Calander View

I have phone set on Agenda View in Calander. When i try to look at it the phone will only show the last of the recurring events scheduled, which is year 2014. When I choose the "Today" command it flashes to Today for 0.5 second then goes back to 2014, it will not stay on the current day. I need the Agenda View and need it to show what is going on "TODAY" please help.

Calander view VO

Hello,
i was using the Calander of VO.
I have notice a couple off thinks and i wonder if someone can help me white that.
Is there a way to set a start and a end date for a appointment ?? I can only set the start date, this is very unusefull if i what to plan a vacation.
Can you also change the view of the little calander. I would like to see a screen wide mountly calanders instead of the little mount calander that is default displayed.

Buttons on top of buttons

Hi,
I'm having some problems with a course and hoping someone may be able to help.
I have created an advent calender style slide, each time you click a door it opens and a pop up appears with some information in. The pop up is made up of an image, a couple of text boxes and a smartshape which I'm using as a button all grouped. What I want to happen is when you click the button in the group the pop up is hidden and you can select another door. What actually happens is you click the button but click on another door that's underneath the button activating it and bringing up another pop up. It's like it's transparent. I have brought the smartshape to the top of the group and the pop up groups sit above everything else in the timeline.
I'm stumped so any help appreciated.

Thanks so much for the response. I read the blog post and think it may apply but not sure how I would go about doing it. Here are some screen shots that may help describe what's going on:
1. This is the initial view. Each door is a button, when clicked the door opens and a pop up appears.
2. Here's the pop up. It's a group of several elemets. Over the ribbon is a transparent smartshape button which hides the group returning you to the calander view so you can click another door. I have scribbled the location of the close button in blue.
3. Now here's the problem. When I click the button instead of the group hiding the button on the door directly beneath the button is activated, it opens and it's pop up appears.
I suppose that what needs to happen the button for the advent calender door directly beneath the 'close' button needs to be made inactive when any of the pop up groups are visible but how I could achieve this I have no idea so as always any ideas appreciated.

We rae facing some problem, our weekly off is sunday, but when user create any billing document on sunday e.g 16.01.2011 all document it is shoing as posted on next day i.e ON monday 17.01.2011, what setting to be chekc for this in factory calendor.

Hi ,
Go to T code SCAL and in your factory calander , view all the days that are marked as working .
IF sunday is not marked as working " Tick " , then system will pick the next day considering Sunday as off .
If you want your biliing document to be posted on sunday then please ensure that you have tick sunday as working in factory calander .

i have iphone 4 Mobile me calendar not showing all events in list view where as showing all events in month/day view. why so & how to resolve

It started about a week ago. The "From" drop-dow is now missing in Mac Mail. It should appear beneath the subject line. I was working with MobileMe Chat support for about 3 hours. They cannot solve the problem and have now escalated it to the "Senior Advisor Team."

Ical unable to view shared calander

I have recieved a invertation to share clanders with my son but no entries are showing up in my icalander i have the calander ticked and it is showing as a shared calander

My problem is that I really know little about shared reviews, other than what I have seen on the forum. As I mentioned, if shared reviews were new with AA9, that may be the issue for AA8. It might also be that the shared reveiw process done with AA9 (even if AA8 has the capability) saves things in an AA9 format and messes up the compatibility. I am grasping at straws and it would be nice if some of the folks that have been successful would butt in and give you better advice. In the meantime, at least you may have something to explore. ICal Events snap to top of days in Month view?

When I enter an "Event" in to a calander in the "Month" view, it always "snaps" to the top of the day's box, irrespective of the *time* of the event. I can drag it, to another position in the day's box, but it always snaps back to the top? i.e., if I want to enter a "10:00pm" event on a day, I want that event to be placed near the bottom of the day's box..not the top. Is there a way to do this?

Can I print a calander without showing the times of events?

Can I print a calander without showing the times of events. Or, alternatively, is there a way to list things without having them be an event. Just notes on the day, for instance.

It seems like a simple solution must be at hand. There is an option in the iCal Preferences (General) panel--Show event times. With this command unchecked the screen view of the month view is free of the times of day, but when I print the month view the times of day are printed.

