I'm looking to buy DPS single edition, have CS6, can I do apps direct from DPS for ALL platforms?
Are there any restrictions on use with Single edition
I have inDesign on subscription, can I ad DPS to that?

Can I upgrade my subscription from inDesign only to Creative Cloud?
In order to publish apple apps, do I need to be on an iOS operating system?
If I change to an apple computer can I still launch android apps?
If I do change computers how do I go about getting Adobe programs on it and can I still keep them on my PC?

How to buy DPS pro for Latvia?

Hi!
I can see, that the question has been asked before, but I'll try my luck anyway...
It seems impossible to buy Adobe DPS pro edition - i've tried contacting support and have been redirected back and forth between sales and support with no luck. Their last suggestion was to use DPS contact form and somebody will contact me in the next 24 hours - I did that 2 days ago
I also tried a Latvian company, that was suggested buy the customer support, but they said that they are not selling DPS.
is my only option really just waiting and hoping that somebody will contact me?

If you have a full Creative Cloud license, you're all set to create built-in single edition apps that work only on the iPad.

DPS Pro in India please...

Trying to buy Adobe DPS Pro license in India, and being told it can't be sold as there's not a single reseller in India right now, and the product is not available on Adobe Store (India) for online purchase.
Can someone please guide or advice me how to buy DPS Pro, or connect me to someone from Adobe or reselling community to facilitate this. Also, need DPS PRO only, and NOT DPS ENTERPRISE edition.
Seems when it comes to DPS, you need to know workarounds not only for using the product, but also to buy it, even at MRP...

DPS only in Creative Cloud?

Is DPS only available in Creative Cloud? I recently bought CS6 and thought I would be able to buy DPS as a separate programme, but now realize that only seems to be possible in USA? I live in Sweden. According to Adobe's support they don't sell the separate programme in Sweden because "the demand isn't big enough". I find this very strange. Will it be possible to get in Sweden soon?

Private viewing of DPS Apps

I have a client who wants to develop several DPS Single Edition apps, however; he wants to restrict its distribution to only the people that he chooses to see it. Yes, I know you can do this in Adobe Content Viewer, however; he wants his own app logo. Is there a way to send the actual app file to other people for them to install it on their own iPads?

You can get DPS Enterprise edition and Apple Developer Enterprise to create Enterprise signed apps which can be used for internal distribution. If you can get this, it's pretty easy to create the apps and you do not need to add any UDID's for distribution.
In case you do not wish to buy DPS Enterprise, there is a complicated and time consuming way, that you need to add UDID's of the iPads you need to distribute app to in you Mobile Provisioning certificate and use either Creative Cloud/SE to create apps using that certificate.

DPS vs Indesign

Is it required to buy DPS, if i already have indesign? What is the difference? I understand the broader difference that indesign is used to produce the content and DPS is used to view the content. But what is the need to buy a standalone DPS? Also can you please let me know how safe is to upload my folio files on the https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/. Is there a way to directly transfer the files from indesign to iPad/Andriods.

I think it is rather safe as Adobe don't want you to publish without paying them. That's why they take the needed steps so that this does not happen 'accidentally'.
A user cannot share content via the Content Viewer unless he/she has access to the content builder account (ie: The user who uploaded the folios to Adobe's) and then shares content on purpose. That can be done in any computer with a connection, though.
That's as safe as letting content into a mobile device can be, in my layman opinion.

ACV is Adobe Content Viewer. You can use it to preview folios you created with InDesign, and you can share that folio with other people. But if you want to create a custom app, you need to pay. For example, with a full subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, you can create an unlimited number of Single Edition apps. Single Edition apps include only one folio and they work only on the iPad. To create other types of apps that work on various platforms, you need either a DPS Pro or Enterprise subscription.

Hi, I am a designer from Malta (Europe) I am very interested in purchasing a DPS Single or Proffesional edition for my publications to shift to tablet/digital publishing, but I am finding it very very hard into purchasing the licence, I tried searching the european store but every time I click on the link of dps the error of ''Page not Available'' always get displayed...

Monthly DPS Pro, what happens if you stop paying

We need to buy DPS pro because a client wants to use android tablets at a trade show, however the folio will not go on the app store and will be distributed to the tablets using Adobe Content Viewer.
What happens if we only pay for the subscription as and when we need it, ie for 2 months then stop for a few months then start it again?

Can anyone confirm this, you can share to android devices via ACV without having a pro subscription, I think I tried to download content to ACV on iPhone and nothing showed up, so I assumed the same was true for Android
