BW Business Content Error

Hi Gurus,
Hi Saravanan and new to this forum
May you ll able to help me out on the following error,
I were trying to install a few infocubes from the business contents
At the process of Install->Simulate , i'm getting the error the Version D of the object is not avalable
Can anybody help me to resolve this problem.

yes, we will try to help you
try install the cube one by one and with grouping 'only necessary objects' first.
transaction rsa1->business content->left frame choose 'object type', in middle frame choose infocube and 'select object', pick your infocube and 'transfer', it will then go to right frame, in collection mode choose 'manual', and grouping choose 'only necessary objects', then execute, system will do objects collection. after finished, try 'simulate' and if everything ok then click 'install'->'install'.

Business content error UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE

Hi all,
I am on 7.0 and when I install Business content I get the following dump.
Also when I monitor my job it in the job log I can see " The object is not allowed to be empty" coming up several times and then just abruptly dumps.
I have checked the notes and forums but nothing matches to my problem...also we understand that we are on a low SP package 10 which I guess is the big problem.
Any advice,

Standard Business Content error msg

Hi All,
I am working on a report in SAP BI where i am trying to collect the In dataflow before and after object for 0FIAA_C01 cube. But when i collect the necessary objects the system is showing error message in red saying:
Diagnosis:
You have collected objects in the BI Metadata Repository. Associated objects for object FI-AA-IO of type Application,APCO have also been collected. Object 0ASSET_ATTR_TEXT of type 3.x InfoSource,ISTD was among these objects.
However, this object 0ASSET_ATTR_TEXT of type 3.x InfoSource,ISTD is not available in the metadata repository.
System Response:
Object 0ASSET_ATTR_TEXT of type 3.x InfoSource,ISTD is ignored in further collections. The links for object FI-AA-IO of type Application,APCO are incomplete. This may result in you not being able to activate this object.
What does this mean ?
would be helpful if anyone can show light on this

make sure that this infoobject is available. Try to activate it alone.

Error while activating the business content object

Hi guru,
We have installed a new BI system, and hence we need to activate all the business content object as they are available in delivery version.
So as there was an requirement i tryed to activate the business content object ,that is 0mat (MATNR) material number,
but once done with the installation when i try to find the object and display it
that is i select the object 0mat , context menu and say display or change it does not show the complete screen as it appears for a characterstic and gives a error
"_settings for material number conversion not found"_*
so please help me out what is the problem

but let me inform you that i already did that as i need to install this object and now the object is showing with green instead of grey,
Now my problem is that after selecting grouping and collection when i go to infoobject menu under modelling and find out the object 0mat, it shows in green , but as i need to observe the properties of this object like data type , length etc , i select the object 0mat and right click and select display,
then instead of showing me the object properties screen it gives me the error as mentioned above,
so as you say it has to be in active versoin , but i can not view the normal screen which appears after creating any object ,
now i hope my problem is quiet explanatory so please help me.

Error message in Business Content Installation

Dear All,
I am getting one error message while install some objects in FI through Business Content.
Object '0GL_ACCOUNT_T011_HIER_EC1' (ISTS) of type 'Transfer structure' is not available in version 'A
I have search around but I dont find any related to it.
Please suggest.

Exactly what your trying to activate?
info object or data source?
Use grouping option as - only necessary object and drag required object form middle pane to right side pane.
try to install it. If it shows any dependences then those first need to install.
above mentioned name is GL Account master data source hierarchy.

Error while installing the Business Content 2lis_03_bf Transformation

Hi,
I have installed total 0ic_c03 cube and successful.
Data is populating correct. When ever Releasing the Request error getting which Local objects not captured in request which are there in 2lis_03_bf info source, For this Error I have deleted the objects from info source and activated and activated transformation. But those object are there in the ROUTINES and disturbed. KEYFIGURES Routine are disappeared.
Again when have installing the BF infosource and transformations from Business content is getting below error. for Ref below screen shot.
Please advise me : urgent

Hi,
it seems like issue with ABAP routine.
Can you try to get detail error by doing syntax check.
Also if you are in BW 7.31 - I notices while releasing it shows error. I will suggest ignore it and just released. it worked for me.
You always have option to recapture the transport and resend the same objects, if earlier failed.

Error while Installing the update rules in business content

Hi All,
I got the following error,when i was installing the update rules : Object UPDR D4C8V3KA00XD5ANPVUAH9KQDJ could not be found in version M. but these update rules appear as inactive mode in bi content-object types-updaterules-selection-inactive status.
Please could i know where we can check version status for business content pdaterules. but it was showing NOT FOUND IN Version M .
please anybody can help me for solving this error.

Hi,
You can check the Content Release and Last Content Modification for your update Rules following thee given path:
RSA1>BI Content>object Types>Update Rules>Select object(search for ur update rules) -->Transfer Selections.
After they are being transfered to the right pane.On right pane (where you can see the its technical name) scroll towards right you will see last three tabs as "Content Release,Last Content Modification and Person responsible".
Change the Grouping as "Before and afterwards" and then try installing.