Calendar app crashes when trying to view jpg image off calendar event.

i run my electrical buisness off the calandar app and it synces with 5 other people including myself. we scan an image(work order) attach it to the event in the calander then everyone can download it and view it anyware instantly. my problem is that 1 out of 5 times it will crash as soon as you tap the attachment in the calander event. it crashes back to home screen. any suggestions?
i really dont want to go back to windows operating system. i convinced everyone to go apple and now they are on my *** about this issue. THANKS

An obsertation: I have what appears to be an all-day event on April 1, that is a note that it is April Fools Day. However, this note is part of a holidays calendar that I subscribe to on my iPad. The holiday entries are an actual subscription, not individual entries on the calendar.
I have not had any Calendar crashes with this April 1 entry at all. As Skydiver said, it might be a DST problem, but it seemed strange that some folks are having crash problems with all day entries on 4/1 and some are not. Maybe this subscription entry doesn't count as an all day entry?? Dunno.

Double items in list-view calendar iOS 7

Since I first opened the calander-app in iOS 7, some, but not all items are shown twice in the list-view, but not in the other views. If I delete one of the doubles, both are gone. It seems to be completely random what items are shown twice. Is it a bug? It happens both with iCloud and Exchange items. Both single and repeating appointments. I can not see any logic in it. Please help, because it makes the list-view very cluttered now...

Okay, I don't understand why, but the problem seems to be induced by the update process. Though the other views are unaffected, some (a lot) items in the list-view are being doubled. It seems to be random, but both my iOS devices are affected in exactly the same way, so there must be a mechanism that causes it.
But... If you turn off the calendars for the affected accounts (iCloud, Exchange), confirm that they are being removed from your device, and then turning them on again, they are being re-synchronized. This creates new entries in the calendar that in the list-view are not doubled anymore.
Be careful! Do not delete the items manually, since this will delete the item on all synchronized devices. Just turn the calendars off in the account settings and choose not to keep them on your device but remove them from your device instead.
This will fix the problem quick and easy.

Can I view another page from a different application in the same workspace?

I'm a newbie and I've searched through the threads and can not find exactly what I'm looking for.
I do not wish to copy a page from a different APP. What I want to do is create an application where on tab is actually a tab from a different App.
Like this, I have SCHEDULED_TASKS application that has a calander that is updated weekly. I have another appliction that is used for our Database Testers to track testing on the database.
I have a Tab in CAS_TESTING named TESTING_SCHEDULE. It is this tab that I want to have referance the SCHEDULED_TASKS Calender so testers can view the schedule for service packs.
Is there a way that I can do this?

In terms of the UI and tabs, you can use parent tabs (use a two-level tab page template). Or you could just put links in on app's pages that go to the other app using Lists, for example. In any of these links from one app to the other, you must include the session ID (&APP_SESSION.).
If the application's are both public (no authentication required), you're done.
If the apps require authentication, edit each app's authentication scheme and put some name in for cookie name (anything you like), using the same name in both apps. Depending on the authentication method, you then have to figure out who owns the login page, etc.
That should do it.

Ical time not correct when viewing published version

I have struggled with this problem for a while now. When I view my published calandar, it is out by +8 hours. 9AM appointments show as 5PM appointment on the same day.
I have done the following:
1. Made sure I am GMT on my system preferences
2. Checked that time zone support is swithced on in iCal
3. Made sure Dot Mac has me registered as GMT
On the web version of my calander is actually says the time zone is Europe/London, which is the correct one for me. I'm really at a loss.
Can someone/anyone help with this?

I'm having exactly the same problem.
iCal & my Blackberry are OK, but when I publish it goes wrong - even though I have the timezones set for London. I've tried unpublishing and repuplishing, but to no avail.
This is a major problem for me - any ideas on whot to do?

6300 & Lotus Notes - Calander Alert Not Working

Hi I have an O2 6300 & Lotus Notes ( v6 )and the phones calander alert not working / going off when it should.
I've not changed any thing that I am aware of from the defaults and its less than a week or two old so I'm hoping its not a software OS bug and a user issue / some thing I have to switch on some where.
Can any one help me ?

Why can't I see all enents posted on my iTouch calander??

When I use iCal on my computer, I can see all events posted to the calander. However, when I access the calander on my I touch I can only see events posted under each catagory (personal, user name, etc.). How can I view all events posted my computer's iCal without having to check the individual calanders on iTouch?

Yes install Flash. Plugin I believe. Or just use Chrome. It is, IMHO, a better browser then Safari.

I used to sync calanders on my iphone 5 (ios 7.0.4) with my Outlook 2007 calander. Is not any longer syncronizing.

Is not any longer syncronizing the calander data between desktop and ipnone unit.
Secondly - the syncronizing process get "stucked" on "stage 3 out of 7" and not completing the sync process.
