C3-00 stuck call in call log

Hi,
I have the following issue with my c3-00  since yesturday afternoon all of a sudden the call log did not record my calls anymore , none of them missed, received dialed. it showed me all the calls up until yesturday afternoon.
I went and deleted the call log . After that I was left with a call in my list from a number that is in my address book but did not show me the date, when i try to delete it I get invalid entry.
Restarted the phone of course the same.
Now it was logging my calls but that one entry stayes there.
I tried it with a different battery and a different sim still there.
I factory defaulted the phone , the entry is still there.
I updated the software and the entry is still there.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Kinga

did you try to delete that contact or the entry from log if not try delete that contact and try reset device again
If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.
Now using the Lumia 1520

  • Calling error/application logs in CRM inbound proxy

    Hi All,
In inbound proxy of CRM, I have to call Error/Application logs (for eg:SLG1) whenever an integration process throws some error. Has anyone worked on this kind of scenario to call different application logs in CRM or R3 side inbound proxy.
If so, please give some ideas on this.
    Thanks

  • HT201413 phone is stuck in emergency call only mode how do i fix this

my phone is stuck in emergency call only mode

    Hi, bit75.
Thank you visiting Apple Support Communities.
This sounds like your device may be disabled and can only make emergency calls.  Here is the article that I would recommend going through if this is the case.
Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

  • Re: Why are there numbers not showing up on my verizon online call and texts log?

I am having the same problem with texts not appearing on my online text log and have also noticed a huge increase in data since my two sons have had their iPhone 5s.  I have the iPhone 4.  Two problems here
iPhone users DO appear.  In the posted questions and response below, you indicate that if we are all using iPhones then we are not using the Verizon network but using data.  HOW DO I STOP THIS DATA USAGE AND RETURN TO USING THE NETWORK?  I can't afford the data charges that I am getting.. HELP!!  and Thank you.
    1.   Re: Why are there numbers not showing up on my verizon online call and texts log?

If you are all using iPhones, then it's likely the texts are going through iMessages and therefore use data.  Since the texts are not using the Verizon network, but the app, they do not show up in the logs.  The app is not specifically blocking the texted numbers from showing up, but the information comes through Verizon as data usage, not numbers texted.

        Sparkyjames81,
Lets figure out just where those texts are going! There are many apps that can be downloaded from the Play Store for Android phones that will allow messages to be sent over the internet, and therefore they are not actually text messages and will not show up in our records. Even Facebook has their own messaging app available that does this.
If you have an iPhone, they come with a service called iMessage that allows for messages to other Apple devices be sent via the internet, and this will also not show up on our records. These are all ways to bypass our actual texting services, and since these messages are not being sent as texts they do not show up on our records.

  • My iphone 2g was stuck in emergency call. What would I do?

I have my iphone 2g and i forgot the psscode so i connect it to itunes and then restore it. After restoring it, it was stuck in emergency call screen and it said to connect on itunes. When I connect it to itunes there is a message saying that the sim card is not valid. It was confusing beacause the sim card I inserted is the simcard I'm using. What I gonna Do?

Is the iPhone locked to a carrier?
Are you using the correct sim card for that carrier?
Is the iPhone unlocked, if it is then do you get it unlocked by the carrier it was locked to?
    Was the iPhone Jailbroken?
Any visible damage to the sim or sim card tray?

  • My screen is stuck on the calling part and no matter how many times i push the lock or home buttons nothing happens

I was trying to call someone and than it would not let me hang up and now my phone is stuck on the calling app.. I can browse across the bottom so the screen is responsive.. The lock button and the center button are functioning because they will take pictures, but my phone won't turn off or even sync with my computer.

Do a hard reset , by holding the home and lock button at the same time for 10 seconds, till you see the apple logo.

  • CUCM 9.1 native call queuing - calls stuck in queue

    Hello everyone
We are using the CUCM 9.1 native call queuing feature for attendants hunt group an have the following problem - if all the attendants are busy, the next arriving call gets into queue, receiving MOH treatment, as described in documentation. But if one or more attendants gets free and ready to receive calls, queued call doesn't get transfered to his/her phone. Logging in additional attendants, logging them in and out again doesn't change anything, once the call got in queue it stays in queue.
Exact cucm release version is 9.1.1.20000-5.
Has anyone seen this? Any ideas on what traces/logs to check?

  • Why are there numbers not showing up on my verizon online call and texts log?

<< Discussion  moved from All Things Community to Apple for better exposure >>
Why are there numbers not showing up on my call and texts log when i look this up online at verizon? There is one number that my daughter texts and calls a lot i found from her phone log but not one time does it show when i look this up on the Verizon wireless call log???  We all have iphones is there an application or something that can block certain calls from showing up? It clearly has texts on her phone from this number why would it not be on the call log?

    Thank you for your reply.
However, wouldn't an iMessage show up different than a text? It looks just like every other text on her phone.  We all have iphones in this house and they always show up as texts on  the call log but this one number seems to be blocked somehow from showing up on the text log. And there are texts from weeks ago and it's from an actual number not computer or any weird/odd code and yet it never comes across on the text log when i look it up.
If you are correct and it's coming across as iMessage is there a way for me to block texts coming across this way so they all show up on the text log?

