By mistake there are 4 purchases happend, how do I get back my money.

Long time back I bought couple of Apps for my Ipad and Iphone, I forgot disable my credit card info on my payment section.
Now recently my daugter (7years old) was playing Ipad and she clicked okay on some pop ups when my Ipad connected with internet.
During this there are 4 purchases happend for almost $100 on my credit card, morever I do not see any new apps on my Ipad, so could you please put my money back to my credit card. Infact I stopped using my credit card from April2012 as I returned back to India.

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and explain and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and depending upon the iOS version that you have installed you might also have a 'Require Password' setting on the Restrictions screen that you can set to 'Immediately'.

If you are referring to an iDevice, sign out of your new Apple ID and sign back in with your old one - they should all be there.

There is no legitimate (Apple supported) way to downgrad an iOS on a device. Have you tried downloading/installing a new (free) app. That works for many users with that problem.

Reload it from the original source. If you got it with the computer, that will either be the computer's original disks or the Mac App Store depending on what its original OS was.

I checked. Niel is right. It is frustrating. I got an iPad when they first came out and within 3 years it couldn't be upgraded. I've still been using it happily, although this summer I got an iPad mini. I plan on passing it down to my daughter.

You should be able to delete them from the bookshelf in the iBooks app via the Edit button at the top right of the bookshelf. If they show on the bookshelf with a cloud symbol on them then try turning Settings > iBooks > Show All Purchases 'off'. Is that what is happening ?

I appreciate the answer, but what you describe is not entirely accurate. First, to even see view, you have to enable the menu by clicking on the icon in the upper left. View allows you to show the sidebar.
Second, you will NOT see your devise listed in sidebar or anywhere else. Instead, you have to click on "devise" from the sidebar menu, wait a minute, and then it will finally show up under "devise." Or maybe it just takes a minute to show up whatever you do.
Third, right clicking on your devise will take you to a menu with "transfer my files" on it, but then iTunes will refuse to make the transfer. Instead, it will tell you that <your apps> on your <devise> could not be transferred to iTunes "because you are not authorized for it on your computer." Apple unhelpfully suggests going to store> authorize this computer. There is a "store" menu item on the sidebar, but it has no "authorize this computer" sub-menu. Instead, go to the horizontal menu at the upper left, and THERE you will find "store" and the "authorize this computer" sub-menu. Now you can transfer your files, to who knows where.

The 'cehck for available downloads' checks if there is anything in the store that you haven't yet downloaded, it won't copy anything from the iPad. Have you tried doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases ?

(The x64 would most likely mean 64 bit). It may be a Windows based application/plugin, but since I had never heard of either, I'm only guessing there. If you do a search systemwide for it and don't find it plus don't know why it's there, I'd say throw it in the trash (don't empty it yet - make a note of the file path just in case you do have something installed that needs it so you can move it back).
Glad to hear it's not a torrent; some people use those not realizing that quite often there is a price to pay for downloading stuff for free that costs money elsewhere - the software packages quite often include little "add-ons" = malware which you really don't want.
