HELP!!Garageband: buzzing headphones

Need help!! Tried fixing it for days and nada.
I am recording vocals on top of a pre-exsisting instrumental track.
I have a Scarlet 2i2 interface, ART Pro Channel 2 compressor,(and EQ, Pre Amp) a ST55 mic, solid pop filter and ATH M30 headphones.

I am getting this enfuriating buzzing in my headphones and I dont know where it is coming from. You cant hear it if you are playing music back or editing but if there is no sounds then I get this little buzzing. My headphones are pluged into my interface with a TRS adaptor tip. It seems to be going hand in hand with the volume knob on the interface but I cant turn it too far down or I cant hear enough. If i turn it up to a normal mid range volume then the buzzing is ever present. I had a best buy and radio shack trs adaptors and tried both brands but still getting the white noise. All my cables have been checked and re-plugged in. I have a few XLR cables that are in the mix that I checked as well. The volume control in GB on the bottom next to where the measures are, well measured, has the same effect for the buzzing. I have gotten it to the point that it is a low level of buzzing but there must be some bad connection or something right? Its driving me crazy!!
Is there anyway to get this to go away? My headphones have never let me down and do not seem to do this in other, non recording use. I always heard audio technicia was a solid brand. could it be my interface or compressor?

You cant plug the headphones directly to computer if thats what you are saying. They must be connected to the interface in order to work while using the compressor, interface and GB. If there is a way to use the headphones while recording that are plugged into the computer headphone jack Id much appreicate some instruction.

Stream 7 Display refresh rate stuck at 53Hz

60 and 59hz are very common, 59 is a fall back too the fact that SD broadcast is not 30fps but 29.97fps. The refresh may actually be just a bug in how it is being reported back to windows if it was something introduced in the newer bios. It had no impact on the buzzing headphone line problem.

How can i fix my headphones and my microphone from buzzing?

So i got a new headset the razer carcharias and when i plug it in to the back of my iMac it makes a buzzing sound. i have a syba usb stereo audio adapter for a mic and headphone jack but the headset requires both mic and headphone adapter and a usb port to work. every time i try to hear or talk it would i have a loud buzzing sound. It won't stop only when i shut down my iMac and if i don't it will just keep buzzing. when i plug the usb thats when it starts making the buzzing. i have tried all the usb ports on my mac but each one were the same. i don't know how to solve this and its very frustrating. btw i plug my iMac in a wire cable not the one on the wall idk if that makes any difference but i read something about the cable. PLZZ HELP!

2012 iMac loud headphone jack buzz

I have recently bought the 2012 21.5 inch 2.7 GHz iMac and everything has been working perfectly up until today.
Whenever i plug something into the audio in socket (Speakers or headphones) as soon as music or any type of sound is produced from the computer, the headphones or speakers make a very load buzzing noise. On speakers it sounds like more of a deep kind of sound, due to the better bass on the speakers, but on earphones it sound like a high pitched buzzing sound.
I have tried numberous different pairs of headphones but the same thing happens for all of them. I have changed the plug socket which the mac is plugged into as was suggested from another website, this did nothing. I have even changed rooms, so im pretty sure its nothing to do with static electricity or anything to do with the plug sockets.
I have blown lightly into the audio in hole to try and clean it out if anything is in there, this didnt work either.
There is nothing wrong with the external speakers, just when i plug headphones or speakers in. The volume of the buzzing isnt affected if i adjust the volume of the mac, and it still buzzes even if its on mute.
Up until today this hasnt been an issue, and the buzzing just began today for some reason.
One last thing, the buzzing only seems to come out of the left earpiece of the headphones which are plugged in.
Any ideas on what the problem could be and how to sort it would be much appreciated.

After I spoke to Apple care, I had to send mine in for repair to the local apple store. I was under warranty so It was repaired (actually got a replacement TBH) free of charge.
Its, from what I can gather, a loose/faulty connection in the headphone jack. Best ring them up and explain your situation, they are very helpful in fairness to them.

Hp stream 8 headphone jack has buzzing sound

i read about the stream 7 having a simiar problem. the buzing sound happens when the headphone jack is plugged and sound ismbeing produce. after the music stops their is a lingering buzzing sound that last after the sound stops. i have tried different headphones and they all pick up the same noise. i already contacted hp and had a replacement delivered. guess what....same issue. please fix this HP!!

Buzzing sound when connecting headphones to Mi

Quick question (maybe some folks can try this outfor me and let me know their findings):
I plugged my headphones into my Zen Micro today while I was wearing them (Shure ec2). The player was turned off. I heard a buzzing sound as I inserted the headphone jack, indicating that there was power applied to the jack, even with the player off. Is this normal?
I'm not overly concerned, just curious.

