C Cloud now says download error - retry or contact Adobe
I have downloaded C Cloud on Macbook Pro.
Have downloaded trial Photoshop and Illustrator - all fine - work okay.
Need to add trial of In Design now.
C Cloud pop up box says there is a download error - retry or contact Adobe.
Can't find anywhere to contact Adobe direct???
Live Person/online chat???
I need to load this trial asap, can anyone help please?

Indesign subscription - download error unable to contact Adobe
Hello everyone, someone, anyone,
I hope you can help me. I just purchased a month-to-month subscription to Indesign. I am running Windows 7, IE 9. I've already spent a couple of hours and I am so frustrated and regretting the purchase now. I've tried to look for the answer myself, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the download manager on the desktop and even used the troubleshooter. It keeps saying something to the effect DOWNLOAD ERROR Unable to contact Adobe connect to the internet and try again. I am obviously on the internet so I don't understand. Could you kindly direct me to a solution? I have a deadline on something so simple that I'm now kicking myself for even thinking this would be a snap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

and then license it with your Adobe ID with which you have bought the subscription. -

CC Tab says "Download error. Please contact customer support."
When I started my laptop this morning CC had a red ! on its icon and the follwing message under Apps:
"Download error. Please contact customer support."
I've got 2 issues with this:
I don't recall downloading any apps yesterday
and the handy link does not send me to customer support, in fact I couldn't find any way to send a message to "customer support" and spent too much time looking. (maybe you guys could change the wording to something else--everybody has other things to do)
The question is how do I make this message go away? I tried quitting and restarting CC
FYI-yesterday I removed 3 adobe internet plug-ins because I prefer Safari the way it is. CC worked fine with those removed before the restart so I'm guessing its unrelated at this point.http://status.creativecloud.com/ shows everything green, but when I go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud I get a

My songs from iTunes won't download. I recently just purchased 7 songs and they took my money but now the songs won't download to my phone. I have gone to the download screen on the iTunes app and under each song it says "download error. Tap to retry". When I tap to retry a song a message pops up saying "this song could not be downloaded at this time." And it gives me two options. Either done or retry. I have tried to download them many times. I signed out and signed back in on iTunes, restarted my phone, and even checked for any updates. Nothing seems to be working. They charged the money from my card but now my songs won't download. What do I do?

I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

If the songs still do not download, next I recommend downloading the songs when connected to another network. For example, if you are using the cellular network, you could switch to Wi-Fi, or you could try an alternate Wi-Fi network. I am using a mac
I want to sign up for a subscription to adobe cc. I have recently used fully used my 30 day trial, and when I decided to purchase it, my creative cloud desktop app wouldn't let me. It kept saying I had no internet connection (I tried a few different internet connections to be sure it wasn't my internet). I then uninstalled the creative cloud, as well as all the products. For a while I kept getting error 201, and 207 when I tried downloading the cc app again.
I have now used a mac cleaner to fully remove adobe. When I tried to download it again, it downloaded fully. But when I click on the apps tab, it says 'Download Error'.
