CAD agent wrap up time Settings!!

Hello,
Here is the requirement I have with one of our customer.
UCCE version :7.5.1
CAD Version: 7.6.1
requesting to have the agents be placed in a 5 seconds wrap state after each call and after the 5 seconds auto pushed into a ready state. however, if they need more time they can select the WNR button (before the call ends) and extend that time to 1 minutes. After 1 minutes the system would auto place them in a ready state. Can this be done?

You can set the 5 seconds you need really easy in the UCCX site (Click here), to configure the WNR button, I think you can do it from the Desktop Administrator.

  • CAD agent detail real-time display

    UCCE with CAD:
When agents show their statistics in the CAD window, and select Agent Detail Real-Time Display - the Avg Talking field is showing the same number for ALL agents.  For example, each agent shows a value of 2:26 for Avg Talking.  It would seem to me that this field should be specific to each individual agent, and not an average of all agents in the skill group.  The Cisco CAD User Manual shows Avg Talking to be "The total time on calls (all talk time + all hold time) divided by the number of calls"
The other fields, i.e. calls presented, calls handled, etc, are specific to the individual agent and show different values as I would expect.
Am I mis-reading the documentation (which is entirely possible)?  Has anyone else seen this?
    Thanks,
    Robb

    Hi Robb,
Found my old TAC Case. It was for an upgrade from 7.2.5 to 7.5.6 so you might be hitting a similar issue. This is the email of the escalation from Cisco to Calabrio for the issue I had if it helps when you talk to TAC:
    Problem Description:
    Detailed Description
Upgraded ICM from 7.2.5 to 7.5.8 (CAD 7.5.6), after upgrade, CAD realtime
display report "Agent ACD State Log Display" start time shows a start time of 00:00:03
    against every state change
    Business Impact
medium:Could not see the Agent login time correctly
    Troubleshooting Performed
    Similar case:
    http://wwwin-tools.cisco.com/casekwery/getServiceRequest.do?id=613948701#not
    e48
    However, the fix is
actually to go into the LDAP utility and do a hack to a certain key
within the database. Unfortunately the previous case doesn't tell which
key to edit and what to change it to. I'm presuming it had something to
do with the time zone from a mention earlier on within that case, but
    not sure.
No bugs found related to the issue.
    Specific Assistance Required
Need assistance to fix the issue with ACD State Log Display

  • UCCX 8 agents wrap up time

    Chaps
Has anyone come across a problem whereby after an agent finish's with a call the agent is not made ready automatically after the wrap time has expired.
Agents need to manuelly logon to receive next call.

    Hi Graham
From the Supervisor desktop, what reason code do these agents have assigned? A common issue that we hit is agents being Not Ready with "Work Timer Expired". This generally means that they have picked up the handset to dial a number whilst they are in wrap up state - and automatically makes them Not Ready requiring a manual "Ready" operation before they will receive calls again.

  • Wrap-up time configuration per agent basis (in UCCX)

There are two agents (X & Y) who are part of the same CSQ, however both agents want to have different Inbound wrap-up time.
What I understand in UCCX is, that we configure wrap-up time in CSQ (unlike agent desk settings in UCCE). If its a CSQ based, this setting gets applied to all the agents whoever is part of the same CSQ. I didnt find any such wrap-up time option which can be configured at the agent level and doesnt impact whole CSQ. Is there any solution to the problem stated above?
Will greatly appreciate help in this regard.
    Thanks

You can do this using a workflow.
Set your CSQ wrap time to a high value, for example 600 secs.
Create 2 workflows - one for experts and one for your novices.
In your expert workflow, add a timer action to the work event in the voice contact workflow. Set this timer to the wrap up time required for experts, and add an action there to make the agent go ready (if they are not already ready).
In your novice workflow, do the same as above but give set this timer to the value required for novices.
I've tested this out on v8.5 and it seems to work OK.

  • CAD outgoing call wrap-up time?

