BW can't transport DEV to PRD

Question

Dear All:
       I am using BPC NW 7.5 SP10, and trying to transport Development to Production, but it failed. Here is the BW log.

Hi,
Did you check the settings in SE06 ?
/CPMB and /B28/ should be set to 'Modifiable' before you import the request to target system.
