    You may have to do this several times.
    Saw this solution on another post about an iPad in a school environment. Might work on your iPad so you won't lose everything.

    ‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
    Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
    I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
    Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
    1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
    2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
    3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
    4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
    5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
    6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
    7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
    8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
    If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Try it and good luck. You have nothing more to lose if it doesn't work for you.
  • HT1430 Iphone is disabled  connect to itunes, how to unlock my passcode?
    I can't open my iPhone with my new passcode. It says: iPhone is disabled connect to itunes.
    In the start of your question you said that the iPhone screen was locked with the text ‘‘iPhone is disabled connect to itunes’’. You had no way possible to even enter a code even if did have a correct code.
    You were in effect locked out.
    BUT after AndreweBens suggestion your screen did change to... SIM Locked. Insert a valid SIM with no PIN lock to activate iPhone. with a large button saying Unlock.
    After pressing Unlock i get a screen that says...
    Enter PIN 3 attempts remaining.
    So.... IF you now can remember your pin, write it in here now.
    IF you can not wremember the old code, then write anything in till it locks again.
    once locked again, you should be able to enter your PUK code and get in. but whats your PUK code and where did you keep it? this you can get from your telephone company i think.
    I hope this helps
    its a bit tricky to remember correctly what the screens say in this situation but i think i am right in saying it goas like this.
    once in you can then restore from your back up. urrrgh i think.
  • I made a passcode on my lockscreen and i forgot it and it wont let me try it any more and what it says now is " iphone is disabled connect to iTunes
                    I made a passcode on my lockscreen and i forgot it and i tryed so manytimes it wont let me anymore and it says " iphone is disabled connect to itunes"
    So, what is your question? The passcode is there for a reason, and for obvious security reasons you can't bypass that without connecting your iPhone to the computer that it is assigned to.
  • Iphone 4s disabled, connect to itunes not working
    My mother in law gave my son her iphone 4s, however she left the password on it. My son tried entering random number (instead of asking what the code was), and now the iphone is locked with message "iphone is disabled connect to itunes". I've tried resetting and restarting the phone with no luck. It was never connected to itunes before, she didn't use icloud, and she never had it set to find her iphone so those options are out. I've tried putting it in recovery mode whole connected to itunes, downloaded the updates, and all looks great, until i get a message that it can not finish as iphone is passlocked. I'm stuck in a never-ending loop. Can I fix it from home or must I drive all the way to the apple store? Thanks
    Read: iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled and use the info in the Use Recovery Mode section.
  • IPhone is disabled connect to ITune
    Hi
    I have lost my phone, put it in lost most and finally managed to find it. now I have a message stating ((iPhone is disabled connect to ITune)) I have tried connecting to my ITune after I cancelled the lost mode but I keep receiving a message that  the phone is lost from ITune
    Hello tamersedky,
    Lost Mode can be stopped via iCloud.com, as detailed below. This should allow for your iPhone to be successfully restored.
    Stop Lost Mode or change your contact info
    Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
    Click All Devices, then select the device that’s in Lost Mode.
    Click Lost Mode, then change the information or click Stop Lost Mode.
    iCloud: Use Lost Mode
