass on seasons 1 and 2 and they then did this multi season pass thing. Now it doesn't show as me owning these new seasons. If you have updated to iTunes 11, click on View > Show Sidebar
Then, select your playlist and choose File > Print
You will have the option to print a jewel case like you did before

You can only purchase content from your own country's store - if your account is not based in the UK (and you are not in the UK) then you won't be able to buy content from there. Is the album available on other music download purchase sites in your country ? You could try contacting Apple to say that you want it adding to your store, but ultimately it's the distributor/record company that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Way too many users post here about problems with this game. The only thing that you can do is contact the app developer or iTunes Store Support. Of course, it would be helpful if you explained in detail what happens when you try to make an in app purchase.

HT201272 Is there a quick way to download the latest episode when you have a season pass?
I'm having issues downloading the latest episode in a season pass. They only way I can do it now is to get to each individual show page, and download. Is there no better/easier way to do this? I've asked Apple but they do not understand what I'm talking about and keep sending me to how to download previously purchased files.

When I try opening Safari it says cannot connect because not connect even though I am connected. When I go into the settings my Ip Adress and Subnet Mask show up but the router or DNS. I have tried resotring,resetting and forgetting the network but nothing has fixed it so far
What iP address is shown? If it starts with 169 yo never connect to the router.
Have you tried powering off and then back on your router?
Does the iPod successfully connect to other networks? -

After a month of going between iCloud & iTunes support on this - where we even were even at the point that iTunes attempted to restore our purchases but it still wasn't restoring all missing purchased episodes & those that were restored weren't appearing on all devices, we found the answer to our problem... And I bet it will solve your problem.
Log into our iTunes from your computer
Go to the store via iTunes (this worked on iTunes 11)
Click on your account
Under your account, there is an option for "Hidden Purchases" - click on this
Under each media tab it tells you what purchases have been selected to be hidden
Choose the media where you have purchase missing - for us it was TV Shows
Choose the individual episode / series / item
There will be an option to unhide - click on this button for each item
We found for iPad / iPhone we could see most of why was lost. On Apple TV 2, we had to reset / restore
This actually fixed our problem - I should point out that at no point did we select for any of our purchases to be "hidden" in the cloud and I would say this is a bug in iTunes / iCloud that Apple needs to address. I also think that an option for hidden purchases makes no sense for the majority of iTunes / iClouds users.

Missing episodes after buying a season pass to a TV series
I bought a season pass for Vampire Diaries Season 4 and the clowns at iTunes have released episode 15 before episodes 12, 13 & 14. I started watching the downloaded episode before realising it was the wrong one - massive spoilers!!! How do I get the missing episodes? Who do I contact to find out why they haven't released or sent over the earlier episodes? I'm really hacked off at this rubbish excuse for service.

Season pass doesn't show all episodes
I bought a season pass for the Good Wife on the understanding that I would be able to view current and future episodes. However, I cannot seem to view any episodes which have not already aired in the UK. I would like to know how I access future episodes. Any help much appreciated.

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of the issue you are describing. When you purchase a Season Pass of a currently airing television program, you are buying the entire season/series, but each episode is only available as it is aired (i.e. not in advance of their normal broadcast date), as outlined in the following articles:

Auto-download season pass TV show episode to Apple TV
Is there a way where I can set Apple TV to auto-download the latest episode of a TV show that I bought a season pass for?
The reason I need this is because, when I try to stream it, depending on the network speed, sometimes it takes a long time. So I have to set it to stream and then pause it in order to let it load up before playing it. I've noticed that network speed is much faster during the day when everyone is at work (so am I) so would love it if Apple TV downloads the latest episode and it is ready to play when I come home.patrix99 wrote:

The black AppleTVs have 8GB of solid state memory.
Whereas Netflix adapts quality downwards for slower connections, iTunes purchases/rentals are fixed size and quality for given resolutions (SD, 720p/1080p), so if your internet is slower than needed to play near instantly some/most/all of the movie will 'buffer' into that 8GB of memory, and the device calculates when enough has arrived to allow it to play without interruption.
The problem is that using AppleTV while a movie is buffering to do other things almost always flushes that buffe/downloaded portion without warning - forcing it to start from scratch when you decide to try to play. The memory management is simply poor for slow connections -Apple assume everyone has fast/unlimited broadband. The AppleTV1 was much better in this regard because it actually had proper storage and could hold several rentals.

I got a new iPhone and i am trying to buy songs but when I go to buy a song on iTunes it says I have to answer my security questions and I don't remember the answers. I pressed where it says for them to email you your answers but I haven't gotten an email. Is there another way to change or get the answers for the security questions?
If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