    Hi All,
I have setup wrap-up times for my incoming calls via the CSQ configuration. Is it possible to set a wrap-up time for outgoing calls? If so where do I configure it?
    We are using UCCX 8.5.
    Thanks in advance.
    Matty

AFAIK, it's not possible to set up wrap up for outgoing calls.

  • Wrap-up Time

I have UCCX 9.02, is it possible to add a Button for Wrap up times.
What I want is to basically, at the End the Call Give them 60 seconds (Wrap up Timer) to select a Wrap-Up button to type up there case codes then select End Wrap-up to start recieving calls again.
Currently we give them 600 seconds as the Wrap up timer. some people finish in 60 seconds and others use the full 600 seconds.
we want to have tighter controls over the wrap up times. Is this a viable option in UCCE?
    Thanks

I might be missing something but it sounds like you are describing the work button.  It's the folder icon.  In CAD.  You might have to configure it to show up if you don't see it.  The Agent has to press the work button while on an active call, in order to go into work mode post call.  Then go ready manually, or wait for a configured automatic wrap-up timer to expire.

  • UCCE 7.2 - Using Unlimited Wrap-up Time

When we used ICM 6.0, our desk settings had optional After Call Work, with a wrap up time that was either blank or set to 0, which, we were told signified no automatic ACW timer.
I note now that any time I try to edit one of those desk settings that was migrated from 6.0 to 7.2.7, it gives me an error saying that 0 is not in the range of acceptable values (1 to 7200).  How do I now set an unlimited ACW timer?

When the wrap timer expires, they will be in placed in whatever state they were in previously. If they were in Not Ready placing an outbound call, they would go back into Not Ready. If they were in Ready accepting inbound calls, they would be placed back into Ready.
Are they aware that the 2 hours of after call work will be included in the handle time metrics? It seems like the better option would be to configure some reasonable amount of time for ACW and then allow the agent to place themselves in Not Ready during that time. Unless of course that 2 hours is actually associated with the inbound call...

  • Combining automatic and non-automatic wrap-up time

    Hi!
I was wondering if it was possible to combine automatic and non-automatic wrap-up?
I want to configure it to have a 10 sec automatic wrap-up after each call. But I also want the possibility to enter the work status manually if more time is required, without having to go to a Not ready status.
    We are using CAD 8
    Regards,
    Vegard

    Hi,
any solution for this ?? Basically we must have the possibility to extend the wrap up time (Work state) manually (eg. by pressing the work button in CAD) if the agents needs more time than the configured wrap up time.
    Thanks!

  • CAD Agent Unable to Login due PGUser Association in CUCM

Hi all, hope everyone is well.
I am running a UCCE 7.5.8 environment with CAD 7.5.8 and CUCM 7.1.3 I am having some CAD agent suddenly unable to login to CAD due the following error "An unknow failure was receved from the Cisco Unified Communication Manager. You may have entered an incorrect ID, password, or extension. Verify your entries are correct and try again."
The fix is to dis-associate and re-associate the device with the PGUser in CUCM even though the device shows it's already associated with the PGUser. Has anyone run into this issue ? I am trying to understand the root cause.
Thanks all in advance !! I appreciate any inputs / suggestions !!
    Danny

    Hi,
yes, unfortunately, I have seen this many times working with the ICM 7.x or 7.5.x release train. Always talked to TAC, always installed an ES, but somehow, mystically, the problem went away when upgraded to ICM 8.0(x).
    Looks like a design flaw.
Did you talk to TAC yet?

  • UCCX 7.0 Wrap-up time

    Dear Netpro gurus,
My client wants to introduce a Wrap-up time of 15 seconds where for all of their agents in one of the CSQ, everytime they finish with their call, their agents will stay at 'Not Ready' state for 15 seconds so that they could write down relevant notes before their system put them back on 'Ready' state for the next call.
Any ideas of how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers,
    Hunt

In Appadmin, go to Subsystems -> RMCM -> Contact Service Queue. Select your CSQ and enable automatic work. Set wrapup time to enabled and enter 15 secs in the field.
Search for wrap in this document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_7_0/configuration/guide/uccx70ag.pdf

  • Wrap-up time for manual outbound calls (UCCX)

Is it possible to configure the wrap-up time for the manual outbound calls in UCCX? I think, this option only exists in CSQ, which is of course meant for the inbound calls. Any thoughts or any workaround to make this work?
Requirement- Once a manual outbound call is hung up, agent's state should be switched to WORK READY as per the wrap-up timer setting.
    Thanks.

