Buying new iPhone and transfering Apps Licenses

i was wondering if i bought a new 3gs iPhone or the coming 4G iPhone can i transfer
my Apps from old one to new one cause i don't want to buy all my apps again so can the license be transferred to the new one and removed from old one ?
Regards

If the applications are on any computer, just sync the new iPhone with it. If not, connect the old iPhone to a computer, choose Transfer Purchases from the File menu in iTunes, and proceed as above.
Authorizing the computer from the Store menu will handle all licensing issues.
