Buying from the trial version of PSE8

I recently downloaded PSE 8 for Windows, and have decided to buy the application. The decription on the Adobe site says that one can buy the poduct by using the "buy" button from within the trial version.
I have been unable to locate this "button" which is probably staring right at me every time I use the app. I would appreciate some assistance.

Never mind. I found the button when I accessed the edit portion of PSE8. I prevously only used the organize function in the trial version.I think It would have been perferable to have the buy from trial button available from both modules.

Fonts went missing when I upgraded from the trial version (mac)

I'd been happily working away in a file using ID CC with no problems whatsoever when my trial period expired. A couple of days later, I purchased a subscription, then opened ID back up and opened up the exact same file.
When I reopened the file, it told me that all my fonts were missing, and it was going to replace them with Minion Pro (no thanks).
I checked fontbook and confirmed that those fonts are, in fact, all installed on my computer. (Even though I was sure they were because I'd been successfully using them shortly before.) I tried uninstalling and reinstalling them. I also tried closing and reopening the document, and shutting down the program, as well as shutting down my computer. Nothing has made any difference. Trying to find the fonts in preflight hasn't helped at all.
The problem is not that my fonts aren't installed, it's that ID stopped recognizing them, even though they are installed, when I switched from the trial version to a subscription.
I haven't found anyone else with quite this same problem.
Any ideas?

I meant do you have a third-party font manager, and I see the answer is no.
And the font's don't appear inthe font list, or Find Font, at all?
If that's the case I might sayt it's time to uninstall, run the cleaner tool (CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3) and reinstall.

Can I transfer a project from the trial version of Final Cut Pro X to the Full version which I have now downloaded.

The trial version is named "Final Cut Pro Trial" and the App Store version is called "Final Cut Pro".
So, they can both be in the Applications folder at the same time, but only one can be open/launched at a time.
If, for some reason, your trial is older (like version 10.0.4) that your newly purchased FCPX (should be 10.0.5), and you do not click Update to your events/Projects, they will NOT show in the bought version!
Open the licensed FCPX and make sure it does update your things, in case it asks for it!

How do I continue editing a project from the trial version of final cut pro to the paid version

I have been working on a project on the trial version of final cut pro x. I bought the full version even though my trial wasn't up yet. When I opened the paid version my projects from the trial are not in there. I also closed the trial and opening the paid version and my projects were still not there. How do I get my projects to show in the paid version?

The trial version is as good as the full version the only difference being the no. of days of usage.
The trial software is good for 30 days only. If you bought the full version, simply enter the serial number in the trial version and activate it to convert it into full version.
You can launch the trial version of the software and it would prompt you to enter the serial number else, you can go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Activate' and then when prompted enter the serial number.

Upgrading from the trial version to the full version

I purchased the full version of LC Designer ES4 after loading the trail version. I now have a license key but can't find where or how to install the license key to make my LC licensed. Can anyone point me in the right direction and provide instructions? I can't seem to find anything about this on the Adobe Website!

You know you have to drag out a text box, right? You can't just click with the Type tool and start typing.
It sounds like you need some training assistance. I strongly recommend picking up Sandee Cohen's InDesign Visual QuickStart Guide from Peachpit Press. Available for all versions of InDesign. Costs less than $20 from Amazon or other online bookstores.

Why can't I export my video to youtube in HD from the trial version?

I am using final cut x trial version and all the video that I shot was in HD and when I go to export it to youtube it doesnt give me an option of 1080p I can only export in 540p. I need to have the video uploaded in high definition I am using it to apply for jobs. Can anyone help me?

so, i've just paid for adobe CC, on a student profil. When i install photoshop or illustrator, it doesn't work, saying that i've already tried the software, and that i need an activation key. But i subscribe on a monthly paiement, so, normally, my adobe id is the key, but it doesn't work. i tried all the advices on the help menu, and it doesn't work neither. Someone did have the same problem ? is there a solution ?

How can I get from the trial ape 8 version to the full version ?

I have the trial version ape 8 & I really would like to buy the full version as quick as possible, because I edited some stuff... Anyway, when I am clicking at the beginning - that I want to buy a serial nr - I end at the adobe homepage, where they tell me, that I just have to click buy in the trial version... I really just would like to keep my installed version!

Now, there is no real concern about loosing your edited Projects. Uninstalling the program, and then reinstalling the full-paid version should not affect your .PREL files (your Project files). Personally, I am a cautious individual, so I always will make a backup of any Projects (just to be safe). I also do a manual System Restore Point, though many uninstall/reinstall schemes make them too. I told you that I was safety conscious.
Your media Assets will definitely NOT be touched, so they will still be available, when you Open one of those earlier Project files. Just do not Move, Rename, or Delete your Assets.

Yes! As long as you don't delete your project files/library, you'll be fine. When you install the full version, it might create a new library, go to your movies folder or wherever your current library is and just double click it to open it.

FCPX has 5 languages internally:
English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese (no Italian nor Spain) ...
It switches automatically to your System's pref language ..

File + Edit menus missing from PSE9 trial version

I installed the trial version of PSE9 and am having a fundamental problem with the Organizer. Various functions require me to access File or Edit menus which, according to the Help file, should be at the top of the screen but they are nowhere to be found.
For example, I want to Move files offline to a CD or DVD. To do that - according to the Help facility - I have to start by clicking on File - Move, but nowhere can I find this "File".
Does anyone here know whether these menus are missing from the trial version of the Organizer ? Or are they hidden somewhere ?

When forwarding this to the product management you might mention that this problem was encountered on a Window 7 Ultimate 64-bit system. I mention this because I have discovered the the "Ultimate" and 64-bit versions sometimes behave significantly differently from the other versions of Windows 7. In particular, some of my recently-purchased software has been unable to deal with the 64-bits, possibly because parts of them were written 10 years ago albeit purchased recently.