Error While Installing the Business Content Query

Dear Friends,
We are in BI 7.0 and trying to install a business content query "Balance Sheets Profit and Loss Statement" but while activating we are getting the error that some Particular Request has not been found or not suitable. we checked for that request in SE09 and found that there is no such request existing in the system. So what could be the cause of the Error and what to do for successfully Installing the Query.

Are you assigning a new request or creating a new one? Try to assign to a new request if you are not doing so.

Error while activating PM Business Content DSO 0PM_DS01

I am trying to activate the Business Content for PM (Plant Maintenance). I wasable to activate the cubes without any problem.
But when I tried activating the DSO 0PM_DS01, the installation is failing while activating the DSO with the message. "You are not authorised for Infosource 80PM_DS01"
Has anybody else also faced a similar error?

Error in Activating the Business Content Infocube 0CRM_C08

Hi Experts,
when iam trying to activating the business content infocube 0CRM_C08
iam getting few errors
Error-1:- Characteristic 0COUNTY_CDE is still being used as target of transfer rule ZCOUNTY_TEXT
Error-2:- Char. 0CRM_OBTYP3 is exclusively an attribute (cannot be a navigation attribute)
Error-3:- Authorization field CRM_SALORG still being used in authorization objects
Error-4:- Cannot delete authorization field of InfoObject 0CRM_SALORG
Error-5:- InfoObject ZDGTDCODE is used in transfer rules (1CL_OMAT001_BB) of characteristic 0MATERIA
Can anyone please clarify regarding these kind of errors.
What i have to do for make a successfull activation

I have searched for those objects in the BI content for activating those objects, but those objects are not available in the BI content.
In general while activating the info cube if any object is in inactive means we will activate the object seperatly and we will activate the info cube it will resolve the issue. but here those 0DB-- objects are not available in the BI content.
While activating the sales and inventory info cube it was throughing the short dump, In the short dump it is showing these message.
ASSIGN_LENGTH_0 " "
SAPLSNR3 or "LSNR3F01"
LOCAL_BUFFER
please treat this as urgent.

Error in transfer structure while activating the business content

Hi all
we got the following error while activating the transfer rules( business content) :
1)error when determining a number from object BI_TSDTEL and number 01
2) object name can only contain characters from syntactical character set.
3) data element for infoobject WAERS 0CURRENCY could not be created.
can anyone please explain what is this error.

Goto SE37 -> RSAR_TRANSTRUCTURE_ACTIVATE -> Transfer Structure Name -> Execute
If the above doesn't fix then try the below
Goto SE14 -> Transfer Structure Name -> Adjust and activate .
This will fix if there is any inconsistency in the transfer structure.

Error while activating the Business Content

Hi BI gurus,
I am installing the business content for the sales overview infocube with the grouping option data flow before and install in back ground option. The back ground job is cancelled with the error msg"STDO: Log could not be written on output device T" and at the end it shows ABAP/4 processor: LOAD_PROGRAM_LOST error.
Can any one give solution for this. This is very urgent,

ERROR while activating the Business Content of Sales Cube 0SD_C03

iam facing an error, iam getting the error while activating the Business Content sales info cube and Inventory info cube with the collection option DATA FLOW BEFORE. In my system the service pack was 14, what shall be the approach. Here iam getting the error like some 0DB-- objects are not available in the D version. if u have any solution for this please share with use also.
Please treat this as an urgent, because we are unable to proceed with the further Business Content Activation.

Error while activating standard business contents e.g : 0SD_C11, 0SD_C12

Hi Friends,
I am getting this error while activating the Cube ,I'm not able to see update rules after activated in the Modelling.. My using 7.o but working on 3.x version, with support package 15.
When i stimuldate following are the errors:
80BP_ID not maintained
Data source 0DBDUNS_IMPORT_ATTR not maintained
Error while reading InfoProvider 0SD_O01 etc...
Please help me out from this error since two days i'm tryhing to resolve but i'm not able to activate...

Hello,
Go to business content, select the Infoprovider which you intend to install, select the before after option. Then say install & ignore the warnings & say yes. If still you are not able to view the update & transfer rules there might be some issues in the source system.
1] Check in rsa 6 that the datasources feeding to your cube are avialable or not.
2] Check the same is been replicated in BW or not.
3] The time stamp from both source system & BW system should match, otherwise replicate it again.

Error while activating process chains from Business Content

I am trying to activate the SAP Business Content Process Chains, which load data to 0PM_DSO2 in Plant Maintenance Area -
1.Delta Upload : MTTR / MTBR (0PM_DELTA_P02)
2.Initialisation : MTTR / MTBR (0PM_INIT_P01 )
And they are failing with the error
