Buying music off itunes

hello please help!
when i buy music off itunes it seems to send in straight into the icloud
why?
i want it to appear in my library so i can add onto my ipod.
please help?

Yes, You can burn them to a normal Audio CD and all audio CDs can be imported with iTunes with whatever encoding method you prefer, in this case MP3 files.
The Audio CD also makes a nice back up copy of your purchased tunes as Apple strongly suggests you do.

"Tip: Be sure to make regular backups of your music files (in your iTunes Music folder) by copying them to an external hard disk or other media. If your hard disk becomes damaged or you lose any of the music you've purchased, you'll have to buy any purchased music again to rebuild your library. You can also make an audio CD of the songs you purchase so you can listen to them in a consumer CD player."

    How to reset your Apple ID security questions
    Go to appleid.apple.com and click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
    Log in with your Apple ID and password. If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email.
    Go to the Password & Security section on the left side. Then underneath the security questions click on the link that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.  This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't work, or  there is no rescue email link available, then you will need assistance from Apple Account Security. Follow this procedure:
    click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
    Next, go to getsupport.apple.com. If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services'.
    Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
    A new page will open.  Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
    Click the blue 'Continue' button.
    Select the contact option that suits your needs best.
    The above information quoted with gratitude from TJBUSMC1973, another user in these forums.
    Forum Tip: Since you're new here, you've probably not discovered the Search feature available on every Communities page, but next time, it might save you time (and everyone else from having to answer the same question multiple times) if you search a couple of ways for a topic, both in the relevant forums and in the Apple Knowledge Base before you post a question.
    Regards.

  • Another VT user can't buy music off iTunes Store. Invalid Address error

    There have been several posts regarding the error received from iTunes store when trying to buy music. "Invalid US Address" appears and after multiple times trying to change/re-enter the address information I still get the same error. Come on Apple fix it. Where is the customer service?

    I also live in Vt and was receiving the same error. I have been able to correct this problem with the help of Apple ITunes Store Support. I was told to change the city in my billing information to "Queen City Park". After doing so the problem has been resolved. Not sure if this will work for other folks in VT that are having the same problem. Interesting to note that Queen City Park is not even a city/town in Vermont. If "Queen City Park" doesn't work for you perhaps there is another "alternate entry" that Apple support can provide you to resolve your issue.

  • Why can i not buy music from itunes store,this only happened recently

    Why can i not buy music from itunes store,this has only happened recently ?

    O.K. Everything seems to be in order now!
    I don't know what happened but this is the results....
    After attempting to edit change the information on my iTunesMS account at least 7 times, I posted the above question, logged out of iTunes, closed down all my apps and turned off my computer.
    A few hours later, I thought I would give it one more try and when I turned on iTunes, went to the Music Store and then 'reviewed' my account... it had my old American address on it with the country listed as Sweden... I just left it alone, as it didn't have my credit card info listed at all... Curiously, I'm clueless about that (though I did send this same complaint to Apple during the first posting... did that have anything to do with it?) When I clicked the continue button (without changing any info) it prompted me that I was finished setting up my iTunes Music Store account and I was immediately able to download some songs....(using the iTunes Music card--- I have not tried my MasterCard!)
    So basically, I did nothing except close iTunes, turn off my computer and later rebooted it and opened iTunes! Strange... does that seem like a fix or what?

  • How can i buy songs off itunes that you can't get on the Canadian version but you can in the u.k. version

    OS X is the same no matter where you buy it.  You can switch it to Japanese or one of 30 other languages in few seconds via the system preferences.
    If you want a Japanese keyboard as well, you can select that when you configure your purchase:

    Click here and search the article for '2 out of 3' without the quotes; this generally involves either a message being sent to your rescue email address or contacting the iTunes Store staff directly.

  • How can I buy music from itunes germany?

    I want to buy music from iTunes Germany but I don't have a German credit card. How can I do this? There is a lot of music from one of my favorite artists (Enigma) that is in ITMS Germany but not in ITMS USA.

    If you do not have a German credit card and billing address there is nothing that you can do to purchase music. The record labels forbid cross border sales.

    How can I buy music from Itunes , when I have czech Itunes  and there is no offer itunes store for buying music. Could somebody express me, why is impossible for czech itunes to buy music or videos :-(((

    If Apple doesn't have an iTunes store available in your country, you can't purchase anything from the iTunes store. In order to purchase content from the iTunes store available in another country, you must have a credit card or payment method with a billing address in that country.

    1. Click here and use the form.

  • HT202631 can i use credit in my app store to buy music in itunes?

    can i use credit in my app store to buy music in itunes?

    Yes, if you have a balance on your iTunes account then you can use that for buying apps from the iTunes app store (or to buy from the iBookstore or Mac App Store, and music, films etc from iTunes) - you can't use your balance for gifting content or an amount to another person

    Reset Security Questions
    Frequently asked questions about Apple ID
    Manage My Apple ID
    Or you can email iTunes Support at iTunes Store Support.
    If all else fails:
      1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
      2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
      3. Then choose iTunes Store;
      4. Then choose Account Management;
      5. Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click
          Continue;
      6. Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
      7. Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would
          like your security/challenge questions reset;
      8. Click Send/Continue.
    You should get a response within 24 hours by email.
    In the event you are unsuccessful then contact AppleCare - Contacting Apple for support and service.
    Another user had success doing the following:
    I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
    Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
      a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
          tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
      b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
          "done", in the upper right corner
      c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
          Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
          should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
          security questions.
      d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
          selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
          should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
          questions.
    It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
    Good Luck friends!
