BW ERROR while calculating local formula in Bex analyzer

Hi gurus,
Their is an error comming up on a report which is opened in Bex Analyzer. When we create local formula i encounter this error.
It says"
"Program error in class SAPMYSS1S method :uncaught exception "
"System error in program SAPLRRK0 and form DELETE_FST-01"
Not sure of why this error is comming up.
DO we need to update a OSS note for this.
Please suggest .

Error while calculating the net present value

Dear experts,
Please help me in solving the following error.
I am trying to do project vaibility analysis through pre investment analysis in appropriation request, interm I'm trying to calculate the IRR for the project.
I have created the appropriation request and given all the data in that including the planed values for the project.
In Variants tab of appropriation request, preinv. analysis sub tab, i have clicked the button Calculate preinvestment analysis figures , ( I hvae not mentioned any values in that screen, its picking the plan cost from the planed values of the appropriation request) there I'm getting an error saying
Error while calculating the net present value
If I open the message it is as follows:
Error while calculating the net present value*
*Message no. AO215*
Diagnosis
An error occurred during calculation of the net present value.
The yield curve for determining the net present value is not completely maintained. Possible causes are:
1. Evaluation type IM01 does not exist (table ATSYC).
2. Yield curve types 9990 (bid) and 9991 (ask) have not been created (table JBD14) for the currency of the controlling area of the appropriation request.
3. Reference interest rates have not been created for the yield curves (tables T056R and JBD15).
4. Interest rates are not maintained for the complete planning time period for the reference interest rates.
5. Under certain circumstances, the standard exchange rate types 'G' and 'B' may be inconsistent.
Procedure
Check your Customizing settings:
1. SAP supplies the evaluation types.
Remember, SAP supplies the evaluation types in client 000. You have to copy them into your working clients. If you do not have them in your system, you can create them in Customizing for the Treasury component (Treasury Management -> Market Risk Management -> Evaluations -> Define Default Settings). Create evaluation type IM01 with bid yield curve type 9990 and ask yield curve type 9991.
2. In Customizing for appropriation requests (under Planning), create a bid yield curve type 9990 and an ask yield curve type for the currency of the controlling area of the appropriation request.
3. Create at least one reference interest rate for each yield curve.
4. Maintain the reference rates, starting at the minimum fron the point at which you you have planned costs or revenue.
5. Check Customizing of the exchange rate types 'G' and 'B' in the IMG under Global Settings -> Currencies.
I have checked all the procedures of the said customization and the values are similar to that of the error message, but still I'm unable to proceed further.
I have goe through the note 160375, but did not succeed on this issue.
Can any one help me out in solving the above error and also can any one explain me the process in SAP to calculate IRR?
Is there any more customization missing or whats wrong going in that process?

Error while Creating a formula for field AZNOR (T-Code : OP17)

Dear Experts,
i am facing a problem in Transaction OP17 while creating a formula for field AZNOR ( No of indivual capacity in work center) in work center (T-Code : CR02) .
It shows the error
The data object "F" has no component called "AZNOR''..
Please let me know the solution..

Error while calculating variances for production order

Hi Gurus,
while calculating variances for production order i am getting the following error
"Cannot calculate scrap variances" ( Error message)
" no standard value estimate for material" (Warning message"
A standard cost estimate exists for the material at the date mentioned in the error in released status.
Please give solution for the error.

Is there an itemization, generated for the cost estimate used to calculate the target costs?
Does the material components listed in the BOM of the cost estimate used to calculate the target costs, assigned to the operations in which they are used. Otherwise it is not possible to correctly report the variances and scrap when operations are confirmed.
Does the order for which the variances are calculated have a valid variance key. ?
Does the order have the status DLV (delivered) or TECO (technically completed). If the status was withdrawn, any variances and scrap variances are canceled.

Problem while creating local formula

hi guys,
when iam trying to Create Local formula,i got error message with pop up screen like,
BW Server Errror
An error occured in the communication with server with BW server
Due to this ,the communication had to be closed
In detail description
we got the message like
'An exception occured that was not caught'
can u please give me some idea to solve this issue,its very urgent.

Error while uploading Fast Formula using ldt Files.

Dear All,
We need to migrate Fast Formula to different instances.
Also we need to have version control also.
For that we created custom lct file.
We were able to download the ldt files correctly but found that while uplaoding fast formula context were getting truncated at the end.
Any inputs to resolve the above issue will he very helpful.
Also we need to migrate Payroll Configuration

Error when executing a report in Bex analyzer"

Hi all ,
when I am executing a report in Bex analyzer and selecting a hierrachy and execute the report it is giving an error " in Program CL_RSR_RRKO_HIERARCHY and Form SEL_TO_SELDR_EQSID.Any reason for this.

Hi,
go to RSSM and give your infoprovider name and check the authrization objects which are present in the infoprovider ...it will have option ticked.
Basically authorizations are based on company code or sales org.
give that authorization object in the first option in RSSM and check on which infoobject it is based.
Also you can give your user id in one of the option in this transaction RSSM and then you can check for that authorization object do you have any values present for the included infoobjects or not.
You will not have those values entry here in the authorization object for those selections which you are giving during the report run.
Just change the vales here and give the desired value for which you are running the report.
Save it.

Create local view with Bex Analyzer 7.0

Hi,
with the Bex Analyzer 3.5 it was possible to create and use a local views based on a query in a workbook.
With this "workaround" it was possible to create just one Query for different views and charts.
Is there something similar in BI 7.0???
I know there is a query view, but this is not what i want.

I think the reference is to the BEx 3.x Change Query button. You had the option in a refreshed query or Workbook to Change Query Local View or global view.
With Change Query Local View it was easier for a user with no global change authorizations to drag and drop, rearrange and change properties of their query results as needed. Then they could save locally as a workbook and each time they open it the personalized version can be refeshed as such, all without having to change original query.
How do users do that in 7.0?

Bex Mihration Issue while comparing the results of Bex analyzer

Dear Experts,
Currenlty i am working on a Bex migration project and we are still in the research and analysis phase. We have been migrating some queries and workbooks in sandbox for analysing the final approach we would be following eventually. For migration we first make a copy of the query and then migrate the copy to the 7.0 version. So after migration the formats in the report generated by Bex analyzer 7.0 of the migrated query and the one generated by Bex analyzer 3.x of the orignal query are quite different.
Can you help me figure out the reason behind this difference in the formats and how to go about it.

I had assigned the query only to the role. when i checked with user id i found error.
You do not have the authorization for component ZMM_PO_Q1_2

I was trying to run Planning Function "Revaluation" from BEx work book with using BEx formula variable.
But I have get below error message:

*"As a result of this error, the system has been disconnected from the BI server."*
*"Exception condition "INPUT_NOT_LEGAL" raised. "
My other functions and FOX are successfully running from BEx. And this specific revaluation function also runs on RSPLAN environment when I try to test under planning Sequence.
If any one has any idea about this error. I will be glad to get his/her opinion.

SYntax error while creating a formula for %

Hi All,
I have to calculate Growth percentage and creating formula. But its giving me a syntax error.
I am writing like this:-
(Month to Date Sales-MTD PRior Year Sales)/ MTD PRior Year Sales*100 %
Can anyone please tell me where I am making a mistake.

Plan Sales % Actual Sales (this will give the percentage deviation between Planned Sales and Actual Sales)
this is identical to formula
100 * (Planned Sales - Actual Sales) / (Actual Sales)

I want to execute a query from query designer but when I execute it the following error occurs -
Portal runtime error.
An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.
I have checked log, the error displayig in log is,
