Buying with parents credit card
I'm a college student and my parents want to buy me a creative cloud subscription as my birthday gift. I study in the States but my parents live in a different country. when I try to put in their payment information, I can't change the country of the billing from US to their country of residence. Is there a way I can do this?

The issue is that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

I live in Greece and except from a greek billing account I also have a french billing account with a credit card because I lived in France for some years. Now, I want to buy, for different purposes, OS X Mountain Lion with my french credit card. Can I do sush a thing if I leave in Greece? Will I have to change to the French Mac App Store to buy it and if yes, if one day I want to reinstall it or install it on another Mac will I have to to do it from the French Mac App Store? Hi,
I would like to buy a book and deliver it to USA but I live in EU. As it is not possible to deliver outside my region, I've been thinking on this:
1) Make a new AppleID with the address of my relatives in the US.
2) Pay with my Credit Card.
My only hope is that there will be no problems in the payment, the locale and the delivery.
Any idea?

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions. Towards the bottom of the page, check and make sure that in-app purchases is turned on, if it is off that is why you are not able to purchase anything inside of a application.

I don't know why but I can't use my credit card (Visa) on iTunes but it works for everything else. It says that my card isn't valid in my country -__- ..... Finally I bought it on my iPhone without my credit card. Sometimes I don't understand iTunes.

If it's the same apple ID and you are sure, then it's probably just checking for authorization holds, etc. and that your billing is valid.

Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account ? Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - only works for new accounts! You must follow the instructions exactly.
Since you already have an account you probably don't want to make another one (you cannot merge them later). Or I guess you could for the sake of the free stuff and then carefully manage your accounts in future. -
Hello if I open an account with no credit card, does this mean i can use apps but can't buy anything.
You can buy an itunes gift card and redeem it to your account and then buy whatever is available to your iTunes region.

Buy a mac with German credit card

I am currently in the United States (well, actually I am in Mexico, but I'm living only 5 minutes from the border, which means I go to the States quite a lot). I am originally from Germany and would like to buy a MacBook Pro in the States. I want to buy it online and then pick it up at the nearest Apple Store. However, when I get to the part where they ask for the credit card and billing address, they won't accept my German billing address. I am guessing they won't accept my German credit card either (it's visa btw).
Since I am in Mexico I can't use the apple store chat and calling the customer service is too expensive. Do you guys know if I can just use the address of a friend living in the US or does the address I provide have to be identical with my credit card address?
