Buying an iPhone online. Need some help.
I would like to buy it online, it says that its from a legit company how do I know if its from a legit company. Does the apple cert given to the company proves that its a legit company? Please help thanks in advance.

BEST BUY ONLINE NEEDS SOME HELP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE HELPFUL
After having just spent an hour trying to order something that the website says was in stock, and then finding it really wasn't available, it became obvious to me that Best Buy online leaves something to be desired. It seems like a classic bait and switch. Get people to the website with a low priced "deal", only to find it isn't available, however a more expensive version is available.
So, I call customer service. I get someone who assures me the order will go through, provide my credit card, redeem my points, and only to find it would not work after all, as it didn't for me. So I ask for a supervisor. And I get someone who says "I don't know" and has no answers except that this is the way it is. To add salt to the wound, he announces that unlocked phones cannot be ordered via telephone. When asked why the rep didn't know that, yes, another "I don't know".
As a Best Buy customer who spends way too much money at Best Buy, I find this entire situation unacceptable. As they say, vote with your feet, I will be exploring other stores to spend my money at. A website that says something is available, and then isn't, simply is bad business. And customer service who can only say "I don't know" isn't really customer service at all.
A "out of the box" idea would be to listen to what I'm saying, and fix it; this isn't the first time this has happened. Simply saying "I don't know" is only irritating customers who are trying to buy things from Best Buy. I am so frustrated with the situation and I assure you I will look elsewhere for future needs/wants.Hello User269123,

Hi all, after getting my phone swapped out twice, the apple guy said he could just give me a new one in the black box. I said yes, i think he swapped the sim card out but i am not sure. I just got home and i notice it wants me to activate it with at&t again! What do i press? If i press replace my existing phone it will reset my contract. I do not want that because i started it 6 months ago and i do not want it to reset. Thanks in advance!
You must activate a new iPhone with AT&T - with your existing SIM card. This will not start a new two year contract.
The SIM card is married up to the iPhone's IMEI number which is unique to each phone. -
Need some help: my itunes won't sync with my iphone anymore. Both softwares are up to date and I've reinstalled itunes. After I reinstall, it syncs. But then when I reboot my computer, it no longer syncs anymore and I have to keep reinstalling itunes. Thoughts???
thought that it was possible to have the same iTunes library on any machine that was authorised, a kind of cloud-iTunes I guess.

Need some help in saving video message from viber to my Iphone 5S with new ios 8's program . I disabled the thing that would save photos and videos automatically then, there comes a video I want to save. After loading and watching it, I press the "save to gallery" thing but it doesn't save in gallery. I tried all, restarting my phone, rebooting then turning on the save automatically thing and when I watch it again, it still wouldn't save.

Plug in iPhone with Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn on itself. If not, keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart. This usually takes less than 20 seconds of holding both buttons.

I need some help.... I Have the iPhone 4S and downloaded the new software (6.0) and everything seems great so far except when I try to open a link in safari from a different app (ie..messages, Facebook, ect..) it glitches and won't load. The blue loading bar will just jump back and forth and the page will not load properly if at all....
It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

Need some help! My iPhone 4 cannot play music through it's built in speaker, only with headphones. I also cannot adjust volume, it only shows "ringer". I really do not know when it starts. I already clean the jack and dock,reset it and still cannot be fixed. I updated it to IOS 7.1.1 recently only, does it have connection with the inconvenience I am experiencing right now? Need some help with Calendar on my iPhone.
Ok folks. Need some help and it may be basic, but I'm struggling with it.
My wife and I both have iphone 5's. Both phones share one iCloud Id and one Apple ID.
So, how do we share information across the apple calendar app?
If I add something to my cal. It does not go to her. How can we get them to sync?

Thank You!!Two things to check by putting the two iOS devices side-by-side. First, check in Settings > iCloud to assure that you are indeed both using the same iCloud login. Also, check that calendar is toggled on.
Then, check Settings > "Mail, Contacts, and Calendars". Scroll down to the calendars section and assure that your iCloud calendar is set as the "Default Calendar".
Then, check that Settings > "Mail, Contacts, and Calendars" > "Fetch new data" is set to something suitable. Note that "Push" will be best for iCloud.
Lastly, open Calendars app, touch "Calendars" at the bottom, and assure that iCloud calendar is checked so it is visible.
Then give you calendars a try again making sure that you are posting calendar events in the iCloud calendar.

If you take a screenshot (Press the home button and Lock button at the same time), does it appear on the screenshot? Zoom in on the screenshot and see if it's still there.
If not, then your display is failing. I would recommend taking it to an Apple Store if you can, if you can't then to an authorised Apple reseller.
If it does appear on the screenshot when you zoom into the spot, then it's a really weird software issue! You might have to backup and restore the device.

Hi, I am planning on buying an iphone 4 from some one. The phone still has the Apple Care Protection plan on it. Would there need to be a transfer of plan onto my name? If so, how is this done?
As the others have said, transferring AppleCare to your name is not absolutely essential. It can make things easier in some cases, though, should questions arise, so it's worth having done. The person from whom you're buying the iPhone will have to call AppleCare Plan Administration (s/he can call the normal Apple support line and ask to be transferred) and arrange to have the plan transferred to you.

Hey, just tried to buy an iphone online, but cause of lack of credit history I had to pay a $100 deposit and pick it up at my local store. Does any of you know if I need to go and pick it up in person or if I could send my brother to pick it up and pay the $100 deposit, as long as I order it online in advance. Kind of on a busy schedule for the moment .
Call the local store and ask. Most likely, you'll need to pick it up yourself, as there will probably be a signature required for the contract.