Maybe it is related to battery drain. I will say this, though:
My Zen Micro seems to hold a charge much better tham my first generation iPod. If I left my iPod sit for more than a day or two, it would have to be recharged. Not so with my Zen Micro.

T500 headphones buzzing issue!

I just bought a T500 used, and most sounds buzz with every pair of headphones I use, it's mainly the right ear. Does anyone know hwy this is happening? I have reinstalled drivers, and tried cleaning the headphone jack, but I can't make sounds stop buzzing.
Also it's the kind of sound you would expect from a monitor speaker turned up all the way, a kind of "tinny" effect.

I had tried some rubbing alcohol, anyway I needed my screen replaced, so I sent it in for warranty repair.

In-ear headphones buzzing

I got some new in-ear headphones a little bit ago. The right ear has this buzzing/crackling sound. Is there any way to fix it or get a replacement pair?

If you're within the return policy, you can take them back for an exchange. Otherwise, they are covered by a 1-year warranty in which you can get them replaced at a Genius Bar or your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Hissing/buzzing in headphones

Just recently, I've been noticing a buzz in my new Sennheiser HD 280 headphones when using them with my relatively new Macbook. The headphones work fine with my iPod and with other devices. The buzzing seemed to be pretty regular, so I timed it and it happens every two minutes on the dot. The noise is noticeable when listening to quiet music and lasts for a second or two and then cuts out. It's not related to iTunes either--it happens when the headphones are receiving any kind of sound. Could this be problem with the audio out? Can it be fixed?

There is an annoying buzz in my monitor...real annoying actually...thanks.
I forgot, it is only on my real instrument track...

I have a similar issue when viewing videos. I have a buzzing / clicking sound in the right headphone..
Its got to the point where I can no longer watch videos..

Buzzing in headphones with XtremeGamer

&? I've gone through the FAQs and such and all of my settings are good. I get a buzzing noise in my headphones when I game using my front panel connectors. Originally I thought it was because of grounding issues on my case, but I've changed cases, motherboard, video card, and RAm yet the issue still exists.
When I minimize the game, the noise goes away (EQ2). I am asusming it is bus noise? The card is installed about in between my PSU and my video card so it's about as far away from everything as it can get. Anyone know how to fix the issue?

These are my current specs but I've had the issue with other configurations (Motherboard, CPU, and OS)?as well. The buzzing noise has been an issue for the 2 years I've had the card.

Buzzing sound from iPhone 4S headphone port

Is it normal for my iPhone 4S to make a buzzing sound from the headphone port even though the phone is in standby and when it's on? Should I go to the apple store and exchange it?

If you are hearing unexpected sounds from your headphones when they are plugged in to your iPhone, try these troubleshooting steps first:
You can fix most headset issues with a few steps. Try these first:
Unplug the headset and clear any debris from the headset jack. Then plug it back in.
Make sure the headset is plugged in all the way. If you’re using a case, remove it to make sure it’s not getting in the way.
Check the headset cable, connector, remote, and earbuds for damage. Make sure they’re not blocked or dirty.
Try using another headset. If the issue happens with the other headset, contact Apple Support for help. If the other headset works, contact the headset manufacturer.
Try using a different iOS device with your headset. If the issue happens with the other iOS device, contact the headset manufacturer. For Apple headsets, contact Apple support.

Audio through headphones, dock connector randomly replaced with weak buzzing

Just had my iPhone 3GS (32GB) replaced under AppleCare. This new one, upon connecting an audio outptut device, will fail to actually output audio during iPod App playback or phone calls. There will be a faint "pop" upon connection, followed by a low buzzing with a pattern following the expected audio output (the music, the caller's voice, etc.). Nothing clears it up except removing/reconnecting the connected audio device a number of times - and that number is completely random. Rebooting the iPhone doesn't necessarily fix this, either.
It seemed to be a headphone jack / headset issue at first, but now I've also discovered the exact same issue with audio output through the dock connector, e.g. the iPod connector in my car, my iHome speaker dock.
Neither the built-in speaker nor Bluetooth streaming exhibit this issue.
I hesitate to take this back to the Apple Store, because it is so intermittent and impossible to reproduce at will.
What's happening? How can I at least zero in on this issue to get help from AppleCare (again...)?

Buzzing and skipping when removing or inserting headphone jack

While listening to audio through iTunes, switching between the internal speakers or headphones via removing or inserting a headphone jack, often results in a loud buzzing noise. Pausing iTunes eliminates the sound, but it sometimes comes back when I press play once again. It also sometimes results in the audio skipping, and the entire computer freezing, while the sudio skips. What the **** is going on here? Do I need a new sound card?
