Hi, experts,

but i want to generate a report for , where i want to see the the number of scripts used perday, most frequently used scripts in the day ,
, where i can do this report,
as i know that , i can generate a report for survey scripts, but these interactive scripts developed in external editor and all we will do in the SPRO is attch the script name in the profile with the valid date , thats all,
i am suspecting about a custome development , if am not wrong ????
urgent help needed ,

Hi, john
thanks for the info,
Yes i know that scripting evolution,
but i dont know where i can see that screen with the statistics.
can you please tell me which TR code i need to use , to run the evolution screen, or which BSP i need to run to see that type of report, i went through the CR410_Col42_ICWEB document
but i didnt find any clue, all i got is only explanation of scripting evolution,
currently scripts are storing at crmc_ic_SCRIPTS table , and it is storing the profile, name script ID, date valid from, date valid to, fields
when i run the above table i got a option on menu bar "" check table"" when i click this system taking me to the below table called CRMD_IC_SCATTR table, this table have fields like objuect type ,object name , catogory, begin date , end date , logged by, fileds,
I am confusing about these 2 tables, 1st table can not serve my need , 2nd table can serve my need a bit ,
but it has another type of transactions like object name , object type....
and in scripting profile , i have a field called ""History "" in this i have 2 options ""record script data in BW"" and ""Do not record"",
can i use this to generate a report ??? as a standard format
so i am planning like, i can go for a custom table, with the required fields like, user , date of run, time of run, department name , average time to run the script, ... etc
this table record the data from actions in the webclient where CRA runs the scripts daily ,
then we can generate a report from the BW or can run in CRM ,
i think if you want i can write a new functionality document for SAP AG , to add this functionality ,
but please guide me in the above issue,

Interactive report for Interactions
Hi all,
Creating a report for Interactions using Analytics_Pro business role. I'm using the Interactions report area and am creating a very basic call coding report.
The AHT (handle time) is however represented in Minutes, which is not quite standard for call centers (we usually use seconds). Is there a config required or do I have to play with the cube and add an extra figure that would represent it in seconds, then expose it, then add it to my report area, then add it to my report? (or whatever other steps required)?
I'm on CRM 7.0 EHP 2Hi Fabien
Interactive Reporting "Cubes" are defined with the expected fields of usage. When building the Interactive Report if the field is not available as standard then some type of enhancement would be required.

When you run the program, the system displays the following basic list with a the page header defined in the program:
You can trigger the AT LINE-SELECTION event by double-clicking a line. The system sets the status TEST and deactivates the function code PICK. The status TEST contains function codes FC1 to FC5. These are assigned to pushbuttons in the application toolbar. The page header of the detail list depends on the status.
Here, double-clicking a line no longer triggers an event. However, there is now an application toolbar containing five user-defined pushbuttons. You can use these to trigger the AT USER-COMMAND event. The CASE statement contains a different reaction for each pushbutton.
For each interactive event, the system decreases the SY-LSIND system field by one, thus canceling out the automatic increase. All detail lists now have the same level as the basic list and thus overwrite it. While the detail list is being created, SY-LSIND still has the value 1.

Interactive scripts in CRM 4.0
Hi All,
I am working in CRM 4.0.
I created a interactive script in interactive script editor ( BSP CRM_IC_ISE).
I could not see any buttons to create a transport request in the toolbar in script editor. I can see the button to download the script.
For my script i created new actions, new answers (buttons, checkboxes), questions etc. I downloaded the script and saved as a XML file.
I imported/uploaded the same script file in quality system. The script is imported into the quality system by using the upload functionality in the script editor. Only some of the answers are available. But all other objects actions, answers and buttons are not available.
Could anyone please tell me the procedure to import all the script and the other objects from one system to other systems.
Thanks

Anyone using Interactive Script "Transcripts"?
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone out there is using the new Transcript feature for Interactive Scripting (delivered with CRM 7.0 EHP1). I recently wrote this blog describing how the feature works and how to configure it, which I hope contains some useful content. But I'd be interested in any other tips, tricks, gotchas, etc., from anyone who has implemented the feature and is using it. Thanks so much.
Best regards,
JohnHi John,
I have gone through your blog and found it extremely useful. I have to design a solution where the call center agents have to conduct surveys and save the results/response. These responses would then be analyzed by IBM SPSS tool.I have 2 questions here:
1. does this interactive scripting replaces standard survey management application in crm (crm_survey_suite) ?
2. results captured in xml can flow to IBM SPSS?
It would be of great help if I can also get detailed configuration document on this topic.
Thanks and regards,

