Buying with gift card and credit card

I got a gift card and redeemed it. I now have $7.33 left credited to my account. When I try to purchase anything that costs more than that, it won't allow me. Is there a way to purchase music/movies using the credits and charging the remaining balance to my credit card?

Yes. Just input your credit card in the iTunes account info.
It will use the gift card money first and charge the difference to your card.
After your download is complete, you can remove your CC info in the account if you want.

Change of Credit Card information for creative cloud membership
1) Login to creative.adobe.com.
2) Click on the manage my subscription.
3) Edit my billing information
For Invoice
1) Login to adobe.com
2) go to my orders and select the order number and print the invoice from there

Problems with Gift Card and Credit Card

I've read a lot of post, looked at videos on it and none of these have helped me with my problem. My Itunes won't allow me to remove my credit card and just recently what remained on my gift card balance. In fact I logged out and logged back in and now that money is gone when I still had money on it. The reason I reset my account was one, it was suggested but the original problem was because despite having money on said account it kept going back to the credit card to charge the payment to.
Please help. I've done the whole account and tried to remove the credit card. It won't let me. I've tried resetting which put me in my current situation. And I'd really like to know how to remove a credit card. That would be really helpful too.

On your Mac's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

For no longer having a balance on your account, check your account's purchase history (which you can do via the Store > View Account menu option) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

I'm trying to pre-order a CD that costs $14.99 but I only have $7.08 left on my gift card. If I go through and pre-order it will itunes charge the purchase to my CC alone or will it take the $7.08 from my gift card and then take the remaining balance from my CC?

It will take the remaining balance of your credit and then charge your credit card for the rest.

My sister and I have been having problems with our ipods. We both have the touch and because our dad bought both our ipods and our ipods were under the same name it was starting to sync eachothers music to each ipod instead of seperate. we also wanted to use 2 different credit cards. so we thought the best solution would be to just create her, her own account. Everything went smoothly and i realized there was an option to not add a credit card, being that shes under aged and only buys with gift cards anyway. Now im struggling because i entered her gift cards into her acount and every time she goes to buy a song it says confirm or varify billing information. I have tried re entering her account info, i tried adding a credit card, ive tried several things and it is not allowing me to varify the account and will tell me that my requist is unavailable at this time....
does anyone know how to fix this problem soo she can buy songs

You have to follow the instructions here and use an email address that you have not yet used with Apple before.

You will need to sign into your account using the iTunes app on your Mac or PC and change the region/country for your account. If you do not have a bank card for the new country, you should be able to make purchases with iTunes Gift Cards if they are available in the new country.

You would have to work with a retailer selling iTunes cards who would accept a non-US credit card. Best Buy is a possibility; they carry iTunes prepaid cards and will accept orders from other countries:

You'll have to have the order shipped directly to the person in the US (or at least someone with a US address, who could then repackage and resend the cards for you).

You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.

Yeap, that's what I was afraid of. I have a valid card and a valid billing address, I just don't see why they're keeping people like me from using their service, and what the actual roadblock is in getting an iTunes Store for Serbia.
