Calculator doesn't add correctly in 10.4

I noticed today that the calculator can't cope with large numbers. Can someone confirm this:
Add 1234567891 + 1. The answer should be 1234567892. But the calculator comes up with 123470000.
I know that it is known that in RPN mode, if you add 104.64 enter 145 + you get a rounding error, with the answer given as 250, and not the correct 249.64.
Why doesn't either of these issues come up when you do a search in support?

I cannot reproduce this. Like everyone else, I get the correct answer.

I CAN reproduce this, but only if I have the number of decimal places set to zero. In this case 250 is the correct answer. Incidentally, RPN mode has nothing to do with it: you get 250 in normal mode too.
Why doesn't either of these issues come up when you do a search in support?
Ah, now that's altogether a different question Search is broken, very badly so. You are lucky to find anything using Search.

Formula doesn't add correctly

I have a formula in Numbers 09 (2.0.3) set up like this, where there are 5 columns:
A1-A2-A3-A4-A5
A5 = A1A2+A3A4
Everything's great, except that the formula is one number below what it should be. In other words, if A1, 2, 3, and 4 all have the value 1, A5 will tell me the sum of these columns is 3 instead of 4. The formula includes all 4 columns--it just adds them one number short, no matter what the values are.
I can't figure out what's causing this discrepancy and would love some advice. Thanks so much.

Thanks, I got the file.
In fact,
Numbers calculate flawlessly.
The problem is that the cells contain decimal values which are displayed with the format : number with zero decimal digits.
So, 0.60 is displayed as 1 but the formula doesn't add the displayed values but the stored ones.
With a row containing :
0.85 0.86 0.85 0.82 0.78
the true total is 4.16
so the table display :
1 1 1 1 1 4 which seems to be odd but is perfectly correct.
I don't know what to do.
If the individual values must be treated as 1, it would be necessary to put the integer value in the cells. If the cells must be treated with their true contents, it would be useful to change the format to numbers with two decimal digits.

AddChild doesn't work correctly in 11.9

comparing the two releases listed below, somehow my Flash program doesn't work correctly on the latest version anymore, nothing was changed in my program but after upgrading to the latest Flash Player, it doesn't work properly anymore, specifically, the items I add through the addChild method doesn't appear properly, was there any changes in between these versions that could have affected the addChild behavior? I'm testing with Windows 7 IE debug version and I see no script errors

ITunes store doesn't load correctly with iTunes9.

Since upgrading to iTunes9, iTunes store doesn't load correctly on my machine running Windows XP Pro SP3. When I go to the iTunes store, it connects and the images are large and don't load up so I can see the entire store. And when scrolling down, the images disappear for a while then show up and titles are just plain text. Any help?

Nonsense. NetNanny was disabled on my PC (trial had expired) yet I still had this problem. It's some sort of conflict in the way Apple are using the Windows IP stack when NetNanny's interceptor is installed.
Apple have documented it here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123 and their recommendation is "remove the 3rd party software". Nice.
NetNanny's site has a suggestion that you add "the executable" but I'm not sure if they mean itunes.exe or apsdaemon.exe to the Security Exceptions List. I haven't tried that as I simply removed it.

Exclude and non standard folder names - doesn't add

I've discovered a bug with folders using [ ] brackets in their name - they won't add correctly in time machine exclude dialogue.
I've tested other variances (blah), test works fine but [test] doesn't.
Just so people know that this issue exists. I've filed a bug report to Apple.

Now it has gotten worse. We were importing some of the missing folders seperately, until after one import, the entire music folder on my network drive went totally missing! Yup, it's gone and my most current backup is over 3 months old (my fault). Now I *really* hate iTunes.

Report parameters doesn't appear correctly

I have a report .rdl under Visual Studio2010 and sql server2008.
the report language is arabic and all the fields appears correctly, but the parameters doesn't appear correct it shows stange characers(not question marks) and all the remaining fields show arabic characters correct.
i run the report on internet explorer9.
i don't know what is the problem, i searched alot and there is nothing new. what can i do??

You have mentioned that the report is work fine on Chrome. It may be a compatibility issue of IE9. At this time, I suggest that you first check this issue in IE9 Compatibility View mode. Please refer to the following steps:
1. Launch the IE 9, and press Alt+T to select the Tools.
2. Click Compatibility View settings.
3. Check the “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” option, and click Close.

How do I get all the music on my IMAC in one ITUNES folder? We have one IMAC, with 3 sign ons for me and my 2 teens. When you add a song under one of the sign ons it doesn't add it to all 3 libraries. Before I updated to LION, We had one main library with all the songs we bought, imported from cd's etc. Then any of the three of us could add it to our own IPOD instead of buying the song agin. It is one house, one IMAC. It was working fine under Leopard.

The sort fields should generally be empty unless you've putting in custom values to sort solo artists by their surnames. You can apply common changes to thousands of tracks at once, just don't apply the wrong change because there is no undo.
It is a good idea to backup before undertaking large scale changes. See this backup tip for a suggested approach.

In iTunes under the Apps tab for the iPhone device just uncheck any app you don't want synced to the phone. When you next sync the app will be removed from the phone but remain in the iTunes library.

Game Center doesn't work correctly

Game Center on iPod Touch 2nd Gen doesn't work correctly under iOS 4.2.1
It shows wrong language (Englist but not my native language. My region setting is right and the system language right too.)
Besides, the "Games" page only has a button "Find Game Center Games", while it should show my Game Center Games.

I've had exactly the same problem on my 2nd gen since early May when it just stopped working out of the blue.
There are a few threads here on the subject. I believe that every 2nd gen is affected as I've yet to hear a 2nd gen owner say that theirs works.
Other than waiting for Apple to fix it I don't think there is a solution.

In the analysis under item details condition tab I got message 301 as Acess 0002 12 is missing.
Acess seq. 0002 is assigned to condition type PB00.

I know this thread is very old but I had the same issue and found the solution.
Enter the SubTotal in the pricing scheme for condition P101 (in my Case 9 - Copy values to KOMP-BRTWR (gross value)).
Than it works for my case.

Itunes doesn't add all the songs from my library

Hi,
Had to reinstall Itunes and now the program doesn't add all the songs from my library (roughly 4,000 songs). All that is added is maybe 20 songs, and always the same ones. It has worked perfectly before.
I have tried to "pull" all the artist folders into the Itunes window, but it doesn't work. I have tried to set another folder as the Itunes library and then choose "add new folder", but only those 20 songs are added. I have made sure so that none of the files are copy protected or "read-only".

Ok, I deleted the two files and upon startup iTunes did run that search wizard for music files. However, it only found 4 songs that are located on local harddisks, and did not (as far as I could see on the network status) even try to search on the network harddisk.
One more thing though, that I forgot to mention before. I tried to solve this situation by installing an earlier version of iTunes... 4.6 i think, but when I tried to run the program it told me something like "Cannot read the file iTunes library.itl since it was created by a later version of iTunes". Where can i find that file, and should i remove it and try to add the songs with iTunes 4.6 instead?

If the music is in iTunes you should be able to sync it back to your iPhone.
What settings do you have in the iTunes Music tab for your device?
Is Sync Music set?
Is Entire music library checked?
What happens when you sync?
If iTunes is confused and thinks the music actually is on your iPhone you could try unchecking Sync Music and then sync. Follow this by checking Sync Music and then sync again.

Thank you for the suggestion - I tried it but still didn't work. When I click "New Folder" it gives me the pop-up to name the new folder, but doesn't put a new folder anywhere in my Project Library.
