C03 Error - 1.5 Months after activation date still...

Hi,
I ordered BT vision and broadband back at the start of April. Activation date was 21st April. Broadband worked straight away but I received the c03 error on my bt vision service. 9 Calls later still no further forward. Each call they helpline people, that's either Technical support, order management or other groups, all have come up with different theories and 'fixed' them. Each time with a 24-48 hour wait and the promise of a call back. Obviously each time no joy and no call back.  Additionally I then received another welcome pack last week with a new activation date of June 2nd - again no difference to the service.
Main theory seems to be that the Vision is on the correct phone line and that the broadband is on a wrong line. This however can only be fixed by a 'back -office' department which I'm not allowed to speak to. And after several requests from the helpline to them I was told it had been changed and was fixed. However on my call today I was told that this had not been done. Was also told if I wanted to cancel my service there would be penalty charges!
Please can a mod sort this out?

    My activation date was supposed to be the 20th of January and what a surprise I am still waiting for the magic broadband light to come on. Calling the 0800 800 151 gets you know where. I have phoned 5 times only to be told that it will be activated tomorrow. Last night I called and the lady I spoke to was going to perform a line check and assured she would call me back.  Of course she didn't so I called again. Don't worry was the answer, it will be working in the morning, all you need to do is reset the hub. Guess what? It's still not working. Not only that BT have now sent me a bill! For what? 5 wasted phone calls and a service that I haven't even got.
    If anyone knows how this problem can be resolved please help. Otherwise I will be cancelling my contract. I will certainly be cancelling my direct debit.

    It looks like the order did close so this is being treated as a fault - there's a fault already logged there but I'll do a few more checks and reply to your email shortly.
    As others have said you're entitled to a rebate for the period of time your broadband's been down so we can take care of it once the broadband's up and running.

    Have you tried a document level funtction that runs when the PDF is opened. The following script fills in today's date if the field has not been field in and computes the date in 5 months using the parts of the date and the value of today's date.

  • 10 months after activation, iPhone is asking me to activate again?

    Today, I was using my phone when all of a sudden, it restarted and asked me to activate my phone again. When I try to do so, it states that the activation servers are busy and it is unable to activate at this time. I've tried restoring the phone, but it just goes back to the activation screen again.
    Has anyone had the same problem?

    Make sure the path to the ODAC used by BAM (C:\OracleBAM\ClientForBAM\bin) is the first item in the system PATH
    environment variable. Restart your computer after fixing this.
    If that doesn't fix it, please check the Troubleshooting section in the BAM Install Guide.

    Hi.
    I encountered the same problem. In my case, the reason was that I created a new user for BAM (to be provided when installing BAM) but ran the installation under another user account. It seems like these users must be the same to make it work.

    Apple does not repair devices beyond replacing the screen on some models or a battery replacement.  They replace the ENTIRE device.
    For the Out of Warranty replacement cost, you could have gotten a fully functional replacement device.  Instead you chose to spend less to get only the screen replaced and continue to live with additional issues.
    Apple will not touch the device now.  They will know that it was opened elsewhere and that the replacement screen is not original.

  • Help with C03 error after moving!

    I need some advice and help in what to do with my BT Vision. 
    I moved home about 1 week and a half ago and moved all my BT services to the new address. The new phone number is working fine and the broadband is now also working well, with no problems. However my BT Vision box doesn't work at all. When turned on it shows a C03 Error and says I need to wait for the activation date? Not sure what this means as I thought that as soon as broadband was working Vision would work.
    At the weekend I called the helpline and the operator told me (after periods of long waits and apologies) that vision had been transfered to new line and he had to "escalate" the query as he was unable to resolve. Someone was supposed to call me in 24hr but no one did. I rebooted the hub and the box countless time already and same message appears.
    I've been with BT for some years now and always have good service when things are set so keen to resolve this so I can keep on enjoying it. My partner is talking about getting Sky but I'm not so sure.
    I have a old grey BT Vision Box and the black Hub, if that info helps!! Thank you for any help and advice you can give. Not sure what I can do more.

    Your account hasnt been activated and QoS wont have been applied to your line.

    Make sure you include your account number, name, address and details of the problem. They'll get it sorted in around 1 week and credit you for lost service.

    1. A C03 error means your Vision account has not been set up correctly at BTs end.
    2. A c02 error means the box tried to upgrade its software and failed. This 99% probably happened because of point 1.
    Get the Mods on it. They are very helpful.

    Hi,
    I think this problem remains unanswered.
    The issue behind this problem is, during parellel activation the child jobs acknowledge the parent job about status. If the child job takes long time to read data from active data table, then it times out and fails.
    Check the primary index on Active data table and it should be missing in your case. See the se11 index or db02 missing indexes. That is the reason that causes time out. Rebuild the primary index by asking your basis folks and repeat the activation. It should succeed.

  • Activating data in DSO got dump SAPSQL_EMPTY_TABNAME after BW system copy

    Hi all,
    We had an issue after system copy.
    After a system copy the data in the standard DSOs(all of them) cannot be activated. The DOSs themselves are active, the transformations are active but if one attempts to load data and activate u2013 it does not work. The job terminates with shortdump SAPSQL_EMPTY_TABNAME.
    Found the issue is caused by u201Cmore than one versionu201D of the change log.
    We tried the Program RSAR_RSTSODS_CHANGELOG_VRS but it didn't work.
    We had the solution like this:
    After activating the DSO itself(the object) using RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE the issue disappears and the data can be activated. Issue also disappears. BUT Drawback: Activating the DSO causes the transformations to deactivate.Then we used the program RSDG_TRFN_ACTIVATE to activate all transformations. And then the issue disappeared.
    Want to know what the root cause for this. From some SDN threads, mentioned BDLS job in the post refresh steps are not correctly done during system copy may cause this issue. How did the BDLS run wrongly cause this issue? And what is the exact correct way? We ran BDLS for each source systems inlcuding the target refreshed BW system itself by the default selection - conversion of Client-Dependent and Client-Independent Tables; because we used database copy
    for the system refresh.
    We also restored all source systems in RSA1 inlcuding the refreshed BW system own in the post-refresh steps.

    Hi Arun, as you say two change log tables it´s strange. In fact in my opinion it´s not right but the problem is that the second change log table appears after executing std SAP report RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE in order to be able to activate the DSO. So the solution provided by SAP it works but i´m not sure if the right one. Besides this the original change log table is full of data while the second one is empty... for new loads which are gonna a be filled  by the activation process ? I suppose the second one... will this have some impact with the data stored in the first one... not in theory but.... i do not feel confortable with the consequences of this report.
    And the most important, it seems that the reason why the DSO and the change log table had problems is due to a some problems or missing steps after executing the BDLS after BW system refresh but nobody can confirm this point...
    So, i´ve been able to solve the issue but now i have two change log tables for the same DSO.
    Anybody has the same situation after executing the above mentioned SAP std report ?
