Where/how can I buy games for my nano?

To locate the iPod games, you will have to hover your mouse over the App button at the top of the iTunes store window until a small arrow appears on the right side. From there, you can click on that to open a drop down menu that has an option for "iPod Click Wheel Games" That should be what you are looking for.

    I cannot find games for iPod nano in iTunes even though all the support keeps telling me to select iPod nano from the Source list. There is no source list, no games tab, nothing that leads me to the iPod nano games. When I click on apps, and just go to a game, they are all just for iphones, ipads or ipod touches. This is frustrating. Any help would be appreciated!

    I believe that a few really low quality iPod games were distributed as freeware a long time ago, however you're much more likely to find malware infested web sites than any genuine source if you go hunting for them, and you'll still be disapointed with what you find. If you want games get an iPod touch.

    THere are text based games you can get for the nano. but there is no graphicss games you can get for your nano. If you want more games you can sell your nano and get the 5th gen ipod and buy games for the larger ipod off of itunes music store BUT these games are NOT for the nano. If you wnat more games did you ever consider the sony psp. THe psp plays games movies and alot more or even the gameboy.

            Yes. Go into itunes, and click the little arrow next to the app store tab. At the bottum you will see ipod click wheel games, click on that and view all the games for the nano!

    No, iPod Nano is not running in iOS, you can't download apps and games to iPod nano.

    Apple took out the click-wheel games over 2 years ago. If you can find and load them there is nothing illegal about it.

    Games are no longer for sale for Nanos and Classic. Only the iPod Touch has games available.

    I was going to purchase Ms Pac Man for my Ipod which of course is the 3rd generation. It says on the main screen that it is only for the 3rd and 5th generation. When I click buy it says, "Warning - for 5th generation only!" Does anyone know which is true?

    Oh wait - I went back into the store and looked at my account. I think what happened is I plugged the nano in while I was trying to buy... plug it in first then go to the store and buy...It should play on a 3rd gen nano ... even though that disclaimer during the buy process says you need a 5th gen video iPod.

    No. If it states designed for both iPad and iPhone, then it won't run on an iPod touch.
