C3 not creating SWFs for slides when publishing

Hi,
I just got Captivate 3 a few weeks ago. Published my first
project without a hitch.
On my second project, I cannot get the files to publish into
SWFs at all. It says it published them, and the SWF folders are
created, but they are empty.
I cannot figure out what is wrong and I've spoken to several
people already. Publishing to Flash 9, not zipping or anything. In
fact, I sent the Captivate files to two other people and they were
able to publish the same files just fine. I even did a walk-through
with a co-worker who wanted to make sure I wasn't missing
something.
So what is wrong on my end?

Hi John
Assuming you have tried the above without success, the last
ditch thing I can think of is to reset the Captivate Settings file.
Close Captivate
Open Windows Explorer and Navigate to the following folder
location:
Captivate 1: C:\Documents and Settings\????\Application
Data\Macromedia\Captivate
Captivate 2: C:\Documents and Settings\????\Application
Data\Adobe\Adobe Captivate
Captivate 3: C:\Documents and Settings\????\Application
Data\Adobe\Adobe Captivate
*NOTE: Replace ???? with your Windows user name. You also may
need to first coax Windows into allowing you to see this location.
If you don't see this location, from Windows Explorer, click
Tools > Folder Options... and click the View tab. Then choose
the option labeled Show hidden files and folders.
In this folder you should see a file named:
Captivate 1: captivate_v10.dat
Captivate 2: captivate_v20.dat
Captivate 3: captivate_v30.dat
Delete this file and restart Captivate.
When Captivate restarts and is unable to find the file, it
normally rebuilds a clean, daisy fresh one.
*NOTE: If you are hesitant to delete the file, try renaming
it instead. By renaming, Captivate will also be unable to see it.
Hopefully that will help... Rick
