C7 TV-out cable

Does anybody know which cable should be used with Nokia C7 for TV-out? I have not found any compatible one on nokia websites.
I have tried CA-75U but it did not work.

  • Tecra 8100 - missing tv-out cable

    Hello.
I have recently bought a Tecra 8100 laptop. Unfortunately there is no tv-out cable included.
According to the manual (ie. here: http://www.microdom.by/olddata/pdfspec/tecra_8100.pdf) the tv-out port provides a s-video (NTSC/PAL) signal via 3,5mm mini jack port.
The missing cable should be a RCA conversion cable.
Can anyone please tell me if there any specific requirements that such cable needs to meet? It's not hard to get an audio mini-jack to 2xRCA conversion cable, but this one obviously does not transmit the video signal.
    Any clues?
I'm working on Win XP SP2, the graphic card installed is S3 Savage/MX.
Thanks in advance for any tips.

    Hi mate,
I know that cable; its a rare accessoire of the Tecra 8100. The problem is, that the 3.5" mini-jack has its own format, so, it will only adapt from 1x 3,5" to 1x RCA.
Such cables can be either found on Ebay, or you contact an ASP (authorized service partner) which could surely send you such cable for some low money...
Heres a link (if you need it) to find the nearest ASP in your country:

  • 6500s TV-out cable on other phone compatibility

    6500s tv-out cable ca-92u
is it able to use on other model such as 5610XM since mini usb connector is found on both devices.
    or
the tv-out system is phone dependant or cable dependant like headsets and other accessories?

first of all, thanks for ur reply.
    you've been tried that b4?
I need an actual test result but not just some theoretically thought.
5610's camera capability on still image and video capturing is almost the same quality found on 6500s
if it's able to use the tv-out cable as well i think that would be a great enhancement for this modelMessage Edited by feimeng on 26-Nov-200702:29 AM

  • Looking for appropriate TV-Out cable

Hey guys... I lost my tv-out cables in a recent move.  Looked all over for them, but they're gone.  The card that these fit is an XFX 7900GT.
I really have two options.  The first, preferred option is to get a new 7-pin tv-out cable.  I have found one that would be perfect.  Unfortunately, it ships out of England.  (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductI … arProducts)
I can't find this particular piece on any other website whatsoever.  I've been looking for something similar (Obviously, I don't want to spend a lot of money having this thing shipped only to not have it work), but so far have had little luck.
The other option is to use a DVI-D converter, but most only go to HDTV component.  Unfortunately, I don't have an HDTV.
However, I do plan on buying an HDTV at some point in the future, and would like the cable to support both RCA and Component (as the cord above does).
Has anyone seen anything such as this anywhere available from a US retailer or e-tailer?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try setting tv out as the default accessory and then try it out.
As far as I know Nokia has only one tv-out cable and that's the ca-75u which should be the same one you're referring to. Push the cable in firmly and make sure it goes all the way in. I have two cables and with one of them i have to take the cover off my phone for it to go all the way and work
Show your appreciation. Hit that kudos button real hard

Thank you for contacting Nokia Helpline.
Thank you for your interest in purchasing Nokia products. Unfortunately we are unable to supply any handsets or accessories directly to the end-user through this channel. We can however recommend that you visit http://shop.nokia.co.uk/ where a range of Nokia products can be purchased on-line. - GREAT :-(
SO I TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR ONLINE SHOP THEIR RESPONSE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Thank you for contacting the Nokia UK Online Shop.
The Nokia UK Online Shop carries an extensive range of Nokia products. The cable is currently not included in this range. Please follow this link to our store locator where you will be able to find your nearest supplier of Nokia products. EVAN BETTER :-(
SO Neither place can supply me a TV-out cable, Can't say I'm to happy about that :-(
I'm willing to pay but can't buy??? and I'm sure other owners of this phone could use another/replacement.

  • RX9800PRO-TD128 and TV-Out cable

    Hi,
I've bought this card but OEM version and now I'm in trouble because of lack of TV-Out cable. Could someone send me a schema of this cable so I'm able to make one myself ?
    Best regards
    Marek

    Hi,
Thanks for reply, but the card actually has pretty rare 9-pin socket, not a regulkar 4-pin S-Video. But somebody mailed me that it's possible to put a regular S-Video plug into that 9-pin socket. So you may be right I'm still waiting for delivery, but when I finally have the card, I'll check this idea and post the result.
    Regards
    Marek

  • N80 TV out cable compatiblity via Firmware update!

yea like N93,N93i,N95& now new nokia devices like Nokia 6500 slide, all got tv out cable connectivity,so you can see your pics &,surf the web on a tv screen etc.
I just want to ask the Nokia Software updater Team that Is this possible that we might get the Tv out cable connectivity with the upcoming N80 firmware?
I think N80 can be connected to tv via Nokia AD-15 plug, just need the required components in the upcoming firmware.thanks

Because the phone lacks the required electronics to generate a TV signal.
If you want a phone that supports a TV-out signal, switch to an N93, N93i or N95; at least those do.

  • I want to know if ios 7 gives tv out support to third party apps and does it support viewing office documents in a tv through the tv out cable without any other software

I have an iphone 4s and i use it to display pictures, videos in a tv or a projector using the tv out cable, i want to see if ios 7 still support this feature and does it give this support to third party applications too. I does io7 need any third party applications to view microsoft office documents in a tv using cable??

It seems they deleted my post from discussions. Thanks.

  • IPhone component AV out cable problems..

    Hello!
I recently bought an Apple component AV out cable and was very excited when it came this morning. Upon opening it I realized that the TV out had 3 different connectors (green, red & blue) and my TV only has 1 which is yellow!
Is there any way to make this work? Or should I just give up and return it?

    Welcome to the forums.
Component inputs are three connectors -- they comprise the red, green and blue "guns" of the output. What you are seeing on your TV is composite input. You either need to purchase the composite video cable (which is the same price) or a converter from a third party (which will cost more or about the same as the cable).
You can look around the back of your TV to see if you might have component inputs elsewhere -- nearly all modern TVs (about the last two or three years) have component inputs, particularly if they are larger than 24" or so.

  • Line Out Cable for 5th Gen Nano?

Well Apple changed things up again and the line out cables/adapters don't work on the 5th generation Nano. Anyone find any that do?

Well after some research I found some answers. The older line out adapters/docks do not have a 68k resistor on pin 21 which is needed to tell the Nano/Touch to turn off the internal speaker.
And just to note, you would connect pin 11 to ground (15/16) and then connect that using a 68k ohm resistor to pin 21.

  • Video out cable

can anyone tell me where i can source a video out cable for my fx5200 ? i didn't get supplied with one and trying to track the cable down , i'm in australia , sent a few emails to the australian branch of msi , but they haven't replied back

Should be a standard 4 pin S-Video cable (any DIY or home entertainment center will probably have one.