  • Unable to place call on calls on hold - SIP Trunk from CUCM to CUBE and from CUBE to ISTP

    Hi Cisco Community,
I have a SIP Trunk setup between the CUCM and CUBE and another SIP Dial Peers from the CUBE to the ITSP. All incoming/outgoing calls, DTMF-Relay works well except one thing which is the ability to hold the call.
On the SIP Trunk from the CUCM to the CUBE, I did not select “MTP” because when I do so, I am forced to select my preferred MTP codec which when selected G.729/G.729a, all my outgoing calls goes out using G.729r8. This codec works well for most of the calls until the ITSP replies back with G.729br8. When this condition occur, my call simply fails (this is very intermittent and only some random numbers).
That said, I have some issues with DTMF Relay when I select MTP on the SIP Trunk. DTMF Relay only works if the call is G.729r8 all the way from the CUCM to the ITSP. If the ITSP replies back with G.729br8, the call might established but will simply be “voice-only”.
The current setup is no MTP is selected and everything is working perfectly. I am happy with that until I place a call on hold, which when I do so, the call immediately terminate. Could you please help me understand why?
I have all media resources configured such as G.729r8 MTP, G.729br8 MTP, G.711u MTP, Transcoding with all codecs, etc. All MRG and MRGL are configured on all devices and SIP Trunks.
Below is an example of a call that is connected with the current setup:

    PM-HO-VG-01#

    Hi Manish,
    Again, excellent feedback. Much appreciated.
I will try the commands suggested above and see if I can get DTMF to work correctly while interworking H.323 and SIP.
But my ultimate goal is to have SIP all way from the CUCM to the CUBE and from the CUBE to the ITSP.
If I enable SIP Early Offer with MTP on the CUCM going to the CUBE, all SIP Invite sent from the CUCM to the CUBE uses G.729r8 as the codec and once the call is established using G.729r8 should the ITSP reply with that codec, the call succeed and I am able to see an active MTP session using G.729 when I issue the command # show sccp connections.
One thing that I saw is that my ITSP love so much sending G.729br8 most of the times, so even if using SIP EO with MTP on the SIP Trunk to the CUBE, when I sent my INVITE out from the CUCM to the CUBE using G.729r8, specially on call center numbers such as 0800 numbers, you will see that the call established but the codec being negotiated is G.729br8 which is voice only (missing DTMF).
I will be doing some intensive test again later on this week and will send the logs.
Here is my question to both of you:
Which is the best way of having a proper SIP to SIP setup all the way that will not pose any problem?
Do I have to enable Early Offer on the SIP Profile used by the CUBE SIP Trunk or should I use the normal Standard SIP Profile? Do I need to enable MTP on my CUBE SIP Trunk or not?
From the CUBE point of view, I have a voice class codec that support G.729r8 or G.729br8 and the DTMF Relay method supported by the ITSP is RFC 2833.
I will send more logs for each scenario. I think that we are getting close to the resolution of this problem.
Thanks again for your support fellows.

  • Problem with Received Calls in Call History

    Hello Experts,
I have a 7920 and a 7960 configured in shared line. When I receive a call and take it from the 7960 I don?t have an entry in the 7920 for this call.
Is this possible to have it also in the 7920 displayed.
    Thanks a lot for help.
    Best regards
    Klaus

The default behavior for CCM versions up to 4.1 (and it's packaged phone loads) is this:
The phone that answers the call will have it logged as a recieved call.
The phone that does not answer will have it logged as a missed call.
Call history is stored locally on the phone. I am not aware of a utility for CCM that would change the category the call is logged to after answered on another device.

  • In call timer/ call time

Does anyone know if it is possible to enable in-call timer in E72? I mean while making a call, I wish to see the call duration.
Secondly, is it possible to know the duration of a received/outgoing call, other than the last call.
    Thnx in advance,
    Cheers !!
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    To see on call timer:
Control panel => Settings => Phone => Call => Show call duration => set to on
    Call duration:
Log => the Navipad to the Right (more tab => I don't know what it's called).  From there you can seel log incoming/outgoing call, sms, etc and can filter too from Option menu.  Click on the incoming/outgoing call to see the detail, like:
    Direction In
    Type Voice
    Duration: 00:01:19
    Number +xxxxxxxxx
    hope that helps.

I am at Ramstein AB Germany.  My iphone screen was smashed badly on the flight to Germany this morning.  WHEN I access apple support for this subject it gives me 3 options call now, call me now or call me later.  As I am in Germany with no coverage and no working phone none of those options will work.  Can you get this e-mail to someone who can help.  My iphone serial # is C38xxxxxx. 1) I need to know where and how I can get a replacement somewhere nearby in Germany 2) If 1 is not an option I need to set up an appt to get a to get a new iphone at an apple store in Atlanta GA in the evening of 11 July.
Thank you very much, Phil Edelen

Thanks, my wife is the one serving I am retired and trying to follow her as much as I can.
I will schedule an appt for my next time stateside.  I have spent too much time on many Apple web sites trying to get an e-mail to communicate with anyone at Apple to no avail, only phone numbers. I guess if you are overseas with no international access you are out of luck communicating with them.  I did find one e-mail address but the reply was computer generated and provided useless links.
If anyone has any e-mail address for anyone at Apple I would appreciate it.
    Thanks again,
    Phil
