Calculator widget has wall paper background -- can't see open documents

Augh, yet another disappointment with Lion.
When I depress the center of my mouse to access the calcualtor, I cannot see the documents open on my desktop. With Snow Leopard and Tiger, I could see the documents, so I could actually input the figures I am trying to calculate. Now, some weird lego-type wall paper appears as the background. I see my widgets, but not the docs currently open. Duh!!!
Any work around?

Huh? There's the Calculator app in /Applications and a calculator widget. With the widget it's hard to see the dimmed and enlarged windows anyhow. With the app, you should be able to se eal you currently open windows (unless somehow you enabled single application mode).

Almost sounds like you enabled Exposé (press F9).
Here you mention widgets. So are you trying to use the calcualter widget or the calculator app. As I said widgets don't allow you to see the desktop except as a dimmed background and that is the way it has laways been, Tiger included.

Analytics can be accessed from the account under which folios are published for that app. If you don't see it under the account, I think it's best you contact support. Login to your DPS dashboard and click on "Contact Support" at the bottom left

After loading Mavericks, I can't see/open attached pdf files

after loading OS X Mavericks on my MacBook Pro, I can't see/open attached pdf files. I've checked my Security Preferences in Safari and Enable Java Script and Allow Plug-Ins are both selected. Any ideas as to what I need to do???

I checked as you noted above - this is what comes up
Adobe Acrobat NPAPI Plug-in, Version 10.1.7
so I assume (?) that it is installed.
I just went into my hydro bill and tried to open the pdf version and, low and behold, it opened. So somewhere in between when I reinstalled it yesterday (after your suggestion) and just now, it is working!!!

Here is what I am seeing on my Android device - at the top, a few options like History > Top Sites> Bookmarks>Reading List. Then, the search/address bar, then to the right of that, a square with the number "1" inside it, then 3 dots that, when chosen, give you the following options:
New Tab
New Private Tab
Request Desktop Site
Tools
Settings
Any thoughts on how I specifically sync my Desktop open tabs to my Android device so I can then see all my desktop open tabs on my phone?

WWhy can't I open documents stored in my Documents app, originally sent to me as email attachments

I am with you. 4 out of 5 people in the office not longer are able to open email attachments(PDFs, jpgs, Office Docs) after upgrading to iOS 5 on iPhones or iPads. It seems to be from only from emails not from a Mac, iPhone or iPad. If you forward the message to youself from an Apple product, you will be able to open the attachment.
If called Apple support and they were not able to help after an 50 Mins. I'm going to re-install iOS to see if if works.

Is this a problem with only one order? or with all the Orders of the same "Order Type".
If this is with only one Order, check goods movements actually done or not?
If this problem is with other Orders as well (same Order Type), then with the T.Code; OPL8.
In the 2nd Tab Page (Implemenation) - Whether the Check boxes are filled for Documented Goods Movements??

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? Why on earth can I only have audible books from 2 acounts on my iPod? This is B.S. Is there a way for us to sort by account on the iPod so that I can delete audio books from one of my 2 audible accounts so that I can add books from my wifes account.

PowerPC applications haven't been supported since 10.7. You will need to buy newer programs compatible with Mavericks.

Headers are not shown in normal view.
Menu > File > Print to open Print View.
Hover the cursor over the Header to see the outline. Click and delete.

Contact has deleted me - but can still see their c...

I have Skype on my iPhone and I am always logged in. This morning when I clicked on Skype icon I could see that this contact had indeed been online as it shows me who has been online just for a second before refreshing.
This contact profile says they are offline, I can still see their picture and I can still see the circle with the x in it.
However in their contact count information it has gone from 13 to 12 since they were online yesterday. I suspect they have deleted/blocked me???
Would this be right although I don't see the question mark in their information

I think there is really no way to know.
1. if they have blocked you, they will indeed appear as offline, but basically you are still in their contact list so their contact count will not be affected.
2. if they have deleted you, the grey icon with a question mark inside will appear opposite their name, plus the notification that they have not shared contact details with you.
3. if they have blocked and deleted you, it will be the same as #2

My Ipod says it has music but I can't see it!

Help. My wife plugged her ipod into my computer to recharge it and then downloaded music off itunes. When I plugged in my ipod later it thought my ipod was hers, and now I can't access any of the music I had on it before. It says that 3.8 GB are full, but I can't see any of the music on my ipod or itunes. What do I do?

Try restoring your iPod, this will erase the hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings so be sure you have all your songs backed up in iTunes. Once the restore is complete it should connect to iTunes and you can begin updating your songs onto the fresh installation: Restoring iPod to Factory Settings

Since itunes has been updated I can't see how to load songs onto my ipod using playlists, can anyone point me in the right direction??

I just can't see how to move a playlist I create in Library onto a connected ipod? How do you do that in the new itunes?
