Buying Center error

Hi u all
I have just checked for buying center function on Account form. Some fields are not active such as: Date, Reference opportunity. I also can't choose any value in field " Sales Organization". I donn't know why. Have u have any idea?

There are two options to create an Account Buying Center
a) Copy an Opportunity Buying Center to the Account
b) Creating an Account Buying Center from scratch.
If you create the Account Buying Center from scratch there is no reference Opportunity. This Reference is only there if you create this starting from a certain Opportunity.
The Date should also get filled automatically with the current date.

Hello Bjorhn,,
Go to the spro-->crm-->basic functions-->Partner functions-->partner determination procedure.
select the procedure set for opportunities. now Select the Check box for Changeable address which means one will be able to change the address if the partner function has many addresses.

BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST : getting cost center error

Hi guys,
regarding GL posting, I am using the BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.
I am uploading file with so many fields. I am able to upload properly.
But, I am getting error only with cost center.
error: "Cost center 512401 does not exist on 2009/07/31. "
actually, cost center exists and functional consultant showed me and he uploaded the record manually.
when i post manually using FB01 t code, I am able upload correctly.
I tried to debug, but it is taking more than 2 hours, as it is standard BAPI.
Please help me if any body come across this situation.

Buying Center -Print out problem

Hi,
we are looking at an option of taking the buying center print in opportunity but could not find.Is there an option of taking printout of Buying center

what is your SRM release?
Point to check:
are you able to open or save the CONF layout through either the POWL action button "Print preview", or the "Print preview" button inside the document itself?
Check BBP_OUTPUT_CONF_PREVIEW_SMART function module which is called before pop-up to open or save the CONF layout.
If there is no problem before pop-up, problem comes from document reader (Adobe?) you use. Update it with last release.

For Buying center to be visible in an Opportunity, maintain the Buying Center as a Partner Function (00000050) in your Partner Procedure.
Then this Buying center tab will appear for You.

Hello Kishor!
The Buying Center is important to maintain and detect relationships between the different involved Persons which might have an influence on the buying-decision.
This can help to adapt the strategy how to drive the opportunity and to win the deal.
One important feature is the option to copy the Opportunity-Buying Center to the related Account.
You can also copy one of the Account Buying Centers to the Opportunity.
Concerning the Chance of success there are two different options how to use this.
a) the Chance of Success is directly associated with the Stage of the Opportunity
b) It can be maintained manually and reflects the estimation of the sales rep.
The Chance of Success is important to do a weighting of the Opportunity.

Add Employees to Buying Center, not only Contacts

Hi there,
we want to use the Buying Center functionality, mainly in the opportunities.
When I add a buying center and want to add contacts to it, it is impossible to select any employee.
Is there a possibility to add employees to the buying center? One would be to add all employees in the role BUP001, but this is no real solution for me.

As far as I know, this is not possible but Iu2019m not sure from a technical point of view.
Usually the Buying Center is always an external view of the buying organization and never of the internal u201Csellingu201D organization.
However I think the Use-Case perfectly makes sense to have a u201CBuying Centeru201D and a u201CSelling Centeru201D and to combine this.

Help Center Error

Adobe Help Center Error Message. It claims I don't have the right product installed. PSE 5 IS installed and it works OK - just not the help system.

I've no idea on the cause of this problem. Perhaps you might want to try using system restore within accessories->system tools and restore to the date before you installed the webcam cd.
(Warning! - be extremely careful of this step. Use at YOUR OWN RISK!)
1. Disconnect from the internet, turn off your firewall and antivirus software.
2. Install the latest version of the Webcam Center .7.02 and reboot.
3. Turn on yout firewall and antivirus software and install the webcam driver.
4. Enable internet connection.

Please be informed the error message GLT2201 is issued as a result of
wrong customizing settings in the splitting rule.
The error is correctly displayed and changing the customizing is the
only way to resolve the error.

I keep getting a profit center error on a VFX3.
The invoice is trying to post to a profit center that is set up for a different company code. I do not know how to fix this.

check the PC allocation against the Material, Check any entries in OKB9.
However if in config it is picking up a PC, why dont you extend the PC to the correct Company Code.

Need to activate graphical buying center for opportunity

I need to activate the 'Graphical View' button in the 'Contacts' assignment block in 'Opportunity' in Web UI so that I can set up a buying center in the 'Graphical Buying Center'. Please provide inputs on how to activate this.

Hi Aditya,
Go to tx. code of the opportunity which you are using and find out the partner determination procedure.
Go to Basic functions-> Partn. Processing-> Define Partner Det. Procedure. Select ur part. det. proc. Click on Parnter Functions in Procedure.
Check if you have 'Buying Center' as Parnter functions in Procedure. Most probably you wouldn't be having it. Click on New Entries and add '00000050 Buying Centre' as partner function in the procedure.
This should enable the button 'Graphical View' on Contacts AB in Opportunity.

Buying Center Characteristics and Ratings

We are generating smartform output for our opportunity.
The opportunity includes the buying center. I am able to determine the partners associated with the buying center using the opportunity get detail bapi and write these to the smartform
Any ideas where I can find the characteristics and ratings selected in the buying center. Where is this data stored? What are keys required to access it?
Assistance is appreciated.

Please inform me in anybody work on opportunity Management in mySAP CRM. Our requirement is the partners maintain in Partner tab of opportunity needs to flow on buying center Tab Page.
But we were not able top find out any BADI or Function Module regarding the same. So never aware for completing this functionality do we need to write down any code or is there any configuration is available for the same. hi, for partners to flow to the buying center you need to just configure. no need to write code.
