C7 low voice level when recieving calls

always since updating the SW version 014.002 have low level of voice at the C7 speaker when recieving calls, plz advice

Hello! I have the exact same problem, low volume on voice calls... I have also upgraded my phone to version 14.2, but I had not realized that the low volume started happening after the upgrade. Now, you said we should try to reinstall this same firmware, version 14.2, but how do we do that? Do we have to use some special software for that, or is it possible directly on the phone? Thank you in advance!

Your response is that she has it forwarded to voicemail. It is a Samsung -so she wants to know how she un forwards it,. Or is my phone directly to her voicemail. The 'Finger Tips" says to send a call directly to voicemail push On/Off twice. I did not knowingly do that

Clarifications... when you say "... only some calls..." and "... someone says they called..." - are these all from from one caller?
After following all these fine suggestions and eliminating them systematically, consider that this kind of stuff is as old as the cellphone system. A few possibilities that occur to me just regarding the network system:
you are in a habitually dead spot area. I have one in my own house!
you travel through many of these dead zones (traditionally called 'low-coverage' areas) - remember how big a deal the coverage maps were to us?
there is an issue with your network service provider's back-end system (my first thought - above)
keep plugging away amigo! I'll bet you get this solved.

Are you checking "Mute" function? It's hide in bottom of screen.
You can use four fingers slide up from bottom then slide to right side to see mute on/off.

Low voice level through earphone E51

Volume level on line-in at 100% but still low sound level when I rec

For many years and hundreds of times I have successfully recorded wave files using a wave editor (Goldwave). I have transferred albums, tapes, and now satellite radio by running stereo cables from my receiver into my line-in on my sound card (using a stereo-to-mono adapter). The volume level on the line-in was always too loud on my old sound card, so I always turned the volume of the line-in down to about 20% and it worked just fine.
Two weeks ago my old sound card fried (don't know the brand - got it from a friend, and I've already thrown it out). I replaced it with a Sound Blaster Li've! 24-Bit. However, using the same configuration (receiver into line-in on card), when I record now the volume level that it records at is way too low. Even when I set the line-in level at 00% the volume that it records at is not even half the level it was with my old sound card set at 20%. Basically, when I record now at 00% on the line-in, the volume level it records at is too low. I have no problem with the line-out level - when I play mp3's or anything else on my hard dri've the volume is crisp, clear, and plenty loud at 40%.
But what is the deal with the low volume recording level? Is there another setting I need to change? Or do I not have the right sound card to do this with? Please let me know if it is a setting issue, or if I just need a different sound card to do this. Thanks.

I've had an Audigy2-nx for a week and have struggled with low
recording levels as well.
Have you tried selecting "what you hear" instead of "Line-In"?
This gives me about 20% higher input levels.
I gave up on MedeaSource for variable bitrate recordings and
moved to dbPowerAmp. (direct recording to lame-mp3)
Others here mention good VBR recordings with MedeaSource, but
it won't exceed 90kbs (average) on my system.
I'm finally getting decent recordings from line-in.

Why lower audo levels when connecting to home stereo system

I have connected an audio cable to the earphone output on the Nano.This cable has two RCA connectors that connect to the line-in of my home stereo system. It works fine except for one thing. The volume is lower than other sources that feed into a "line-in" input. To make things even across the system, is there some type of devise that will increase the output level of the headphone jack on the Nano? Or does using an Apple cable make any difference. I would think this little problem is just a case of the headphone output being of a lower output level than a "line-out" output.

It is, which is why many people who want to do this use the iPod dock, which has a proper 'line out' socket.

Very low performance level when the Server has 2 actives Network Interf.

In a server Pentium IV 2.0 GHz, 1 Gbyte RAM, Windows 2000 Adv. Server, with two network interfaces, we observe a lower [really critical]performance when the two network interfaces are actives. If we disable one netrowk interface the performance increases to a very higher level. Could it be solved only by the configuration? At the beginning [still both interfaces enabled] we had only one listerner applied to IP 0.0.0.0. To test this situation, we modified the IP of this listener for the IP of one of the network interface and we also added one other IP to the other listener with the IP of the second network interface. At this test was not possible to see any increase of performance. In conclusion, we understood that it is not a trivial problem and we appreciate some help to avoid this down performance at the server.

Running with two nics will not necessarily give better performance. 1st, if the 2 adapters have been configured as a team then the network switch that the server is connecting through must support teaming of ports. 2nd if adapters are not teamed but going through different networks then make sure that the routing priority has been set.

Low sound level when I using BT earphones

When I use BT earphones to listen mp3 songs on my Nokia N95, the volume always starts from very low level. At the beginning, I thought there was no sound. Once I turned it up, everything is ok. Can anyone tell me how to increase the default sound level or ideally recall last listening level.

Yeah , well title says it all! I know i can decline/reject incoming calls by using the "remind me later" and " reply via massage" , but i really want my big red button that says "decline" back. I wonder if its still around but hidden, or its a ios7 bug thingie?

ITunes 'recording level' when burning

I've burned a couple of CDs from iTunes and all have very low volume levels when finished. They sound fine once I turn the player (be it my stereo, boombox, iMac, whatever) way up. But then when I go to play something else, if I forget to turn it down, it about blows me into the next room. Am I missing some setting someplace? I tried this using source music downloaded from both CDRs and factory CDs. And I have 'Sound Check' on. Could that be the problem? I am also using Memorex brand CDRs, which I would think would be of decent quality. And it occurs every time - on 5+ CDs now, so it's not just one bad CDR.
Somewhat unrelated, I also am aware of the 'cross fade' feature when playing iTunes on the computer. Is there a way to burn a CD using this feature? It seems the lowest setting for 'gap between tracks' is zero. Is there a way to, I guess, make that negative 1 or 2 so the songs fade into each other on the burned CD?

No answer, unfortunately... Just a 'me too'. I don't use Memorex Brand and I also use 'Sound Check' (I always assumed this was the reason).
Oh and I've forgotten to turn down the volume as well. THAT's fun
Maybe someone will be able to shed some light for us?

There may be a defect in the phone. As you bought it in the US the only place you can get it looked at is in the US.
When you say you bought it new, unlocked did you buy it directly from an Apple store? If you did not it was hacked to unlock it, which could also be your problem. Apple stores are the only place in the US that sells legitimately unlocked iPhones.