CRM 5.0 Webclient - Survey
Hi Gurus
We would like to implement a Survey into our Webclient environment.
Are there any tutorials for how this is done. There's a lot of over view documentation on Help.sap.com, but nothing that really goes into detail.
Many Thanks in advance
Regards
PandurangaHello Panduranga,
In addition to the attached thread provided by sreekanth that describes how to integrate a survey into the service ticket, you can also include a survey inside an interactive script used in the Interaction Center. This can be done using the default "Survey" template that is delivered with the Interactive Script Editor tool. You could also use the Lead template if you wanted to automatically create and qualify a lead based on the results of the survey. The online documentation for Interactive Scripting mentions both of these templates.
Warm regards,
John
P.S. I am also covering this process in more detail in the book I am writing, "Maximizing Your SAP CRM Interaction Center" which should be available in September 2008 from SAP Press / Galileo Press -
CRM 7.0 - Enhancement of Data Sources for interactive Reporting
Hallo All,
I would like to know whether anybody has positive experience with the enhancement of CRM Data Sources for interactive Reporting. I read that the enhancement of Customer fields should be possible (Those Data Sources below the Hierarchy node /CRMBW/ROOT).
I have seen that the extract structure can be enhanced via RSA6 (as for other data sources).
Questions:
1. Which USEREXIT / BADI has to be used to fill the added fields?
2. Does it work?
Best regardsHi!
Those DS are not meant to be enhanced manually but only by one of the following two ways:
1. Adding custom fields with the Application Enhancement Tool (AET) in the CRM UI.
2. Adding SAP fields with the Interactive Reporting Enhancement Workbench (IREW).
The AET is available since CRM 7.0. Please find more details in the SAP Help Portal:

Action in Interactive Script for IC Webclient
Does anybody have experience with creating an Interactive Script action for IC Webclient in CRM 4.0 with SIE?
According to the cookbook (see thread IC WebClient Consultant's Cookbook) for the Service Industry Extension you can create an action without using Java. In the action definition you can directly enter the name of the ABAP class that contains the method to be executed.
However, when the script is executed the action does not seem to work. In fact there is no error or dump that shows it has done anything.
I have followed the instructions as described in chapter 2.2.2. of the document.
Your help is appreciated.
Thanks, NicoAnyone?

Activation of Infotype for Interactive reporting
I know that from SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 1.0 sap provides support for interactive report on Service requests. My question
- Is there any standard interactive report on service request provided by SAP CRM? I checked in ORDYWB(Interactive workbench), I did not see any report for Service report. Kindly confirm is that is the case.
Now I believe if I activate report area (Infotype) Service request in the workbench then I can create by own interactive reports for service requests. How do I activate the report area Service request- When i select and activate it - I get the message - " Info type Service request switched of"Hi!
I hope this comes not too late, or maybe it will help others: In order to activate report area Service Requests, you have to enable business function SAP BusinessObjects Integration and CRM Interactive Reporting (CRM_ANA_BOB).
SAP does not deliver any pre-defined reports for the new report areas that are enabled by this business function. You may, however, create your own reports, just as you were able to do with the previously delivered report areas.

Interactive Reports for Marketing Campaigns using HANA
Dear Experts,
We are Implementing Interactive Reports for Marketing Campaigns using HANA Hence, I request you all to help with the Config Steps / any documents that help.
Your Help is really appreciated.
Thanks In advance
SatishDavid,
There are several drawbacks with the standard functionality that you will encounter:
- SAPconnect only supports HTTP url posting or RFC destination setup (which means you need a third party server program)
- The mail forms do not impose a limitation on the length of messages
- Target groups do not check if the person has a mobile number.
If you look at SMS gateway providers they normally allow use via web service or SMPP. If you plan on doing "bulk" campaigns where you will generate multi-thousand messages a month then you need to use one of these options. SMPP is a binary protocol that is way too complicated for a business application to implement. So web services is your best bet.
If we used mostly standard CRM functionaliy we would do the following for SMS:
- Use the segment builder to handle our target groups
- Use the personalized mail functionality
- Use the open channel exits for segment execution to handle the communication to SMS gateway.
Now keep in mind that for SMS campaigns this is going to be cubersome, and not going to provide all the mobile marketing functionality you need. It still appears that even for CRM 52/2007 that mobile marketing is not really fully addressed in the solution with several major gaps.
We ended up going down a custom route, because the segment builder was not-user friendly and unstable in CRM 40 and the mail form technology did not meet our needs for sending messages and creating template based scenarios. We still make use of the CRM business partner master for the distribution.
If you have any further questions on doing SMS campaigns with CRM, please let me know. This is one area where I have spent some extensive research. If you are looking for SMS gateway providers in the US, I can also provide some names based on our previous research.
Thank you,
Stephen -