    Dear experts,
I look forward to hear from you if you have anything to offer. Wrap-up TIME to be setup for manual outbound calls in UCCX.

  • CAD agent & Supervisor

    Hi,
We are planning to deploy UCCE componenets on main site and Voice Gateway plus CAD Agents/Supervisor at branch site. in case of CAD desktop monitoring option there will be two rtp streams from branch to CAD server or that would be point to point agent to supervisor?
    Regards,
    MAR

    Desktop Monitoring
Desktop monitoring uses software running on the agent's desktop (Cisco Agent Desktop) to sniff the network traffic going to and from the agent's phone (hardware phone or software phone) for RTP packets. The monitoring software then sends the RTP packets to the appropriate software over the network for decoding. Desktop monitoring relies on the ability for certain Cisco IP Phones to be daisy-chained with the agent's PC via a network connection and for the phone to send all its network traffic along this connection to the software running on the PC. In this case, the packet sniffing software is able to see the voice traffic coming to and leaving from the agent's phone. It will copy this traffic and send it to the supervisor monitoring the agent or to a recording service for the call to be stored and to be listened to at some later time. Desktop monitoring is not a true service, at least from the perspective of the Service Control Manager. It is a Dynamic-Link Library (DLL), an executable module that is part of Cisco Agent Desktop.

  • CSD + CAD agent software always disconnect

    Hi
    Good day
Can anyone help for the below issues
CSD + CAD agent software always disconnect ( 10 to 15 times Per hour ) and not recovered automatically and shows CRS failure in CSD.
Connection lost or timeout with UCCX server.(attached)
IPPA always disconnect and shows error (attached).
Cisco Unified CCX Administration System version: 8.5.1.10000-37 -virtualised Esxi 5.0 - Stand alone server - Users on CUCM by LDAP

You are running the baseline version of UCCX 8.5(1) which is a bad idea. There were several nasty  bugs in the original 8.5 release.  Install 8.5(1)SU4 (8.5.1.11004-25), update the CAD clients and try again.  Also check for any firewalls between your phones/CAD and the UCCX server.

  • When dual-booting with Windows 7, Mac OSX time settings reset every reboot.

I have recently installed Windows 7 Professional on my mid 2010 MacBook Pro via BootCamp (Running Mavericks BTW). Everything runs grean and have not experienced any problems on the Windows side, but I have a problem with Mac OSX now. When I am using Windows 7, and I reboot into Mac OSX, I find that my time settings are wrong. It seems like my time zone has changed, because the date is correct, as well as the minutes, but the hour is always wrong. When I go to Date & Time in System Preferences, and my time zone is correct, but I still have to chage the hour in the time. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to stop it would be greatly appreciated.

If you dual boot your Windows PC with OS X or Linux, you may have experienced a problem in which your clocks reset themselves incorrectly every time you boot into Windows. Here's a simple registry edit to fix that.
Essentially, the incorrect clock setting happens because OS X and Linux use GMT time while Windows tries to synchronize with your local time zone, getting confused when you reboot between the two. Apple's own Boot Camp drivers for Windows are supposed to fix this problem, though some users have noticed that it still happens even with the drivers installed, and some Linux users are left out in the cold. Furthermore, if you have a Hackintosh, you can't install the Boot Camp drivers, so you'll need to find another way around the problem.
To fix it, just hit Start and type regedit.exe in the search box. Hit Enter and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation. Right click anywhere in the right pane and hit New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name it RealTimeIsUniversal, then double click on it and give it a value of 1.
Lastly, reboot into OS X, then reboot back into Windows. You should now notice that your clock actually displays the correct time.
